think i've got my next madness cycle figured out

day 68

236 lbs (yep i gained 2 pounds)

arms
preacher curls: 105*10, 125*10, 145*6 (was locking out my elbows, made these so gdamn hard)
weighted dips: +100*20, +100*20, +100*18
standing db hammer curls!: 70*6, 75*6, 80*6, 85*6
cable pressdowns: 130*10, 140*10, 150*10, 160*7
db preacher: 40*10
db spider curl: 40*10, 40*9 (spider curl is arm hanging down vertically so more peak contraction

ok workout. i'm crossing my fingers that the halodrol is the reason my bodyweight mysteriously went up 2 pounds. It should be going down. Yesterday i noted good muscle hardness as well. Hdrol working already (?!), or placebo? We will find out soon.
 
Are you still taking that nutrient partitioner? Perhaps thats pushing glycogen into your muscle walls. might explain the weight going up??

no dude i'm out of the need2slin ran through all of it. In a couple weeks i'm going to start up a new one called Recompadrol though.

looks like i recomped a tiny bit over the last week but now my doses are up and it's game time

chest training
incline db flys: 60*10, 50*15, 40*25
incline db flys double dropset: 40*20, 30*10, 20*12
cable crossovers: 3 sets, dropset on the 3rd set
incline wide grip pushups (with static hold + chest squeeze): 15, 14
decline wide grip pushups: 10, 10

just tried to kill my chest and certainly succeeded
 
Dude I HATE ending with pushups cuz I end up just giving out on the last one lol.. Epic failure. But sure does feel effective. Looks like a good workout bro

yeah actually I am pretty sure I AM noticing halodrol, much to my pleasant surprise... I am noticing very good muscle hardness. It's a dry hardness not a pumped, full hardness like SD, a little different, more prone to cramping this way. Feels good though! After only 1 week. IDK about mass/strength or anything but noticable hardness after only a week on 75mg sounds like a very good sign to me.

People keep exaggerating how long it takes Halodrol to start working. I noticed slight hardness around day 4, confirmed it a couple days ago. Today it seems pretty unmistakable. That doesn't mean it's fully kicked in, and doesn't mean i'm making gains in the gym because as far as I can tell, I'm not.

Big difference between noticing something, and making gains from it, and it being "kicked in" which usually means reaching peak concentration.

Also I am really in tune with my body i can tell when muscle hardness increases from steroids, as all steroids i've taken always give me some degree of improved hardness, even if they have failed to give me numerical gains in any other way.

didn't even keep track of my back exercises today. Going high reps was boring though, i felt like i burned out on low weight and i hate that feeling. But whatever. Dunno why my weight is still 235. I'm eating less and on T3 : /. I'm increasing the T3 more, and going to start dropping calories. Time to lose some weight.
 
Nounreal u mis understand. One per yr I just did cycle.2010. Next cycle.is cycle 2011 when? Depends when I'm ready

I hate high reps too. Sometimes I feel horrible when I leave the gym after a high rep workout.

the reason i haven't been updating is because i've been disappointed. I ramped the T3 to 60mg and that minor hardness i was getting from the Halodrol went away. I worked out today and my endurance was poor, my muscle hardness was poor, my pumps were poor, everything felt crappy. Like the opposite of SD, where I get this big pump and I start doing set after set without slowing down, where I feel strong and pumped. No, today i was feeling weak, no pump, was feeling lots of lactic acid, soreness, burning out fast, bad energy recuperation.

I thought the Halodrol was doing something but apparently no, it is too weak to handle this dose of T3. Only 60mcg too. It's so weird because i was noticing such good hardness and now just meh. And my weight has finally dropped back down.

What this all really means is that the SD pulse is going to have to come into play very soon here. I hope the halodrol will continue to build and get stronger but if it's countered by this much T3 then it's pretty much uselessly weak.
 
Bro Im certainly not trying to sell you on supplements, but I take 3 grams of Beta Alanine, for the very reason of combating lactic acid. I never understood when people were like "OH YEAH THE BURN!!",,, because feeling the burn too much meant my set was coming to a halt, and soon after so was my workout. With beta alanine I can really hit that weight and not have the buildup. If I drop it for 3-4 days, Im back to square one.

At the same time i'm wary of heavy on bench and shoulders etc. because i've been getting mild pain in my outer pecs and shoulders from pressing motions... yeah not cool.

Try hitting something that isolates your chest. My shoulder was a little tight from sleeping on it funny and I still needed to kill chest, so I did the hammer strength, still popped out 360..

I kinda figured that was why you weren't updating. don't feel left out. Halo doesn't do a damn thing for me either. Well now the fun begins brah, pulse the SD and go back to heavy ass lifting. Hope things turn around for you!:veryhappy:

LOL Yeah when I used to take threshold, I used to abuse it cuz it tasted so good, so ever since then, i dose anywhere from 3-5grams of B.A., and usually no tingles. Im thinking abotu taking a month of from it and letting the lower dosages work again but i dont wanna build up lactic acid! even tho im immune to the tingles beta alanine is one of my staples...

N2KTS gave me a crazy niacin flush- red blotches all over my neck and face, freaked me right out haha. Other than that issue it worked damn good- crazy focus, energy, and pumps. Only had a trial size I gotta get some more of it, wish it wasnt 40 bucks pop tho!

as for pulsing 40mg 4x a week, not going to happen gamer... if i do SD it'll be 20mg 4x a week cuz I lift 4x a week. Stacked with 100+mg of Hdrol I think it's enough methyls.

Do not notice tingles whatsoever with Jack3d... my tub is almost empty which is good because it's really not working very much for me anymore...
 
Told you no halo, its too weak. F high reps do what work for u, coleman and yates went real heavy even during contest time. Personally when I diet I go very heavy too creates good hardness density. So use sd drop halo.

yeah i'm just going to stack 30mg of SD with 150mg of Halodrol and throw in some M1T while i'm at it...

lol no, I am happy with pulsing 20mg of SD. SD is strong, you don't need much. I'm not trying to bulk. Just retain lbm while I lose fat. Just need to drop 10 pounds of pure fat

so i took 20mg of SD pre-WO and it had a big effect. My energy was much improved, i was able to do more sets without feeling like ****, and I was getting good pumps instead of that weak, burned out lactic-acid feeling. Amazing what just 2 caps of SD can do.

seated db curls: 55*10, 60*10, 65*10
CGBP: 225*10, 245*10, 265*10
standing bb curl: 125*10, 145*9 (mehh)
db spider curl (like standing concentration): 45*10, 40*10
cable pushdowns: 140*10, 150*10, 160*8 (160 on the pushdowns is a ton)
concentration curls: 50*6 (pretty heavy at this point)
calve raises (on smith machine): 315*30, 365*30, 405*20 (ok)

so my #s really weren't very high, disappointed on standing bb curls cuz i know i can do 155*10 if i am fresh. But overall my energy was better than the last few days. And this T3 is really picking up now at 60mcg. Cuz my weight is down to 231. I think i'm starting to move in the right direction here.
