Serious note, my forearms are abnormally and extraordinarily pumped. My forearm flexors are so pumped that its kind of hard to fully open my hand and typing is a real b!tch right now. The blood circulation going on in my forearm flexors right now is completely out of the ordinary. If perform an elbow flexon (curl), I can feel the tightness in my forearms pressing against my bi's. It feels like I stuffed a small pillow right at the top of the brachioradialus.
I haven't felt a pump to this degree....ever, but this is the first time I've felt it like this, so I don't know what to make of it yet. I keep eblow flexing because the tightness in my forearms are so surprisingly full & tight, and I'm no stranger to forearm pumps, as someone who forefronts forearms regularly.
I didn't feel any extrarordinary strength boosts, but my endurance seems to be up, and there is less burning & numbning sensations when I lift, which is a good implication of lactate steady state (lactic acid is being flushed out as quickly as its building up).
Good workout today.
Note: I had a high school, sophmore year libido blast around 2:00pm for no apparent reason, it was sort of crazy.
