I think that recomp helped me get off to a good start on this cycle.
I cut my calories way too much on that recomp.
So now that I'm eating like a big boy again, my weight has jumped up.
It's all clean too. Very low on the carbs. Uber high on the protein and healthy fats.

EARLY MORNING CARDIO

25 Minutes Of HIIT Cardio: Doing 20 intervals of 30/30 seconds rotating the intensities between high and moderate intensities.

ABS

3 TRI-SETS OF CABLE CRUNCHES/LYING LEG RAISES/REVERSE CRUNCHES

3 tri-sets of 25 reps each with only 10 seconds rest between each tri-set.

Nice sweat for such a cold ass morning!
It's only 10 degrees here in the deep south!! I was planning on an afternoon walk today, but it's gonna have to warm up some for that shit!!! :laugh:

I may just go to Wal-Mart and walk around the store for an hour like the old men do. I might even wear a wife-beater and show 'em what an old man is supposed to look like!!!

i just cant eat without carbs, i mean i can but i dont like feeling flat. Im kinda like dennis wolf in that aspect, im very carb dependant.

I have to start doing that HIIT again. Volcom mentioned doing HIIT after you last meal, before you go to bed...I think I may start doing that 2x/week when I begin my cycle.

Carbs are one man's passion another man's bane... depends on body type really. I just have to control them and cycle them. Nutrient partitioning seems to work for me, I had good results using Neovar and extra carbs.

LEGS

QUADS

LEG EXTENSIONS: {triple drop set} 220 X 14, drop to 160 X 12, drop to 120 X 12 with a static hold on the last 2 reps. Bring forth the pain!!
LYING FREE WEIGHT LEG EXTENSIONS: {rest pause} 160 X 10-2 = 12 total reps with a static hold on the very last rep. Now I'm warmed up!
MACHINE SQUATS: 440 X 11. I'm not holding anything back anymore!!
380 X 15!! Torture those thighs into new growth!!
BARBELL HACK SQUATS: {drop set} 325 X 11, drop to 255 X 10. Amazing pump.
SEATED HORIZONTAL LEG PRESSES: {rest paused from Hel} 420 X 15-10-10-5-5-5 = 50 total reps in one long set!!!! I will not be defeated nor denied!!

HAMSTRINGS

STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFTS: 385 X 11. No pain...no gain!!

STANDING ONE-LEGGED LEG CURLS: {rest pause} 130 X 10-3 = 13 total reps.
Then immediately dropped to 95 X 12 with a static hold on the very last rep!
FREE WEIGHT LYING LEG CURLS: {rest pause} 160 X 11-2-1 = 14 total reps with a static hold on the very last rep. Felt like someone was holding a blowtorch to 'em!!! On fire babeh!!! :angryfire:

CARDIO UPDATE

Yesterday Evening: 1 and 1/2 hour walk.

This Morning: 25 Minutes Of HIIT Cardio: Doing 20 rounds of rotating intensities comprised of 30/30 second intervals with high and moderate intensities.

ABS

3 TRI-SETS OF ROPE CRUNCHES/LYING LEG RAISES/REVERSE CRUNCHES

3 Tri-sets of 25 reps each done back to back with only 10 seconds rest between each tri-set.

Feeling on top of the nine worlds this morning!! Totally invincible.
I feel thick and hard all over. Dense and heavy. Pumps are outta this realm.

I feel my strength surging through my body. The living lightening is running through its master's veins.
The thunder is in my steps.

This cycle is getting good now.
18 days in with 24 to go!!! :woohoo:

I've been popping 3 caps of MMV2 pre-workout for the last week. And I've upped the E-Max dosage up to 60 mg. per day.

So now I'm doing: 30 mg. of D-Bol, 60 mg. of E-Max per day everyday with 3 days pulsing the 3 caps of MMV2 pre-workout only.
I feel the power!!!! :raincloud::hammer:

I had on my slip-on neoprene elbow wraps for this workout. I even put some icy-hot on my elbows pre-workout!! I was ready for the pain!!! :angryfire: :aargh4:

How do you get a barbell in place for your incline rows?

Are you lifting it from the ground from in front of the incline bench?
I have a hard enough time wrangling those 100 lb. DB's into place!!
