I personally don't mind being aggressive with anyone, as long as I know that my cause was justified.

I notice that certain things I take make it harder for me aggression wise. I really have to watch that I'm being fair and not just angry.

Natadrol: After 4 full days of dosing this now, I'm starting to feel the earliest effects.

The libido reared its mighty "head" for the last 2 days in a powerful manner. I could smash a diamond shield with my "hammer"!!:hammer: Legendary love-making with the goddess Sif last night. :hump: Shook all the nine worlds. Left us both trembling in the afterglow.

And my aggression is starting to increase.....above my insane normal levels even!! Been honking my horn and flipping birds at stupid drivers last night. A lot of which is just for fun...but still. I enjoyed it enough to beg them to pull over. Good for them that they didn't. No sense in harming ignorant mortals.

is for sure increased. I've been oh so hungry these last 2 days. Had a big breakfast this morning: 2 oxen, 4 sheep, and 6 geese. Plus a bushel of sweet potatoes. Kidding of course, but I did have a rather large breakfast. And my stomach still feels like it could tolerate some more.

SO for what is available to report, I record the following data. I'm rating this according to what I expected from a plant based natural androgen to accomplish. Not in comparison to AAS androgens. That wouldn't be sensible nor fair. But it is an extremely close second to MDHT (methyl dht) in these areas. To that, I am somewhat surprised.......and pleased.

Now I can't wait to wake up tomorrow morning and consume my second serving of that wondrous Anadraulic State GTSE. I'm looking for an extraordinary session in the Temple of Torture!!

I've been using self-hypnosis and pre-visualization of tomorrow's workout. Complete with each set and every rep with the exact weight I expect to use. I visualize myself completing each with 100% success. You guys really ought to be doing this too. It will increase the productivity of your sessions tremendously.

Today however, is a total rest day. My only rest day of the week. Tyr's day. I should be battling on the God of War's day!!

My routine looks like this:

Sunday: Weights
Monday: Cardio
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Weights
Thor'sDay: Cardio
Friday: Weights
Saturday: Cardio
 
visualizing your workout is a good thing. i know many olympic athletes use sport psychologist's to help them learn this technique-they train for 4 years and get 1 shot at greatness. nice tip there thunder!

I will say this though, with big older guys like us... eating is more than a chore... it's an event to be relished by us and feared by others watching!!!
 
I have yet to do a full body split.

Full body workouts are what the old school natty guys did to grow. Some of the insanity of high volume split programs came with the enhanced recovery off AAS. You should give it a try if nothing else the shock to your body will have you reeling. HST is a great way to get into full body programs too.

The alpha aggression in here is inspiring!

I used to take hate and fury to the gym with me. It was exhilirating to unleash it on the weights. However, something changed with me... I have a strange calm in the gym. A confident focus that seems to work as well as the violence of rage. I can only describe it as lifting in a void. I don't notice anything, I can focus much more clearly on contraction and movement, and the burning in my chest where the anger used to be is now a clear energy.

I gotta say, if this is age catching up with me, I like it. I do miss the expenditure of hostility, but I think my workouts are on another level than they were last year (honestly, I'm weaker due to the injury(s) but pound for pound it's an improvement).


I'll try to call the burning temper back to my lifts and see what it does :sgrin:

Oh yes, yes, yes!! This is what I've been waiting for and anticipating to happen. Blessed rage. All-out fury and aggression. Just for the sake of battle of course!! But everything was definitely up a notch this morning!! That Anadraulic State and Natadrol has me taking it to another level!!

Here's the casualty report from the battlefield:

CHEST--Incline Machine Bench Presses--200X10, 370X10(up1 rep), 370X9(up 2reps)>270X11>200X18. Just sweet. What else can I say? :dunno:
Very satisfied....temporarily of course!
BACK--Reverse-Grip Pulldowns--150X10, 250X12, 250X10>210XX11>170X12. FUF (form until failure) is of the utmost importance here. Not the sheer amount of weight lifted. I've gone way heavier but with somewhat looser form. That's out the window for now.
SHOULDERS--Machine Shoulder Presses--120X10, 225X10, 225X9>180X10>140X14. Kept the form tight. Shoulders were transformed into boulders after this. I also tossed in some cable rear laterals and side laterals....old habits are hard to break. LOL
TRICEPS--Reverse-Grip Bench Presses--165X10, 245X11, 245X9>205X8>165X12. Been awhile since I went this heavy on these. But my confidence was soaring this morning!! Anadraulic State...thank you!! ANd the Natadrol had me nasty too!! It's kicking now. Believe me. I know the signs of androgens. And I freakin' love them!!! :rant2::aargh:
BICEPS--Standing Cable Curls With EZ Bar--100X10, 220X12!!, 220X10>160X9>120X14!! Smokin'!!! I love these so very much. Almost borders on the orgasmic for me!! Mwaa-Haa-Haa!!!:twisted: :hump:
QUADS--Leg Extensions--100X15, 200X20, 200X15>150X11>100X12. And they were finished. These are not on a machine mind you. I did these on an Olympic Bench with the old leg attachment. Free weights here!! Much harder. But I was feeling my "oats" here. :mischievous:
HAMSTRINGS--Stiff-Legged Deadlifts--185X12, 345X12!!, 345X10>245X14. And no last drop. I instinctively listened to my body here. It said "enough". I don't see the need in a triple drop on things like these or Squats anyway. It's too easy to break form once you've went all-out and are fatigued. Don't want that. And don't need injuries either. They suck big ol' donkey balls!! :thumbsdown:
FOREARMS--Reverse-Grip Cable Curls With EZ Bar--80X10, 120X12, 120X12. Straight sets here as well. Great pump and went to failure with great form. That's all they needed.
CALVES--Seated Machine Calf Raises--200X20, 340X23, 340X21. And done!!

What a workout. Just like I envisioned it to be. I was using self-hypnosis and pre-visualization techniques yesterday. Gotta be sure to do that before every workout from now on. In a word....effective!!

I can summarize this session in just 2 simple words.......THUNDER SMASH!!! :hammer:

Slip on neoprene elbow sleeves. I never workout without 'em. Seriously. Worth every penny.

And a tip on the Reverse-Grip, I keep my elbows in tight against my body. I don't let them drift outwards. But I don't do these close-grip bro. They're at least shoulder width or a smidgen wider even.

I do close-grip benches on a different day. With a normal pronated grip.
