Today was supposed to be arms but the FC closed at 2PM today because it was "family day" yes they r that damn lazy. Anyway might go do arms tomorrow not sure yet. Would be pissed if it affected my deadlift on Monday which will have to be done early. Since the FC closes at 2PM again on Monday.
Taking 3 days off from lifting instead of the usual 2. Dont want my arms to be sore when I hit back especially deadlifts on Monday. My left bicep and inner elbow were bothering me when I did shoulders too so might be best to rest. I have a big knot on my left upper arm and lower back.
Showing signs of short temper today so waiting till Monday afternoon to lift could be problematic. Oh well I will just stay away from people as much as possible. Come Monday I should be so ready to lift I just rip 630 off the floor like its nothing.
Wow so make it 4 days off from lifting. Atleast I know I will be fully recovered.
Texted Ben about lifting but he said he was about to eat and he waits 2 hours after eating to lift. And since the FC closes at 2PM today not going to lift there. He went to another place and got 630 on deadlift with some hitching.
What I might do tomorrow is double up. If I can get to sleep early enough tonight I will go lift tomorrow twice. Go in early and do back. Dont know if I want to do deadlifts though. Wont have a good belt to use so dont really know what weight to use unless I just rep out. Then later go back and hit chest with Ben and Mario.
Oh ya and I have upped my dose of Tren to 2mL 3 times a day. 2mL is 45mg. What I might do is up my AndroHard and Dermacrine up also. Bump them up to 12mL split up into 3 doses.
Seeing any of the usual sides that come with tren use? You think the epi and androhard are helping with that? Just looking for some thoughts as I'm getting ready to do this same stack in a few weeks
Well sleep has been disrupted more than usual. Sex sides are apparent. Didnt jerk for atleast 3 weeks and when I finally did the load probably would have drowned any girl that isnt a resident slut. It caused some kind of jump start bc 3 days in a row. Plus the fuse has def been shorter after opening up the flood gates.
Sorry if all that was a bit detailed but thats the only way I know how to be.
Id say the epi and androhard have helped. My past experiences with tren killed my libido and hard ons completely. Was not a pleasant experience doesnt seem like I will have that problem this time.
U wont be disappointed with the strength and recomp effects.
Just something to say I plan on being dumb tomorrow and trying to pull 630 beltless. Wont have anybody there to record me MOST likely so if I get it u will just have to take my wordonder:
Oh and I think my body is really starting to feel the stress of this extra weight. Joints in my legs feel extra creeky.

Tomorrow should be a fun and busy day. Had a good day of healthy eating today so should be fueled up. Im thinking deadlifts, pull ups, 1 arm rows, and bent over rope pull downs for back.

I honestly am the worst with joints. I have no problems normally, but it seems anything I take, from Pink Magic to Turinabol-LV, my joints feel it within a couple weeks. I need to start supplementing that...
Thats weird. Def try something bc they have def helped with me plus plenty of fish oil and krill oil.
I have always taken fish oil, it has gotten better ever since I have increased my dosage though. Been taking Oximega 2 pill 3x per day.
I would suggest Animal Flex. H-Drol/Fura dried my joints pretty bad and after 1week on Flex I was back in business :thumbsup:

Deadlifted 630 today without a belt on. Didnt get it on video but next week we r going to do 635. That time I will have a belt on and will get it recorded. I dont do abs but I have some kind of core lol.

Alright todays workout
Squats 405*11, 455*8 this felt great def going heavy next week
Front squats 135*10,10,10 used a narrow stance quads were PUMPED after squats
Leg press machine(not plate loaded) 110*20, 210*25 (my feet went numb more than anything lol)
Leg press machine calves(same machine) 130x100, 170x100, 210x100 (not a typo 100 reps)
Really attacked the squats today.

Legs seized up again this time it was worse. The only thing that seems to help is ice. If anybody has ANY idea wtf is going on please help. This happened before after squats. Cant keep having this happen. Had to get help because I couldnt walk it was BAD.
DAM TOMA. . . I can't say exactly what is happening but i'm guessing the amount of stress your putting on your body is starting to catch up with you. . . your str is through the roof and body is trying to adjust itself to all of its new gains. . .it can happen with you become stronger than your CNS can handle. .. I would tone it back with the amount of weight and start your endurance training the last half of this cycle so you can maintain that newly found str that you've been showing. .. EAT MORE POTASSIUM AND SODIUM. . your electro lights could be out of wack due to the lack of potassium. . . i'm sure your drinking 1.5gallons of water if not more and your potassium-sodium channels are out of wack. . .just a thought :22:
