Serious note, my forearms are abnormally and extraordinarily pumped. My forearm flexors are so pumped that its kind of hard to fully open my hand and typing is a real b!tch right now. The blood circulation going on in my forearm flexors right now is completely out of the ordinary. If perform an elbow flexon (curl), I can feel the tightness in my forearms pressing against my bi's. It feels like I stuffed a small pillow right at the top of the brachioradialus.

I haven't felt a pump to this degree....ever, but this is the first time I've felt it like this, so I don't know what to make of it yet. I keep eblow flexing because the tightness in my forearms are so surprisingly full & tight, and I'm no stranger to forearm pumps, as someone who forefronts forearms regularly.

I didn't feel any extrarordinary strength boosts, but my endurance seems to be up, and there is less burning & numbning sensations when I lift, which is a good implication of lactate steady state (lactic acid is being flushed out as quickly as its building up).

Good workout today.

Note: I had a high school, sophmore year libido blast around 2:00pm for no apparent reason, it was sort of crazy.

Hell yeah bro, love the Kraut! They don't bury that in the ground for like 6 months with a bunch of other veggies & whatnot thrown in there, like with kimchi.

I'm Russian/Slavic descent, but my step-dad adopted me when he married my mom so I could have his last name - Nuechterlein (tell me that ain't German!). I know all about the Kraut! :cool:

Thanks all, you gotta develop those forearms, especially for someone like myself who relies HEAVILY on straps for Back and Heavy Shrugs.

and I'm glad to say that I survived my longest day of the week, but my brain and focus is gu right now. I'm off to an early night sleep so I can repeat it again tomorrow. This whole week is 7:30am internship training seminars, ugh! Which means I'm up by 6:00am and out the door no later then 6:20am to beat that Orange County morning traffic.

I'm so tired.

on my log I spoke of the same thing happening to me. I had like 6 straight dreams of all different places and such of having very intimate activity. It was wild.

I freaking love sauerkraut! I haven't had a good hot dog in years, but by far my favorite topping (from what I can remember; its literally been years).
When I go to Helen GA for Oktoberfest, I have to ease up on my diet and have some Bratwurst and SauerKraut! Even though I'm German, the beer doesn't tempt me. I haven't drank a single drop of alcohol in well over a year now. And I'm not going back there again!! But yeah, the Brats and Kraut pull me right in like a retractor-beam!! :lol:

My mom used to make a bed of the sauerkraut and put beer-boiled bratwursts on top of it!! Boil the brats in a pot with a couple of cans of beer tossed in with a little water of course. Cut up some onions into the pot and put 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds in as well. Place the bratwursts in the pot. When the Brats have cooked and swollen up nicely, remove them from the pot. Drain off the beer and water and take the onions and saute them in a frying pan with EVOO. Now pour the sauteed onions over the bed of sauerkraut and brats!! Talk about delicious!! :food: I can actually find Turkey-Brats now, so I can now enjoy this childhood favorite once again!! :woohoo:

Yup, I know that recipe. That was the most common way we ate kraut as well growing up, with the beer-bathed brats. Good stuff. Since my wife & kids aren't fans, I don't make it myself.. been a long time. You got me craving for it now!

And Volcom, true Germans don't need to eat it with anything - it's its own dish!

I woke up at 5:00am this morning and for some reason I couldn't go back to sleep, so I decided to come to school for a 6:00am workout before my 7:30am training.

Light Tri's (by light I mean I didn't use any free weights. I really like close grip bench, but my chest is still surprsingly sore)

Decent for a before the roosters are up workout. Again, I noticed an extraordinarily full pump in my working muscles; The Tri's. I was never a fan of "the pump." Supplements that boasted pumps were never a selling point for me, the pump has greater implications on endurance then strength, the only way the pump effects acute strength is that the blood flow warms up the muscle and warm muscles perform better then cold muscles, however, thats not to say the warmer the stronger, there's a threshold of warmth-to-performance ratio, and that also doesn't mean that more blood equates to even more warmth, there is also a threshold of warmth blood can bring. Too much warmth and performance can actually decline, so the pump is good in warming up the muscle. More blood in of itself is good for warming up the muscle to optimal performance, but there has to be extra did bits in that blood to really effect acute strength. I say all this so I don't sound like one of those guys who live for the pump and everything is revolved around a supplement's pump; the pump was never an indicator of a supplements quality for me, but nothwithstanding what I just said, it is kind of cool to be so exaggeratedly (is that a word?) large & full.

My tri's blew up to the point where it caused a deeper seperation between the top of my tri's (top being closest to the delts) and my posterior delts, so my posterior delts had this wicked overlying cap from the back, which you can't normally see unless I'm wearing a sleeveless (I was wearing a collard shirt; my intern pollo).

Again, with the libido blast, which must indicate my testosterone is on the rise. I got outrageouslly randy right around 5:40am, on my drive to school, and it hits in spurts.

- Endurance is up.

- Libido is WAY up.

- Strength Boost is unotable at this time; but the test is rising, so perhaps strength boosts will be an inevitable outcome in the coming days; crossing the fingers.

- Blood flow is outrageous.

- Energy is good (I just got off the White Flood prior to Blue GENE, so energy reviews are going to be hard to account with much enthusiasm, considering White Flood is energy mania and the standard of my most recent experience.)

- Focus is Stim Like at times.

good for you tg:thumbsup: I always have trouble with that because all my friends drink and they are always like have a beer with me. But i have to stop that and just stick to the mary:head:

I've done a good job not doing any of that stuff recently. I drank a couple weeks ago, smoked the week before that, but I'm feeling good just being healthy. Sometimes the Guinness I have in my fridge tempts me, but I won't be drinking that until the 23rd for the Flogging Molly concert. Sadly, I will probably make up for every ounce of alcohol I haven't drank in the weeks leading up to it.

Damn, I'm scheduled to hit delts tonight with my beast of a workout partner Zack, and I've already hit tri's (butt crack) early this morning. Hopefully it won't effect me too, too much.

Speaking of Double Days.

Renegade,

I've been taking just 1 full dose of Blue GENE, even on days where I have two workouts. Is it still recommended to take 1 full dose or a new full dose pre- new full workout? Obviously I don't have enough caps to pull off a double dose, however, for those that have two bottles, is it okay to double dose if you're doing a double workout day? Or do you remain on 1 full dose regardless of how much high intensity or long endurance activities you engage upon?

Edit: I've been receiving a few PM's lately about dosing. Do you take on the full Monty with all 5 caps from the get go or do you taper upward until you reach 5 caps? General rule, know thy stomach. If you're a supp virgin, I'd taper upward to asses tolerance for whatever precautionary reasons, I never have, but some people like to Mary Poppin their supplement experience. However, I have a strong stomach for supps (and all foods), so I've done and do full 5 caps everyday from the beginning, and on an empty stomach. The bottle does not indicate special instructions for empty stomach environment or with food. NORMALLY, a non-instruction means either way it does not matter, however, I've been taking them on an empty stomach just to be safe.

If you do want to taper, I'd go 1, 3, 5, no need to take any more then 5 days MAX for a full blown, slightly paranoid and exaggerated tolerance assessment.

Edit, Edit: I love PM's and I love helping and answering questions, however, in regards to Blue GENE, Renegade is the specialist. For your own benefits, I'd address Blue GENE questions toward Renegade, but not because I have anything against assisting people with their questions, I love to help and I appreciate the confidence, its flattering, but Renegade is "The Man" when it comes to Blue GENE inquiries :thumbsup:

We don't recommend to double up on the dosing. The formula is pretty powerful, and should therefor provide fuel for the second workout as well. But limit your dosing to 1 serving per day. I believe the faq addresses this question with "Absolutely Not". I'm a bit more gentle in my approach :D

Splitting the dosage is an interesting idea. I beleive that a full dosage should be taken pre workout, in order to get the most out of the product. HOWEVER it is a TIME RELEASE formula. Therefor, if you have trouble stomaching all 5 tabs, you can take like 2 and then 3 twenty minutes later, all pre workout. You could also split the dosing up if you have a double day for your workout, but since the formula is time released, dosing the morning would be sufficient as well.

I murd-diddily-urderlerd the delts today. My endurance seems to be increasing with every workout, not everyday, every workout, so yes, twice it improved from my first, into my second workout today.

Considering I've been up since 4:50am; from working out at 6:00am, to internship training from 7:30am-11:00am, to work from 11:30am-3:30pm, to school from 4:00pm-6:30pm back to the gym from 7:30pm-9:00pm (and this is my SECOND busiest day of the week), I still managed to kick arse with some serious intensity this second go around.

I still feel pretty good at this point, a crash would be welcomed to help put me to sleep.

Major delt work today, I still can't report too much on the strength boost front yet, but stamina and endurance is noticeably increasing, along with the extraordinary pumps to the working muscles. My traps looked bonified juiced today, I love it when that happens.

Thanks. It's still the first week so no HUGE assignments YET, although I did have homework to do on Labor Day :think: Which I did cause I'm a nerd.

The busier I am, the more I tend to accomplish, the more free time I have, the less I tend to do. It's weird like that, so basically, when I reach retirement age, just pull the plug cause I probably won't do much but stare at grass.

No but seriously, its been a rough couple of days. I might not be quite as fanatical about such things as Two-A-Days amidst the chaos that is my life schedule, if I were not logging this Blue GENE. Obligation is a huge motivator for me. These are the kind of responsibilities I thrive of off.
