CARDIO DAY

Just finished this morning's cardio session. Whew.....wore out now!! ha ha I pushed the cardiovascular system a little harder than normal today. I like what I'm seeing in the mirror. Leaning out nicely now.

20 minutes of HIIT on the cardio glider machine.
330 nonstop reps of ab work consisting of machine crunches, leg raises, and kneeling rope crunches.
Good sweat going on. Lathered up like a race horse. Feel like one too. Fast, strong, muscular, and hard. Great feeling. :arms::thumbsup:

Sweet! Recomping is nice!

I'm seeing some changed myself. If only my energy levels would pick up a tad at night. I've had a very hard time getting my cooking done for the next day. I've been just saying screw it and going to Subway for my meals. I get great food there too, but it's chicken, and I prefer steak. I've just been so tired by the days end. :(

I really need to up my diet by about ~500cal/day. I feel like that would be a solid number.

So far I'm doing...

Meal 1: 6 whole eggs (organic), 4oz chopped ham, handful of cheese, medium bowl of berries, some plain fat-free yogurt (organic)

Meal 2: 16oz coconut milk,3 scoop Lipotropic protein, handful of walnuts

Meal 3: 6in triple meat oven-roasted chicken breast on wheat from Subway (if I'm not lazy, a plate of broccoli and about ~7oz steak)

Meal 4: Same as Meal 3

Pre-wo: Anadraulic State GT - 32g

Post-wo: 40g BC+EAA

2hr Pre-bed: 16oz coconut milk, 3sc Lipotropic

NATADROL AND ANADRAULIC STATE UPDATES

Natadrol Day 18:
It's hard to believe that it's already been 18 days into this cycle. I can safely say that this compound has kicked in fully now. I can honestly say that I feel "on" with this compound. It's stronger than I thought it would be.

Aggression: 8 Rage and Fury mixed together with Madness!! Perfect for tossing around the heavy iron!!
Focus: 7 Laser like concentration.
Energy: 8 I'm still surprised at this, but happy at the same time!!
Recovery: 7 Even after brutal workouts, I feel great just a few hours later. Like I could repeat the whole battle over again!
Sleep: 7 Still no problems here. I'm getting plenty of good slumber time.
Strength: 8 Continues to climb even on a caloric deficit. Can't complain about that action!!
Appetite: 7 This stuff flat-out makes me hungry. I'm pounding down massive amounts of protein on this run. I've gained 4 very lean pounds thus far!!

I give the Natadrol a score of 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. 10 being perfect. So this compound really delivers for me to give it this high of a rating.

Anadraulic State:

I love this stuff!! I gotta have some of this just as soon as it's available!! Incredible how this stuff makes you feel.
After 30 to 45 minutes of consuming this, you start to feel it. Makes you wanna tear the walls down!! Attitude during training is very dominant!! Like you can tackle any weight!!

I give the Anadraulic State a 9 out of a perfect 10 score!! It's da BOMB!!!!:

The more I read and the more I think about it, the only real use I would have for this product is if it enhances my Prime experience, and there is no reason why it shouldn't.

This is my reasoning I don't need a replacement product in my arsenal, the effects people are getting on Natodrol seem very similar to the ones I get on Prime. So if it was one or the other I would obviously choose the one I didn't need any PCT. I also do very well on the swole stack actually comparable to the Asteroid just different. So with these two stacks working so well for me I would only need something to enhance one of the stacks. The obvious choice would be Prime as it is non-hormonal and may benefit with an additional hormonal boost.

I got some TNA for my next run, but that was a one time deal so Natodrol may find an opening in my regimen.

It sure is. I was weighing in at 242 at the start of this cycle. I had cut weight down from 260 at Thanksgiving. So I was lean and ready to start this cycle.
Since the start I decided to up my protein intake significantly. I was surprised this morning when I stepped on the scale and it read 246 lbs.!!!
And that was after morning defecation!! I know that's blatantly descriptive :dump:, but it's relevant.

I've gained 4 shredded pounds of real muscle mass on this run. I'm really impressed with that.
I have been very strict with my dieting. No cheating. Dedicated and focused. Gonna see how much I can wring out of this cycle before it's over.
I've shed water bloat like crazy on the Natadrol. My veins are bulging through my skin!! I can see cuts and definition becoming sharper every day. Urination is very frequent. And I'm downing around 2 gallons of H20 per day in order to stay hydrated.

TALES OF TERROR FROM THE TEMPLE OF TORTURE!!

THE NOT YOUR LITTLE SISTER'S WORKOUT

Sorry I didn't get a chance to record yesterday morning's workout. As soon as the session was finished and I had ate my post-workout meal, I had to run some errands and then me and my wife got called off to work.

Here's what carnage went down in the killing fields though:

CHEST--Incline Machine Bench Presses--200X10, 390X9, 390X9>270X12>200X19. Love this type of working out. Pushing it to the limit is my way of doing things!!
BACK--Bentover Cable Rows--180X10, 340X11, 340X10>250X12>180X16. The high reps are flooding my muscles with GH secretions. Growing like weeds!!:twisted:
SHOULDERS--Seated DB Arnold Presses--30'sX10, 70'sX12, 70'sX12>40'sX11>30'sX16. My shoulders are really responding to these. I have't done Arnold Presses in years until MrKleen shared this program with me. Love it!!
TRICEPS--Reverse-Grip Bench Presses--165X10, 245X10, 245X9>205X8>165X14. Tri's were insanely pumped up. Difficult to even flex them after this!!
BICEPS--Standing Close-Grip Cable Curls with short rotating bar--140X10, 200X11, 200X10>160X10>120X14. Ginormous looking footballs for biceps!!
QUADS--Leg Extensions--100X15, 200X18, 200X18>150X10>100X13. I had to really fight to get that 13 reps with the last drop at 100 lbs. I had given my all to the heavy sets. The way it should be done. Do Nothing Half-Assed!!:angryfire:
HAMSTRINGS--Stiff-Legged Deadlifts--205X10, 355X11, 355X11> 245X13. No third drop as usual. Not necessary. At all!!
FOREARMS--Reverse-Grip Cable Curls with EZ Bar--70X10, 150X12, 150X12>100X10>70X12. Painfully pumped but pleased.
CALVES--Seated Machine Calf Raises--200X20, 350X26, 350X24. Straight sets here for calves. Torched 'em!! :smite:

That was how the intensity and insanity went down in the Temple yesterday.
I am loving this cycle run and this routine. Both are working miracles with my strength and conditioning. I'm getting lean, dense, hard, and shredded!!

Never!!! That's not my style at all. If I fail to post as usual, then something's afoot. Yesterday me and the wife got called away to work right after my workout and post-workout shake and meal. I didn't get a chance to get back online after that. I really don't have a lot of free time on my hands these days. Me and my wife work 7 days a week. We have a full-time job each and then we share the 3rd part-time job. Busy, busy here bro. I hope everyone understands.
 
I'm having some real time problems with my PC for the last 4 days. Sunday someone private messaged me here on AM forums and said they were a moderator or an administrator, I can't remember which or what username he used.
Anyway, he told me that me and several other members here had viruses on our PC's and that we needed to clean them up. He gave me a link for a free scan and clean-up. When I clicked that friggin link, the security tool site came up and it will NOT go away. It pops up every 10 to 15 seconds and after being online for over 10 minutes or so, my PC shuts down and I have to restart it all over again.
Some of you remember that my PC's power supply died out on me a few weeks back and I replaced it. Me and my wife forgot that our old Anti-virus and spyware program had expired. So we were left defenseless against this attack.

When I checked my private messages, that person's PM had been deleted!!! I thought that I was the only one that could delete my PM's!!

Can anyone help? I've tried to install new anti-virus protection but that damn pop-up comes up and prevents it!!

If someone can't help me, then my wife is going to take the PC back to where we bought and they are going to clean it up but I will lose all my pictures, music, favorites, etc.

That's for sure. But they will NOT win the day. I cancelled my credit cards and debit cards and have issued new numbers for them. This crook will not succeed with the Thundergod!!!:hammer:
 
not that I'm a computer whiz or anything, but I would start by deleting the file first, then if problem persists go into system restore and set your computer back to whatever day you are sure there was no such problem. this won't erase any saved files or anything, just put your computer back to prior registry mode.
worked for me when I had a virus.

That damn security tool site pop-up happens so quick, I cannot complete any such functions. My wife used to go into System Restore and back up the calendar on the PC to before whatever problem occurred and that used to work. But not this time!!! She tried 4 different older dates, but that damn virus introduced pop-up keeps popping up!! It's happened 4 times in just typing this repsonse to you!! It's killing my nerves!!

We'll take it back to where we bought it and have to PAY to get it cleaned up. This sucks. Worst experience that I've had on AnabolicMinds Forums thus far!!
I wish I could get my hands on the scrawny fukker that sent that to me!! He disappeared into cyber oblivion after he accomplished his dirty deed!! :smite:

That used to work for me too. But my wife tried 4 different times unsuccessfully. I had a guy that really knows computers to look at it yesterday and it baffled him also.
My wife called the place where we bought the PC, and even though it's after the warranty expiration, they said they would clean it up for a fee of course!
Supposed to take it in tomorrow if I can't figure something out today. :damnit1:

I found the other message from someone named curttyman who is banned now. He is the one who sent me that "security site" to clean my PC up. If he is banned, how did he send me this PM??!!

I wish I could stay on here and chat with everyone and check in on their logs. But this thing has shut my PC down several times this morning already. I can only stay online for about 5 to 10 minutes max. Then the whole thing shuts down!! I'm so mad I could just :dump:
 
I can fix it but I need the actual computer. I've fixed things like this many a times. What is the specific fake antivirus that pops up? What is its name? Ps I work on computers for a living.

It just says "Security Tool" and I think it's a fake site anyway. The link is in the posts above where those fukkers sent me the private message that did this damage. You can click on those links, but don't try anything else while on there!! Maybe you can help me here bro. I appreciate your concern Inarius.:thanks:

Thunder delete the file that keeps popping up .You can then try to do a system restore point, if that doesn't work download a program called combofix.exe and it will solve the problem.Mine did the same thing a while back and the combo fix fixed it completely. I think the actual website is bleepingcomputer.com check it out it will work.
