reverse peck deck (5 sets) 90lbs
seated db shrugs (5 sets) 95lbs
cardio:
30 minutes 5.0-6.0mph
felt good, fairly strong, but am very tired. My schedule will change for friday, and when I go in early in the am I will be doing armsa and cardio then
