Like Studhorse mentioned, it can be difficult finding a Dr who will put you on it, especially if your current levels are within the "normal" range. Seems half of them are convinced you'll end up with prostate issues. Might be time to find an Endocrinologist (?) and pay out of pocket.

Dude! That stuff is boss it totally helped but not a 100% elimination for me. Sad face. I just tend to use dumbbells and lighter weight for incline. Strangely the bar is what seems to do it life I can't twist the shoulder correctly when my arms are locking it in that motion. Who knows.

I can do a lot with the cable machine at my gym anyways. The kind with two independent weight stacks? There's a name for that but I can't think of it. I find if I wheel up a bench and adjust the pulleys I can get the same weight I want in incline same position of body and weight, but again as long as there's no bar, no pop. Crazy huh?
