I always go high volume. I find it the most successful for me.People do 6 to 10 sets? is that avg? or you just do more than most?
Thankslet me say this, prior to GH I was overall nasty to be around. However, now if I keep my diet clean, or with slight alterations I am ok. However, if I just go nuts eating, it wont matter if I took it or not.
