Sounds like a well planned out cycle my dude. Question though, pertaining to the pct supps/support supps, do you have access to get those for free via your job? Oh and do you plan to take a little time off of training to be fully prepared for the ensuing training levels?

Side note I will be starting my USP stack (pfull, p-slin, AP, ReCreate, and eventually Prime) within the next week. 2-5 odds that your triple my gains lmfao.

Oh and as far as your cheat meal, thats a good cheat meal. Steak + beer = manly.

my training partner just ran the same thing and he found that the P was mostly sides in a bottle. he was sick and halla lethargic the entire P dosing. When he went to SD as a stand alone, he saw great gains and never looked back. He still has a 1/2 bottle of P he wants to dump down the toilet because of it. Not to discourage you but i have heard this before from pplex...

The SD is a go, nothing will add size like it will (OTC).

Good luck and keep in mind, i will be watching... make me proud.

Hey bud you also mentioned that you're very impressed with the I-GH-1... any particular reasoning with that you'd care to elaborate on? I am definitely looking to pick up the napalm, vitamin d, and niacin thus far.

I'm very impressed with the sleep effects i get from the I-GH-1. They have been very evident over the last 3-4 days. I plan on staying on this throughout my cycle.

The only downside is i've been taking 7 caps/day, and every bottle contains 100 caps. It's just that i don't know how cost effective it really is in the long run, however either way i'm enjoying the fantastic sleep! :D

Just make sure to take your Vitamin D with healthy fats such as omega-3 fatty acids to enhance absorbtion.

Lol - No, i don't get them through my job. I wish it was that easy. I guess if i really wanted to i could, but it isn't worth the hassle. I have everthing i need already in storage. ;)

I don't plan to hit the weights at all over the next 1.5 weeks to rest up. I feel i've put myself in a very good situation to grow here.

I'll be following your log when it gets going bud. I'll actually be having AP and Pslin in my stack as well.

MMMMM.....beer and steak! Doh! - Now i'm hungry......and very, very thirsty. :(

How's your 12 pack slim? I'm lookin forward to your bulk, either way you'll have a winner. People seem to usually love one half of the Super-Phera bridge & dislike the other, but differs depending on taste. Poopy always said Phera's his favorite oral by far, but he's been kidnapped :(

I see him on xbox live every now and then. I'll have to see what's going on. I know he was in the process of getting ready to go back to school.

Yeah i need to try the new one out.

I guess it's purple lemonade flavor or something like that. Yummy!

I have a sample of it I have yet to try...honestly though the taste really doesn't matter to me (I wasn't too fond of White Flood and I'm pretty sure the PW lemonade is rather similar in taste)...its the effects that count and PW is one of best damn supplements on the market period!

Mood: I've been feeling fantastic lately. I'm on a high from the fantastic success i've noted over this past month!

Energy: I still have consistent levels of energy. I dropped my cards very low yesterday and i was a bit lethargic, but today is my cheat day. :)





Supplementation:



Dcp: 2 caps(9am), 3 caps(1:30pm), 2 caps(5:30pm), 1 cap(10pm)

ReCreate: 2 caps(9am), 1 cap(5:30)

Thermo-Glide: application to abdominals and bi-lateral flanks at 10pm.

Vitamin D: 2000 IU at 1:30pm with 1 capsule of Flax oil

Multivitamin: 1 capsule at 1:30pm

Gut Health: 1 capsule at 1:30pm

NOxidant: 3 capsules at 10pm

Receptor: 3 capsules daily

I-GH-1: 7 capsules at 10pm

Flax oil: 3 caps daily

Purple Wraath: 1 scoop during cardio session at 12:30pm






Workout:


I've done not weight training all week long. I've been mainly doing 35-40 minutes on the eliptical machine. I used to hate the eliptical, but now i actually like it! :)

Well i only have a few more days of this cycle. I'm only 1 lb away from my revised target weight. Overall i'm VERY PLEASED with the results. Today is also my cheat day. So it will consist of some pizza and beer. I deserve it, i've been busting my azz lately!

Well good news also. I'll be closing on my house July. 7th. This is good because now i can start planning the packing and moving phase. I HATE MOVING! :(. No side effects at ALL to report either. My sleep has been AWESOME since i started the I-GH-1! I've noticed that the Thermo-Glide is starting to etch in some subtle finer details also.

I'll be posting up my new bulking thread in about a week. It should be very interesting to say the least. :) I can say with complete honesty to you all, i've never had such dramatic results in such a short amount of time. I'd take pictures, but my wife has our camera over in tampa from her birthday. I have my cell phone, but i can't find the computer cable. If i find it i'll take a pic and get it up. I'll have some up for the bulk either way. We're in the home stretch now!!! :woohoo:

Cool. Yeah, pics can be good. I know I'm waiting until I get to my goal before taking any more. (And I'm using the fact that I have my first ever photoshoot as a big motivation to get there, since I want my pics to be a true reflection of me and look good withOUT being touched up and photoshopped like most fitness models' pics are!)

Sounds good. Looking forward to it. Would you say you are happy with your 2000 IU Vitamin D dosage? Any particular reason you settled for 2000 IU, not 1000 IU? Florida is sunny. Fifteen minutes in the sun should cover your daily vitamin D(3) needs! :)

I chose it for a few different reason. I've been working a lot more lately, and i really haven't had a lot of time to get out in the great florida sun. :)

Also, it is now recommended that you maintain a level in the very upper limits of the normal range of Vitamin D to obtain maximum effect.

My level was bordering the low end of normal(30ng/ml), so i wanted to get it back up to a more sufficient level. Once i do, i'll drop back to the 400-1000 IU day range to maintain.

I've been doing anywhere from 1200-2000iu at around 10-1130am. My thinking is that naturally, this is when sun exposure begins during the day. It would peak at around 2pm, were we existing in the wild, so I keep it during the day.
