Tore it apart at the gym for 2 1/2 hours today (did like everything possible) Rage is getting enhanced fo-sho, and I fukcin went off on some random ock at the gym today for no real reason.

Skin is rather greasy and I have to wash the face like 5 times a day. Some mild chest acne poppin up.

So it seems around day 17-18 things started to make themselves known (noticeable aggression increase).

Staying very lean even with a calorie increase at night

Went off on some random guy and then end with the kill or be killed...love it! :head:. Its quite obvious now your having some great results...the chest acne popping up is definitely tell tale sign. Keep it rockin TripNasty! LOL. :D

Today was a kick effing ass workout. I definitely feel enhanced from my standard mentality. Has anyone else tried TribTest yet? Curious if anyone saw the increase when I did (around day 17). I would love to see bloodwork from using this before and after to see the increases. Saturday is my next training day so I have to see what happens.

Side effects so far are oily skin (forehead at temples is kinda bad) ,chest acne.

24- (sat) I did some different exercises, lots of cable work, and drop sets. Energy was nothing short of triptastic, drive was right there too.

I have been reading a lot about SHBG and it surely is an interesting topic in regards to bodybuilding. I kinda overlooked it before but after realizing how much it can hinder development, I plan on keeping tabs on it from now on.

sounds good brotha, yo SHBG is a very serious topic thats sorta make or break i feel every bit of knowledge is key to getting to that next 1lb. of lean muscle just a little quicker. why not run more efficiantly when you can just gotta read.

day 27- Awesome strength today, hit my old 1rm 3x today on seated military!!!. UGH!!!!!! (around 230) So needless to say something is working here. My old max was on the 3-ad cycle and I managed to beat that, that tells me androgen levels are obviously high. I can tell that just by my mood and mind set. The alpha male feeling is not hard to notice, and can be VERY fun and addictive. So after around the 2 week mark things started to take a big swing up. :thumbsup:

29- Kinda crappy workout today, I was in a rush so I wasn't in my normal "tripinski zone." Again sh*tty NH weather is making my workouts suffer also. Everyone do yourselves a favor and never move here.

30- I came down with a nasty cold and the last 2 days have been fukcing miserable. I know why my workout on thursday sucked so much, cause I was coming down with something. I feel better knowing it wasnt my fault.lol.

31- had to take today off, cause I feel like sh*t. Trying to stay low key, to fight this sh*t off....being sick blows. Thank God for nyquil or sleep would be non existent.

-If it looks dead, shoot it a few more times just in case,

I blame NH for your sickness good Brother Tripnizzle. What else is there to blame?! lol. Get better man!

On another note I know what Trip is saying when you can't get that mental energy in the gym. I was at the gym Friday about to start my back workout when my ipod unexpectedly died. Now these ****ers play 98.5 on the radio... it essentially killed any mental pump or potential for it.

That and the shitty weather.

Thanks for the kind words guys (and girl ;)) I feel 90% better today after spending the last 3 days in a cave (with a ton of tissues and nyquil), so off to the gym to get it all out of my system....even though they close at 5pm ...UGH!

32 (yesterday) Have a very intense workout considering I wasn't able to eat much the last few days. All basic lifts and busted out some impressive numbers from my perspective...and I got a lot of sympathy from the front desk girls from being sick :).

I think I have 3 days of tribtest left, and will continue to run the incarnate for a little while. I have been on the same dosing of everything (slight changes in the R4W)

Final review

day 35- Man what a way to go out. I spent 2 1/2 hours at the gym today and was unstoppable. At one point I was doing elliptical sprints and when I was wiping it down, the girl next to me was like "my god I thought you were going to break that thing."..lol. I was super pissy today and just walking around the gym with pure rage in my eyes...haha people were prolly like "dam whats that dude on"..lol...fuk em'. I go to the gym for game time, not fuykcin social hour with the NOxplode dorks.

TribTest: After about week 2 I noticed a rather prominent change in my strength and drive. Skin def got oily and some minor acne.

R4W: holds it's own with the best preworkout supps out there. I really love the feeling it gives me at the gym. I liked taking 3 preworkout, then 2 more during the workout.

Incarnate: Best joint support supplement out there, thats a bodybuilders best friend at times. Heavy weight = joint stress.

I plan to keep Nettle root (divinal) a part of my supplement intake , as I really feel it plays a big role by keeping testosterone unbound and active in the system. This is critical to those that are truly serious about bodybuilding.

Thanks to Chuck D and Get Diesel Nutrition for making top notch supplements that break the mold, and push open new doors.

Go out and try this stack if you hit a wall with your training, and take Trips word that it will move you foreword.

Well i just ordered the peg-mgf(4mg), so when it gets here im gonna prolly do a loose log of the pin schedule and stuff. I have about 100mg of ghrp-6, and 2 vials of Igf-1.
