Nice arm workout but no cardio as the weather is bad and I wanted to get my daughter early

Arms:
2arm db extensions (5 sets) 80lbs
Rope pulldowns (5 sets) 100lbs

2arm reverse pulldowns (5 sets) 70lbs
Hammer curls (5 sets)40lbs

BB curls (5 sets) 105lbs
1arm db preacher (5 sets) 50lbs

got a nice pump, and with the weight loss I noticed that I actually see the horseshoe in the triceps that I didnt know existed. I was like a little kid at christmas. Tomorrow will be good as I have the day to myself. It seems my jerk of a soon to be ex father in law is coming out to take my daughter and her mother out for the day. So no time constraints or anything tomorrow :thumbsup:

what a nice afternoon workout. no rush, just a lot of lifting and cardio and felt awesome

Shoulders:
Seated BB Press (8 sets) 205 8 reps
Upright rows (6 sets) 105lbs
Seated laterals (12 sets) 4 giant sets 30,20,10lbs
Reverse Peck Deck (4 sets)75lbs

I was fatigued as hell, but was loving it. I was drenched in sweat, which is great from just a lift. To make it better, I stept on the scale in shorts, tshirt, sneakers, ipod etc.... and weighed in at 202. :woo hoo:

Cardio:

Awesome afternoon, got to come home, give the head a shave, now just relax and decide what I want to do about dinner. Ahhhhh..................

Tmill:

Calves (superset):
Standing calf raises (6 sets) 150lbs
Seated calf raises (6 sets) 110lbs
Rotary claves (6 sets) 190lbs

Back:
Weighted pullups (7 sets) 25-35lbs to failure

Really wanted to see if I could hit a few different things today, and work on a few missing pieces. Was really surprised at how easy the weighted pullups were.

Tomorrow it is back to normal with chest and am cardio

Morning Cardio

Tired as expected, but feel good. As is the norm, stomach feels great, no issues to report as all. I have not had a stomach problem in a while or gas problem for that matter.

Also, as an FYI, my sister is now on her 2nd bottle as well and got the 75 count

Also, wanted to add that I just received some protein. I am trying 2-1-1 recovery by ON (flet like I needed a post wo shake and I got this at a good price) I tried it after cardio this afternoon and it was quite tasty. I am interested to see how it interacts with GH. Should know by the am

AM Cardio and good news

AM cardio

31 minutes 15% 4.5-4.7mph Was a little slower today as it was real cold out for some reason, barely 50 degress, and I was actually a little shivery (not a real word) in the car


The good news is, that I actually did it. I weighed in after cardio, fully dressed at an even 200lbs. Which means I actually broke the 200 barrier for the first time in a decade :woohoo::afro:

they are moving along nicely. On a positive side, all the nonsense at home, has given me a lot of focus and time to really dedicate to training. I havent been this light in a decade, and I figure, since I am technically single again for the first time since the mid-late 90's, I better look my best :thumbsup:

Felt good, stomach feels great, and still looking lean. However a question to the RPN folks, not to be gross, however, is it normal to have really no urge to go to the bathroom at all. Only once in 3 days?

I am feeling it now too as I just got back. It seems that no matter what I do I cant get the calves to grow, although they get veiny as hell. Oh well, keep trucking along.


Also, the stomach problem I mentioned a few posts back has cleared itself with a little extra water consumption. Boy has it cleared it self.

Good pump, and really started to fatigue a bit. I am going to be cutting back on the 211 recovery, as I am beginning to think that is what is causing the back up in the bathroom. Hopefully, with my conference tomorrow, it does not decide to shoot back to normal. That would be a bit embarassing.
