had a nice back and cardio day. I changed back up a bit and worked it as 2 exercises at a time in superset fashion, just for something different

hell of a pump, and felt great.

I need a treadmill here so I can do morning cardio. I would like myself so much better if I could do the things I know that I'm capable of to achieve the body I want.

I also think that the exercise in the am would help with the chronic fatigue issues setting in. How is your stomach?

I'm actually thinking about getting one as well...time has become a major issue with us.
 
I would love to get a gym quality treadmill for the house, however it is so darn expensive that it wouldnt be worth it.

got a good pump out of the shoulders. I decided not to do laterals, as I have been hitting those a great deal recently, and thought I would give that a day of rest.

Weighed in after eating a nice lunch (10 chopped hardboiled egg whites, mixed with red peppers and carrots). Fully dressed with sneakers at 196. :woohoo:

Thats odd. I don't have that happen to me. However I eat a double protein fiber bread most days. Well and the old ephedra..it always keeps you regular;)

Stomach feels better, basically had a party for myself for using the bathroom. Funny enough, I just picked up my daughter from school, and had some gas, that she actually got made at me in the car for the smell. I love her response at this age

Victor Martinez is a big proponent of them.

Basically in a cross over cables station, put them up as high as they good. Take each handle into the middle with you, and get on your knees. Your arms should be extended out at this point. Pull in with your elbows to your waist. Really gets a nice stretch out of the lats. Good for every couple of back workouts

Not sure if I am going to have to double up on the GH based on some home stress, as my ridiculous soon to be ex has decided that even though she has not been a consistent parent, and has taken abouyt 12 weekends off over the last 1.5 years, she wants custody and child support. We were trying to work this through a mediator to deal with expenses, but she refuses to see that he short temper with out daughter and her financial instability are not the best environment for her. I tried to make the situation the most ammeanable for her financially, offering to cover the legal costs, give her that car with no payment, not asking for child support, but she wants it all. With her current issues, I dont think she realizes this will not bode well for her
 
Thats too bad. I'm not sure doubling up on it will help but you can give it a go.

There is nothing harder than divorce with kids involved. Hopefully it will all work out. I would start gathering statements from people on her interactiond with your daughter as well as whoever has her during the seperation is most likely to get custody. The judge told me they don't like to disrupt the kids lives.
 
sadly we are stuck living in the same house for finanacial concerns. She is not on the mortgage due to credit issues, but wants me to move out :rofl: I have started to speak with the one person she talks to and complains to all the time: my sister. We spoke this am, and it does not look good for my ex. In essence she has complained almost every morning about my daughters attitude (at 5 1/2) and also what she wants to wear. Go figure

Figured I would throw in some calf work on top of all of it. Feel good though, and was real happy with the chest numbers, considering the weight loss and back pain. :woohoo:
