Probably wont be able to get back today, as I am in meetings till late then I have to take care of my cellphone problems again.

I bought a new blackberry and picked it up yesterday. After loading it all into my computer, I realized it had no email and internet. So back to the store..... They fixed it (not at all) tried calling the parking lot, and it didnt make calls. So I went back in, and they told me that was normal for an hour or so. Waited the hour, tried making calls, no luck. Was on the phone with sprint for 2 hours that basically ended with, take it to the store. So now I will have to wait again to see if they can order one, or drive a longer distance to the sprint authorized store. What a friggin hassel

I so feel you on that. I have Sprint also. I have a Centro and it used to have internet and then one day nothing. They have not fixied it yet and it has been 6 months. But of course they still have me pay the bill for the internet. Brand new phone and it has ALL kinds of issues. But who has time to sit at an authorized store all day.

I am on with them again. They told me there is a "national backlog". If it is not rectified tonight I am returning it. This has taken up so much time it is ridiculous

I am still walking around between 191-193 although I have been forced to buy new clothes recently and my jeans are now a waist 33 :woohoo: I will have to put up a pic this week.

Here was my chest and cardio for this afternoon

Chest:
Incline DB press (5 sets) 85-90lbs
Flat DB press (4 sets) 85lbs
Incline Flys (4 sets) 40lbs*
Cross over cables (4 sets) 60lbs *
HS incline press (5 sets) 3 45's each side

40 minutes 15% 5.0-6.6mph

a couple of things I have noticed recently.
1. I realized even a little ice cream ass a treat is a no-no as my body got rid of it awful quick. Ouch

2. I am starting to cramp frequently in my abdomen at the tail end of cardio. So I will drop the afternoon cardio for a bit to see how that helps. I will still always do my am fasted cardio, but just lift in the afternoon.

I have lactose intolerance with ice cream being a trigger. I have noticed that I can eat it most of the time and be okay. But man for the one that I can't..

Weird on the cardio though.

yeah it was not pleasant with the ice cream.

I cant figure out the cramping. I am getting in enough water but it is quite painful. So I will try this week with no afternoon cardio and see how it goes

Have you tried any potassium or taurine? Or do you think it is stress related? Like IBS stress from thinking while on the treadmill?

I am not too sure to be honest. It could very well be stress, I am prone to tucking that away and trying to never "feel it" However, it is a weird type of cramp, as this is debilatatingly painfull.

appointment was postponed, but not for too long, just a scheduling issue. no concern thank goodness
