I just got back from the gym did shoulders and more cardio

Shoulders:
Seated BB press (6 sets) 3 sets @ 185 10 reps each
Seated DB shrugs (5 sets) 90lbs
DB laterals (10 sets) 35lbs & 15lbs super set
Arny presses (4 sets) 60lbs
Bent db laterals (4 sets) 25lbs

Got very fatigued, but had a little cluster of veins in the front delt on my left. Was too friggin happy.

Cardio:
35 minutes 15% 4.5mph

Finished my NoX last night, so tonight I begin the GH solo.

My thoughts regarding the NoX is that it has helped my vascularity and it seems that as Dsade said, my joints feel much better as a result

It'll be of interest to watch to what baseline you return...sore joints, reduced recovery, and loss of vascularity or somewhere improved long term.

I am hopeful that I dont suffer too much as a result. I have enjoyed the feeling of being able to get out of bed without the help of a crane :lol:

Had to go back earlier than I wished, doing the family BBQ thing this afternoon.

Cardio (leg warmup)
20 minutes on the bike at level 6

Legs:
Leg Extensions (5 sets) 180-225lbs
Squats (8 sets) 225lbs 14 reps
Front Squats (5 sets)115lbs
Standing/Seated calf raises (10 sets) superset between the 2
Seated leg curls (5 sets) 110lbs
Lying Leg Curls (5 sets) 110lbs

Legs are a tad wobbly, but feeling good regardless. Hopefully the loss of NoX does not make me scream tomorrow. My gym is open tomorrow from 7-3, so I will do some fasted cardio at 7, then back around 1 for chest and cardio. Will also update the progress photo tomorrow as well

I am thinking about it. I figure, if I notice that the soreness is very pronounced and that the joints are achier than usual, than yes.

feel good, good vascularity. legs were and are a bit tight, but overall feel great. Will be back this afternoon for chest and more cardio. Then tomorrow starts teh 4:45 running

chest:
incline bp (10 sets) 4 sets @225lbs 8-11reps
incline flys (5 sets) 35lbs
peck deck (5 sets) 150-180lbs
flat db press (5 sets) 80lbs

cardio:
35 minutes 15% 4.4-4.9mph

good workout, felt a bit rushed as they were getting ready to close. will be hitting double cardio tomorrow most likely, as tomorrow is back to work.

thanks C, it is still a huge work in progress. With that in mind, I just got back from early am fasted cardio. Man that alarm went off at 4:30 and I thought I would lose my mind. However, we persevere and thats that

40 minutes 15% 4.4-4.8 mph.

Depending on what time I get home from work this afternoon will decided if I double up the cardio

Yeah we do perservere. I was away from civilization this weekend so I missed my diet and boy can you tell. It looks like I will be giving up life until the O just to look decent. What sucks is my b-day is the 12th so I can't really celebrate it.

well just had a lightening fast ride from the gym home. I did my cardio, but never went to the bathroom before, and as soon as I hit the seat in the car I thought I might explode. Love that feeling of running stop signs and red lights.

Either way, here is the cardio

it was certainly an experience. I am foregoing the lifting tonight, and will be back on a regular schedule tomorrow. We have been stuck with in-service the last two days and have been getting out late. Tomorrow the kids return so all things will be on the normal schedule

Finally got back for a lift this afternoon, even though today was the first day with kids back. Seriously busy, but good to be back in the swing of teaching again

Wide grip chins (4 sets) bw
NG chins (4 sets) bw
BB rows (5 sets) 185lbs
Hyperextensions (5 sets) 45lbs plate
Barn doors (5 sets) 60lbs
Wide grip cable rows (5 sets) 170lbs

I fatigued earlier than expected, which I am attributing to just being back on a normal routine again and waking up at 4:30. Did a little extra cardio

Felt good, but exceptionally tired. Will go back to a normal workout weekend tomorrow. Also, with all the stress of first week back and schedule changes, I am amazingly having no real stomach issues. No bloat, no gas etc... Thank goodness for GH

woke up early for no reason, just the body getting acclimated. nothing like a 5am on a saturday. So I figured I would take advantage of it and do my situps that I couldnt get done durinbg the week. Gym opens at 7 and will get there for the opening for some fasted cardio

couldnt agree more. it is phenomenal. It is totally a nonissue for me, and after years of troubles, this is a breath of fresh air in more ways than one :rofl:

Changed up legs today as my back was a tad tight, nothing bad, just a bit tight. SO I made it a cardio leg pump with lots of calves.

Treadmill:
30 minutes 15% 4.5mph

Bike:
20 minutes 6%-8% incline. This actually gave a good pump

Calves:
Standing calf raises & Seated calf raises (super set 5 each)
210lbs standing
120 seated

Rotary calf extensions (5 sets)
210lbs

Was wobbly walking out, and happy with all the cardio I did, it flew by as the Steeler game was on :)

a bit frustrated at the moment. Here I go and wake up at 430, drag my sleepy butt to the gym, and the girl who opens doesnt show up. Now granted, had I stayed a few minutes later she probably would have made it, but with the location of my job and the time it takes for me to get there, I am under major time constraints for my cardio. Oh well, I will make sure to hit cardio after chest tonight. I will probabbly get to the gym late

I take it you noticed less bloat when using GH, but did you notice even less bloat and gas when you used both Gut Health/NoXidant together? I've got 2 bottles of NoXidant in my shopping basket just waiting to be ordered :)

Chest:
Incline DB press (5 sets) 80-95lbs
Incline flys (5 sets) 40lbs
Peck Deck (5 sets) 135-180lbs <no rest on last 3 sets>
Flat BP (5 sets) 225lbs

Felt surpisingly strong after a long day with meetings after school. Got a good pump as well.

Cardio:
30 minutes 15% 4.5-4.7mph

Hopefully tomorrow morning everything goes smoothly and I can get some fasted cardio in
