None of these lifts are personal bests. I've tightened up my form for this routine. It's all about FUF (form until failure) these days.

Although injuries have taken a bit of a toll and I can't lift like I did before, I still train very hard and a lot of my lifts are as good as they ever were. I can take more pain now than I ever could and I'm way fuggin smarter!!

Cardio day. Wish it was a day to smash some freakin' weights!! I'm definitely in the mood. Aggression is high today. I love it!!!

20 minutes of HIIT on the cardio glider.
330 nonstop reps of abs comprised of crunches, leg raises, and kneeling rope crunches.


Sweating good!! :mischievous: Energy is outrageous today. I must give the nod to the Natadrol here. With the Anadraulic State being taken only 3 times per week for preworkouts only, I find it hard to see how this could be the factor. It seems that it would be hard to keep constant blood concentration levels with that dosing protocol.
But for a pre-workout blast.....I've never used anything that does what the Anadraulic State does!!! It literally turns me into pyschotic weight-slinging freak!! :twisted:

When I feel the soft tissue get to a certain point I have to put on my thinking cap about how long I was out of training and how thatr screwed with me mentally. Unfortunately reading you guys logs gets me pumped for war and I have to go to the gym and remember to keep it level headed for now. Of course if you follow my logs you see I never seem to stay slowed down long enough to heal all the way before missing that battle and jumping back into the fray.

Funny thing is I always am able to compensate so that I keep developing at about the same... I have found that a lot of my effort was wasted when I was younger.

But here's the damage that went down against the iron foe on the killing field this morning!!

CHEST--High Incline DB Bench Presses--55'sX10, 105'sX16, 105'sX15>70'sX12>50'sX15. And they were swollen up now! :yup:Nice pumps.
BACK--Seated Cable Rows With V-Grip Handle--180X10, 320X11, 320X9>240X12>180X14. I love the mid back contractions I receive from this movement. Great isolation yet a mass builder at the same time when you go heavy. I love 'em!!
SHOULDERS--Machine Shoulder Presses--130X10, 240X11(up 10lbs. and 1 rep), 240X9>200X11>140X15. Then I did a few side DB laterals and cable rear laterals just to give them some work. Shoulders were large and round after all this.
TRICEPS--Lying Triceps Extensions--75X10, 165X12, 165X12>105X11>75X14. Was in the zone for these. I felt the aggression of Natadrol and Anadraulic State kicking some ass here!! :buttkick::twisted:
BICEPS--Seated DB Curls--30'sX10, 70'sX11, 70'sX9>50'sX12>30'sX15. Mountain peaks now. Stretching towards the sky!! Fierce pumps on this stuff.
QUADS--Hack Squats--200X10, 420X11, 420X10>280X12...and no last drop. Didn't need it. They were toast. And pumped so much I couldn't even flex them they were so full of blood. Likey!!:woohoo:
HAMSTRINGS--Lying Leg Curls--60X10, 150X10, 150X10>100X12>70X9....they were too pumped to continue. And the burn was extreme!!! Can't remeber when I mentally connected with hams this well before. The best contrctions and pumps I can remember, Good stuff happening here!
CALVES--One-Legged Calf Raises with DB in one hand--30X15, 60X15, and 60X15 for one last seaing set. Did these very slowly and the burn took over!! ha ha
FOREARMS--Cable Reverse-Curls--60X10, 90X12, and 90 X12. Straight sets here as well. Felt so strict and tight!! Wicked sets!!:evil:

Transsyberian Orchestra originally did the "hall of the mountain king" metal style. Apocalyptica is covering their version of it, just using cellos instead of guitars. I realize the way I worded it was confusing in my original quote.

Yesterday was en extremely busy day for me and the goddess. Sorry for a lack of posting.

Yesterday Morning Cardio:

20 minutes of HIIT training on the cardio glider.
Followed by 330 nonstop reps of abs consisting of crunches, leg raises, and kneeling rope crunches.

Very decent sweat rolling down my Asgardian back. Energy felt unlimited. Mood is very positive.

Excitement is uncontainable!!! :woohoo::dance:

Natadrol Day 12: It seems to take just a little longer to kick in than MMV2, but boy oh boy when it does kick. It's kicks like a mule on meth!!!
Definitely an "ON" feeling with this natty stuff. Can't believe I'm responding so well to this stuff

I notice the full body pumps. I walk around all day swole, feeling like I'm da shit!!

BACK--Regular Pulldowns--170X10, 280X10, 280X9>210X12>160X18. Went fukkin crazy again!! The Berzerker Rage had me in its grasp fully. :aargh4:
SHOULDERS--Seated DB Arnold Presses--30'sX10, 70'sX12(PR on Arnold style presses!!), 70'sX10>50'sX11>35'sX15. And they were gorged with growth inducing blood!!
TRICEPS--Seated Overhead Cable Extensions--80X10, 180X11, 180X10>130X12>90X16. Love those GH releasing high reps on the last drop sets!! Time to grow boyeez!! :cool2:
BICEPS--One-Arm Cable Preacher Curls--30X10, 90X12!!, 90X10>60X12>40X13. And they were very large and veiny. Nasty in the best sense of the term!! :twisted:
QUADS--Leg Extensions--100X10, 220X15(heavy stuff), 220X14>150X10>100X9. Just too pumped with blood to force out any more reps!
HAMSTRINGS--Stiff-Leg Deadlifts--205X10, 355X11(right ham is FULLY recovered now!!)355X10>245X10. No 3rd drop. Don't need it. Went all out on the heavy stuff! :yup:
CALVES--One-Leg Machine Calf Raises--100X15, 200X26, 200X24. And they were toast!
FOREARMS--One Arm Reverse Cable Curls--30X10, 50X15, 50X15. And straight sets here as well as the calves. Just wonderful!!!

I was totally lit up for this workout!! Natadrol and Anadaulic State are in full swing now. Irish Cannon, please let me know when this new version of ASGT goes on sale. Or pre-sale that is!! LOL

You know MrKleen, that the Natadrol does have cissus in it. And my joints are feeling uber!!! :439: Seriously though. No pain at all. Even my old knees and elbows are feeling lubed and ready!!! My tendons are feeling tough as whet leather dude!!!
