just got back and am feeling pretty good.
Shoulders:
Seated BB press (6 sets) 185lbs 10 reps
Arny Presses (4 sets) 65lbs
Reverse Peck Deck (4 sets) 70lbs
Seated laterals (16 sets) 4 giant sets 35,25,15,5lbs to failure each on (that hurt like hell)
SMith machine upright rows (5 sets) 120lbs
I was forced to use the SM, as all other areas were taken.
Cardio:
30 minutes 15% 4.6-5.0mph
Overall, I was happy with the workout, got a nice pump, had a good overall feeling, and my stomach is still solid. I got a small packet of a berry flavored whey isolate from a whole foods for $1.50 (so I figured I would splurge). It was pretty good, suprisingly. Waiting to see how it interacts with my stomach.
As an aside, I got a call from my brother in law who was at my 7 year old nephews football game. On the other side line with his 7 year old was none other than Marvin Harrison of the Colts. Pretty cool
