Cleans, super-set, Dead Lifts, super-set Front Squats, super-set Bench Press, compounded with 100 yard run [the 100 yard run was my rest between sets]
I used 135lbs across the board
Cleans x 10 reps, super-set, DL x 10 reps, super-set, Front Squats x 10 reps, super-set, flat bench x 10 reps
x 100 yard run as my rest between sets.
Cleans x 8 reps, super-set, DL x 10 reps, super-set, Front Squats x 10 reps, super-set, flat bench x 10 reps
x 100 yard run as my rest between sets.
Cleans x 6 reps, super-set, DL x 10 reps, super-set, Front Squats x 10 reps, super-set, flat bench x 10 reps
x 100 yard run as my rest between sets.
