Man I remember when I saw a guy press 105s for 6 and I was in awe. This was years ago and I never thought it would be possible for me to do that. My shoulders are stronger than I give them credit for.

Thanks man and its ok the video quality on the deadlift was crap. Plus form had suffered from having to do it a second time. Hopefully I can get a 630 deadlift video on Monday.

Lol everyone has to remember Im only 5'7"ish but pushing 240. Im a thick dude. Well right now I have the explosive DS gains while he just added the ds after maintaining on test.

Lol I promise u I dont compete. My friend Jared who does wants me to. But Idk if I will since it costs more money than I would like to spend on competing. Plus where I live there arent really any meets. I would probably drive up to Athens a day or 2 before a meet and stay at a friends. Last time I went to a PL comp there I couldnt sleep worth a damn(on the floor) so I slept through a good bit of the competition. With my current numbers I would have probably won. Although these numbers r when Im at my peak.
 
Today was supposed to be arms but the FC closed at 2PM today because it was "family day" yes they r that damn lazy. Anyway might go do arms tomorrow not sure yet. Would be pissed if it affected my deadlift on Monday which will have to be done early. Since the FC closes at 2PM again on Monday.

Cardio has helped me release a little built up tension... you could try that. Better yet, hopefully you know some little slut that would be willing to help release a little of that negative stuff. That helped me out a bit last year too. :veryhappy:

Well sleep has been disrupted more than usual. Sex sides are apparent. Didnt jerk for atleast 3 weeks and when I finally did the load probably would have drowned any girl that isnt a resident slut. It caused some kind of jump start bc 3 days in a row. Plus the fuse has def been shorter after opening up the flood gates.

Sorry if all that was a bit detailed but thats the only way I know how to be.

Id say the epi and androhard have helped. My past experiences with tren killed my libido and hard ons completely. Was not a pleasant experience doesnt seem like I will have that problem this time.

Ya I am but Im putting my body through hell. I need to order some cissus but I might see how I feel with some time away from it. Haha Epi doesnt seem to bother my joints really. It seems to be the extra weight Im using and just the daily grind of 10 plus pounds on a short frame.

Finally wising up and giving up. Been stupid and have asked Lindsey to hang out and get a side step. I guess Im only good enough to talk to about lifting. I feel the most stupid around the girls I actually like. Something needs to change because this is no fun.

Tomorrow should be a fun and busy day. Had a good day of healthy eating today so should be fueled up. Im thinking deadlifts, pull ups, 1 arm rows, and bent over rope pull downs for back.

Ya follow it up with a moderate weight chest workout later lol. I started doing piss-ups. 25 after any trip to the bathroom and geez I got a pump instantly might have to keep these up but drop it down to 20.

Thats weird. Def try something bc they have def helped with me plus plenty of fish oil and krill oil.

I have always taken fish oil, it has gotten better ever since I have increased my dosage though. Been taking Oximega 2 pill 3x per day.

How r u liking those? I usually just pop 2 reg fish oils after each meal or shake.

Usually 100-150g a day. I havent checked my weight lately since I havent lifted in way too long. But I had been hovering right under 240 with everything on. Usually gain a pound during my work out.

They really arent bothering me too bad all things considered especially after a few days rest.

So Im basically a liar. I didnt go lift early today. Didnt get enough sleep to do a full back workout. Hopefully the HGHPro samples I received will help. What I plan on doing is getting to the FC early and getting my deadlifts done. Then after my chest workout do 1 arm DB rows. When I get home I can do pull ups till my heart is content.

Deadlifted 630 today without a belt on. Didnt get it on video but next week we r going to do 635. That time I will have a belt on and will get it recorded. I dont do abs but I have some kind of core lol.

i said it before this thread has been really inspiring bro. im hitting 495, 3x w/o a belt but I'am using straps. i dont think ill be able to catch up to you when I'm on! that 630lbs is crazy weight son! whats your stance like bro do you go hips wide or sumo stance? i couldnt imagine doing that much weight with a sumo stance. do you do one hand over one under or both on the same side? just wondering. your still killing it man. how much longer u got left on cycle?

Man up, lose the straps, and invest in chalk lol jk. Thats good weight for ur size and especially beltless. It really puts a beatdown on ur core. Id say conventional lol basically shoulder width apart feet and my hands a little over an itch away from the smooth part of the bar. I do over under and I honestly cant tell u which 1 is which for certain lol. I just finished 5 weeks. Not sure how long I want to run this.

Just want to take a second to thank everyone who has made this log what it is. Thanks everyone it def helps having everyone watching as I progress even if 99.9% of yall dont have vaginas(check some sigs for the joke).

I will do a comparison of where I was and where I am at tomorrow. I said I was going to do that but with my computer issues I couldnt. Looked back at some of my early workouts and its crazy improvements.

Ok so after I did my 630 deadlift yesterday I hit chest with Mario.

Flat DB press 110*12, 125*10, 140*6

Decline hammer strength 3 plates on each side 4 sets of 10. Mario would go then I would go no rest.

Cable flyes 3 sets of high, 2 sets of middle, 2 sets of low all done with 60 pounds for 10 reps.

DC chest stretch 50 pounds for a minute.

Squats 405*11, 455*8 this felt great def going heavy next week

Front squats 135*10,10,10 used a narrow stance quads were PUMPED after squats

Leg press machine(not plate loaded) 110*20, 210*25 (my feet went numb more than anything lol)

Leg press machine calves(same machine) 130*100, 170*100, 210*100(not a typo 100 reps)

Really attacked the squats today.

Btw I an seriously paying for my squats. I was laying down earlier and got up and FACK! My left quad seized up again. It started spasming and I had some pain. It felt like my leg was trying to grown an inch instantly. This happened before so atleast I knew what I had to do. I got an ice pack and bent my leg. Can still feel it a little bit but nothing compared to a half hour ago.
 
Legs seized up again this time it was worse. The only thing that seems to help is ice. If anybody has ANY idea wtf is going on please help. This happened before after squats. Cant keep having this happen. Had to get help because I couldnt walk it was BAD.

I can't say exactly what is happening but i'm guessing the amount of stress your putting on your body is starting to catch up with you. . . your str is through the roof and body is trying to adjust itself to all of its new gains. . .it can happen with you become stronger than your CNS can handle. .. I would tone it back with the amount of weight and start your endurance training the last half of this cycle so you can maintain that newly found str that you've been showing. .. EAT MORE POTASSIUM AND SODIUM. . your electro lights could be out of wack due to the lack of potassium. . . i'm sure your drinking 1.5gallons of water if not more and your potassium-sodium channels are out of wack. . .just a thought :22:

My suggestions are the same; potassium (bananas) and sodium. I get that from time to time in my hams if I kill them and taking potassium in a high dose for a day or two will eliminate it pretty quick. As for your CNS being over stressed, David is probably right. Do a lighter week then crush it your last week of the cycle.
