It is funny I got home late last night and took my GH at 10. I think my body is starting to adjust to the fact that I take it at bed time, and I almost get sleepy from it. It must be in my mind :lol: Otherwise I feel good, the stomach is causing no trouble at all
GH + GH Release = Sleepy, Growy goodness.

just got back and am feeling pretty good.

Shoulders:
Seated BB press (6 sets) 185lbs 10 reps

Arny Presses (4 sets) 65lbs
Reverse Peck Deck (4 sets) 70lbs

Seated laterals (16 sets) 4 giant sets 35,25,15,5lbs to failure each on (that hurt like hell)

SMith machine upright rows (5 sets) 120lbs

I was forced to use the SM, as all other areas were taken.

Cardio:
30 minutes 15% 4.6-5.0mph

Overall, I was happy with the workout, got a nice pump, had a good overall feeling, and my stomach is still solid. I got a small packet of a berry flavored whey isolate from a whole foods for $1.50 (so I figured I would splurge). It was pretty good, suprisingly. Waiting to see how it interacts with my stomach.

As an aside, I got a call from my brother in law who was at my 7 year old nephews football game. On the other side line with his 7 year old was none other than Marvin Harrison of the Colts. Pretty cool

Got in some early abs this am, then off for cardio and calves

Cardio:
30 minutes 15% 4.4mph. Kept the speed a bit slower as I had a small pain in the ball of my left foot. Felt better the longer I went though, go figure

Calves:
Giant set
Seated calf raises (8 sets) 120lbs
Standing calf raises (8 sets) 190lbs

Burnt like hell, and got the calves a nice pump quite veiny. The size will go away like always

Will head back later this afternoon for more cardio and most likely some back. If I feel good I am going to hit some rack pulls as well

Just as an fyi, I counted out my GH, I have my last dose 1 week from today

Got in a little morning cardi, happy to report as well that the girl who opens got in early, which led to more time on the treadmill as opposed to sitting in the car

Felt great, very energetic. Also, added in a new protein at the advice of the guy who owns my gym. I bought the IDS Isolate, and got a great deal. It tasted pretty good. I found out that the 211 recovery was causing my constipation issue for some odd reason.

got in a nice dose of evening cardio

40 minutes 15% 4.5-6.5mph. Started to do an all out sprint at the high incline, which was a nice change of pace.

Also, have a bit more stress which is always pleasant. We are finally going ahead in the break up, thank goodness and tonight was the conversation about who gets what. She has changed her mind on a few things, but I believe she is going to do what is right and best by our daughter and let me have custody. I do believe the only reason she would want custody is to have me pay child support and a great deal of alimony as it looks like I will be getting a large bump in salary by the end of the school year(possibly). I did tell her that with custody, I absolve her of all financial responsibility to our daughter, however I will not pay a cent in alimony. It is funny, she got awfully quiet at that moment.

I found out that 7.2 is a lot faster than I can do for an extended time. So I will max it at 6.5ish

Also, been having some stomach issues recently, probably more stress than anything else. Not to be overly descriptive, but I am either constipated for 203 days, or I just cant stop.

I've been pretty good man. The olympia was a lot of fun. It was cool to interact with some of the board members, and to help get the RPN word out there. Overall, i think the booth went very well. I even had my wife helping out for a bit on the first day, lol. She was amazed at the gathering herself.

I met some cool people in the process. I believe we'll be out at the arnold next year as well. Matt and Christine can confirm that though, but i believe it to be true. Hope to see you out there bud. :D

Final Review

For many years I have struggled with some stomach issues that one could say left a lasting impact on those around me. Woring where I do and with the other guys I do, we seem to have contests on who might be the most disgusting out of all of us, and prior to GH I was right up at the top of that list. However, with the assistance of GH I became a much more controlled person.

GH is the first supplement that I felt working within the first 1-2 doses. Once you get past the original loading phase, you will notice less bloat, less gas, most consistent bathroom activity, and overall better feeling in the stomach.

It is a tremendous supplement that has become a staple for me, and a big congrats to RPN for putting it out there for people who struggle the way I have.

I am happy to say it looks like this log will continue. I just happily received a 75 count bottle of GH and will commence this evening.

My question to my friends at RPN is, since I have been off for just over a week, should I dose at 2 a night, or just back to 1?

I will admit to a little extra stress at home with the divorce moving forward and now she has been diagnosed with a fairly serious illness. Go figure.....

its absolute lunacy at this point. Then she told me she might want custody, but now is not sure. There is no way I am going to let that go without a bit of a struggle.

My only advice is to hang on. It gets easier after the divorce and time has passed. My ex and I get along for the most part now. But he did horrible things to me and the kids while it was going on. I dropped it after the divorce for the kids sake.

I have become a big fan of these two products.I have gone through a couple bottles now of noXidant and am in the middle of a bottle of gut health.
