Days 4 + 5

Inspirational Quote Of The Day:If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put foundations under them." - Henry David Thoreau

Height: 6'0"

Weight: 204lbs (+1.8lbs).

Strength: I can't say that I've evinced anything noteable yet here, but it's still very early on. I'll continue to update.

Aggression: I've noticed a little bit of it today, but not in a negative light. It was definitely a driving force in the gym today.

Libido: Still pretty close to baseline. Maybe a bit above normal, but not much.

Side/Adverse Effects: Still nothing to report at this time. No acne; hair is accounted for; the boys are still hangin' low.

Workout:

Day 4: OFF

Day 5: Chest/Tri's: (I'll be filling in my weeks workouts tomorrow. I have them all written down.)

Supplement Dosing:

Cynostane: I took 1 capsule at 8am, 1 capsule at 1pm, and 1 capsule at 5pm (30 minutes before meals). I'm going to stick with this dosing pattern for now. If I do adjust at all, I'll update you all.

Cycle Support: 1 scoop with my morning meal 9:30am, and 1 scoop with my nightly protein (casein) shake 10pm.

EndoAmp: 1 scoop at 12pm with meal.

Toco-8: 2 scoops at 9am with my Omega 3 fatty acids.

Glycobol: 2 capsules at 9am, and 2 capsules at 5pm approx 30 minutes before meals.

Bulk Pslin: I took at 10am today, and followed up at 10:30 am with approx 100 grams WMS (Nutra bulk) and protein shake. I continue to utilize both the WMS and whole food CHO with the Glycobol/Pslin stack. I really like the results this stack gives. I highly recommend for those that haven't tried it yet.

Vitamin D: 4000 IU's with my morning meal today. I'll be getting my level checked again hopefully in about a month.

Protein Powders: Gaspari's: "Myofusion" and ON's "Casein" (chocolate) for an evening/night protein. I'm continuing to use these two as my primary sources.

BCAA's: I've been using my Xtend intra-workout at current. Next week I will be switching over to my Primordial "IBCAA" and "Vitaberry".

Beta-Alanine: I'm using my Primordial Beta-Alanine product at 3.2 grams/day pre-workout.

Daily Narrative:

Today is Day 5 of Cynostane. I do have a few things to report today. I have noticed that I'm feeling more "full" in my muscles now throughout the day; very similar to how I feel when a compound begins to "kick in". This is still very early though, and I'm still not really expecting much at this point. I'll see if this continues to evolve over the coming week.

A little bit of aggression today in the gym; nothing crazy, but a nice little kick for sure. No side effects to report at this time. I'm continuing with the Cynostane at 30mg/day for now. I'm going to give this a few weeks at this dose, and then adjust as I see fit. I'm not sure I'll need to go any higher though, but we shall see. I do want to give this compound a solid 4 weeks to see what it can do.

I've been incredibly busy over this past week, so I'll try to get on here to update as much as I can. My updates will definitely get much more involved and descriptive once this compound begins to note some good effects. If you guys have questions along the way, just post them up.

I'll take the letter after B for 400 dollars Alex

Alex Trebek: The word CAT is found under this letter in the Dictionary.

Sean Connery: I believe you'd find it in the R section.

Alex Trebek: No not In the Rs.

Sean Connery: Not in the Rs. That's not what your mother said.

Did they ever post a write up for this? Seems like there hasn't been much word about it. I appreciate the lack of hype, but I'd like to see some input from the company of what to expect, and that sort of thing.

Full and complete week 1 update tomorrow. Being that I've now worked 7 straight 12 hour days (which have been balls-to-the-wall busy in the E.R.), it doesn't leave me with much time to do anything other than work, train, and sleep; Bear with me this week...

I can totally relate bro. I've fallen behind on logs before because sometimes 'life' just gets in the way. Do whatcha gotta do, mang. It could be worse, people could just not give a $hit if you updated your logs or not! lol Just goes to show how you're looked upon in this community. :privateeye: Look forward to your update!

Days 6 - 11

Inspirational Quote Of The Day: "First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do." - Epictetus

Height: 6'0"

Weight: 207lbs (+4.8lbs).

Strength: It's becoming much more evident over the last 2 days. I feel like this is really gonna hit stride over the next few days. I'll continue to update.

Aggression: I've noticed it more and more over the last few days as well. My tolerance of trivial things isn't what it normally is right now. I don't fly off the handle, but it's a noted increase over my baseline.

Libido: My libido had been elevated, but has trailed off over the last few days. I'd say it's still fairly close to baseline right now though. I'll continue to update.

Side/Adverse Effects: Just some minor acne on my upper back. Not much else to report. Hair is all accounted for; the boys are still hangin' around. I'll continue to update. I'm going to start posting up some vital signs as well with my updates. My blood pressure has been hovering right around 115-122/ 70-75; which is pretty baseline for myself.

Supplement Dosing:

Cynostane: I took 1 capsule at 8am, 1 capsule at 1pm, and 1 capsule at 5pm (30 minutes before meals). As of now I will continue at 3 capsules/day. I may alter this in a week or so.

Cycle Support: 1 scoop with my morning meal 9:30am, and 1 scoop with my nightly protein (casein) shake 10pm. I gotta say, this new orange flavor is GREAT!

EndoAmp: 1 scoop at 12pm with meal. I always take this approx 30-60 minutes prior to my workout daily.

This stack continues to impress me.

Vitamin D: 3-4000 IU's with my morning meal daily. I'll be getting my level checked again hopefully in about a month.

Protein Powders: Gaspari's: "Myofusion" and ON's "Casein" (chocolate) for an evening/night protein. I'm continuing to use these two as my primary sources. I also have some All-The-Whey "Peanut butter cup" that I'll be adding in soon. I've tried to limit my shake intake to 2/daily, while keeping the majority of my 6 meals from whole food sources.

BCAA's: I've been using my Xtend intra-workout at current. In the next few days I will be switching over to my Primordial "IBCAA" and "Vitaberry".

Beta-Alanine: I'm using my Primordial Beta-Alanine product at 3.2 grams/day pre-workout.

Daily Narrative:

Finally, I was able to update today. I've been slammed in my personal life this week, so I hope to have a bit more time in the coming weeks to update. All-in-all, I've really enjoyed the last few days. It's becoming increasing evident that this is beginning to take effect. My muscle bellies are now feeling full throughout the day, and the strength gains are becoming more and more prominent. I have noted a bit of aggression, but nothing overwhelming to this point. This seems to also have a bit of a diuretic effect on me as well. My urinary output has increased, and I'm becoming more vascular as well. The intensity in the gym has been very impressive as well.

I'm very hopeful that during weeks 3 and 4 that this product will really begin to note some impressive feats. My weight gain has fluctuated a bit, but as of this AM I'm up almost 5 pounds. No doubt much is glycogen retention, so we'll see what happens in the coming weeks.

I have noted a little bit of insomnia at night, but I have an assortment of products I can take. When all else fails, my ambien does me just fine. I'll try to get on here as much as I can guys to update, but right now I have a lot going on behind the scenes. Also, please feel free to post up any questions that you guys may have at this point.

On we GO!!

5lb in less than two weeks? Nice. Looking good T, Joanna's looking good too. :)

It's varied a bit in the last few days, but I suspect that at least 3-4lbs being the result of the Glycobol/Pslin combo; which is really helping to keep the glycogen stores constant.

Nice work mate  Loving the look of the P-Slin and Glycobol combo.

No creatine in there? Saving it for PCT?

Ok there has been some concern that Anabolic Innovations just put out a product that no information was given. I am not sure what type of info we could have given as this is a first for this type of PH. There were 2 testers who tested this before any of the loggers and I am going to post the after blood work for each of them tomorrow. At least one of the testers ran only a Post Cycle Support pct. I am not telling people to run that only for pct as pct is a personal decision. I hope the blood work will clear some of the concerns. I will update the thread tomorrow with where it is posted.

Update tomorrow night; this stuff has definitely, "kicked in!" :)

hooray... the waiting is over, thats great news bro... I was curious about the aggression comment you made, could it be part b/c you are working so many hours? I'm sure if was working 12 hour days I would have little less patients! just a thought!

Without a doubt a possibility, but I know my norm even when I'm stressed; this is definitely a level above my baseline. It's actually a fairly controlled type of aggression to this point.

Strength is significantly elevated today for certain.

Good to hear it's beginning to kick in now. Looking forward to the update. Did you have a chance to get any before pics done?

Trauma, glad yer back. Any notable increase in muscle density? Mood elevation? Vascularity? Changes in BP? Appetite?
