This was the best workout I've had in many, many months. Since I was last "on". It was that good. Aggression was kicking like a 3-legged ninja on crack!! My focus was laser-like. Scary how "in the zone" I was today!! NOTHING could stop the Thundergod on his quest of glory!!!:hammer:
CHEST--Incline Machine Bench Presses--200X10, 380X9!!, 380X7>270X12>200X23 freakin' reps!!! Whoa Nellie, that was incredible shizz!! :yikes:
BACK--Regular Pulldowns--170X10, 280X10, 280X9>210X12>160X18. Went fukkin crazy again!! The Berzerker Rage had me in its grasp fully. :aargh4:
SHOULDERS--Seated DB Arnold Presses--30'sX10, 70'sX12(PR on Arnold style presses!!), 70'sX10>50'sX11>35'sX15. And they were gorged with growth inducing blood!!
TRICEPS--Seated Overhead Cable Extensions--80X10, 180X11, 180X10>130X12>90X16. Love those GH releasing high reps on the last drop sets!! Time to grow boyeez!! :cool2:
BICEPS--One-Arm Cable Preacher Curls--30X10, 90X12!!, 90X10>60X12>40X13. And they were very large and veiny. Nasty in the best sense of the term!! :twisted:
QUADS--Leg Extensions--100X10, 220X15(heavy stuff), 220X14>150X10>100X9. Just too pumped with blood to force out any more reps!
HAMSTRINGS--Stiff-Leg Deadlifts--205X10, 355X11(right ham is FULLY recovered now!!)355X10>245X10. No 3rd drop. Don't need it. Went all out on the heavy stuff! :yup:
CALVES--One-Leg Machine Calf Raises--100X15, 200X26, 200X24. And they were toast!
FOREARMS--One Arm Reverse Cable Curls--30X10, 50X15, 50X15. And straight sets here as well as the calves. Just wonderful!!!
I was totally lit up for this workout!! Natadrol and Anadaulic State are in full swing now. Irish Cannon, please let me know when this new version of ASGT goes on sale. Or pre-sale that is!! LOL
