think i've got my next madness cycle figured out

You guys are all wrong. I'm using my chemistry skillz to rig up an "IV" except this will be an IM needle in me. I'm going to walk around with a big bag of test suspension and tren suspension over my head with a calculated flow rate of 1mL of each per hour. When I get to the gym, i'll squeeze the bag for a quick burst of suspension mix and take the apparatus off for the workout, otherwise it'll be on 24/7. 365 days a year.

unreal quit, thats just dirty talk to my ears.

PS i need to subscribe to the "Unreal guide to eat a sh!t ton of food"....i.e. puff puff :D

funny you mention it because i'm packing a bowl right now. I gotta calm myself down, it's been a big day, i can feel the transformation happening. Muscles are noticeably harder than this morning (i must look like a douchebag because i've been feeling my biceps all ****ing day long), and I've got a genuine headache.

edit: I feel better already.
 
Day 2

the scale at the gym is ****ed up, i swear every now and then they adjust it. My weight was down 1 lb and my friend was down 5 pounds and on the way to the gym he was talking about how bloated he was from splurging last night lol.

According to MY scale i've been 220 for the last few weeks very consistently and I'm 226 today. Sooooo yeah.

I worked chest today. My strength was mehh, my recovery was bleh, I burned myself out so fast. The only good thing was the pump, I had such an insane upper body pump I felt like it was hindering my workout because I was just feeling pumped and inflexible. But I killed myself to the point where it was hard to do dumbell fly's with 30's lol. Getting out of the gym I could barely get my shirt off, and I am looking pretty swole now.
 
Unreal last time u ran T3 did u feel like ur strength was hindered at all? I have some pharm grade stuff that's 100mcg T4 and 20mcg T3 I'm THINKING about running

Probably but not too much. I was losing fat, gaining muscle, overall maintaining weight, but adding strength slowly. As long as you got enough anabolic power to counteract it, I like T3.
 
Unreal what kind of scales do you have at home/gym?

I see a big difference between the reading I get at home and at the gym, but I actually trust a triple beam more than anything electronic or even most analog scales. As long as its right in the middle before you get on.

electronic at home... yes it fluctuates about 2 pounds, i take about 3 readings and average them. Beam scale at the gym, but I swear they go and tweak with it, no way I lost a pound and my friend lost 5 with what we were eating and drinking.

My scale has been saying 220 for weeks, sunday started popping up around 222, yesterday it was going nuts from 224 in the morning to 228 at night with a lot of water in me, woke up today 226, home from gym 226, after protein shake and meal 228.

And i'm still damn thirsty LOL.

Well see I drink a lot of water, and eat bigger meals then I'd like to because Its harder for me to break them down into more meals.. Point is I only weigh myself right in the morning, I have a routine, hit the ****ter, and before I touch any water or food I weigh myself and that's the only reading that counts. Anything else is food/water etc.

And if they tweak it, why don't you tweak it to the neutral setting right before you weigh yourself? LOL might take a minute but it gets rid of the variable

hey bro.. my strength was effected slightly at 75-100mcg when i was only on 425mg of test p... bumped it to 525mg and threw in sd.. even at 100mcg i was gaining strength.. not alot but some.. it was crazy though. as i tapered down my strength started shooting up and so did my weight(from the sd).. but my bodyfat still stayed real low... if strength and mass is what your after t3 is a bad idea to run that high..if your after the cuts... u wont lose strength as long as your running heavy anabolics.. ull prob even gain some strength and size over your t3 run.. just not much.. and ull be getting skinnier at the same time.. i ran e/c/a 2 on 2 off with it.. i was sweating buckets even before i walked in the gym.. id be soaked after my 1st warm up set.. check gymbbb.. i wrote out some good details while i was on in one of t3 threads

As soon as I got on the SD/PP stack my nipples have and chest have tightened up 100% and now they never look puffy. Interesting eh?
 
How the fukc did I miss this post!? I'm so pissed at myself for not checking here as much as I user to, that's what I get for running all those logs for companies lately haha.

Funny u say that I ran xtren months ago and it cleared up my puffy nips. Which is the LAST thing I thought xtren would do.

20mg of Beastdrol ED and by day 8 I was full of glycogen and pumped to the gord.

Drol is harsh mofo, but if you respond to it, it IS tits.

SD-1 and P-Plex. It's all legit, I used the SD-1 before and it's good SD, the P-Plex is a new bottle but i bought with it's twin bottle in 2007, the old CEL 15mg pills, definitely good stuff.

On day 4, like 225 pounds, did an arm workout and got a pretty sick pump

Yesterday was just cardio/abs so for meals 4/5/6 i went low carb on it, i'm jacking up my carbs for today starting now. I love getting some carbs after arm day, grow dammit.

Yeah dude. Day 5 on "THE STACK" (there's no other way to describe it) and I just ate my post-WO meal, scale says 228. So i'm adding weight nicely and there's definitely no bloat going on.

Didn't notice a whole lot today was a pretty mediocre workout. But tomorrow I'm expecting increases. Day 1 of the stack was Back day and tomorrow is back again so it has had time to heal and I'm expecting increases across the board.

No sides, feel good. I might be hungrier but it's hard to tell because I'm always hungry.

When I get off The Stack i'm going to run liv52 or liver juice along with the rest of my toco8, add in jack3d and maybe some other goodies too. Try to maintain as much as I can. May start HCG at that point.

Lastly... I am scared pretty badly of tren ace but... I am thinking about getting some. Because even though I'm scared, I really want to use it lol. I think if i did my cutting phase at the end with all the Hdrol stacked with Tren and T3, i'd get so ridiculously cut. OK off to go tren pricing :).

DAMN YOU!! I want me some PPlex, so shoulda jumped on buying like 10 bottles before the ban. Coulda got em for $10 a bottle. Sheeiit. But on the bright side, I got me a bunch of SD.

****in love this ****. Day 6.

Woke up feeling pumped up and hard. Trained BACK at the gym, everything was up about 10 pounds from when I last hit back on monday. I got a sick pump but more importantly the recovery was insane, I would kill myself on a set and spend about 30 seconds taking deep breaths, getting a sip of water, and then it'd feel like I never even did the last set.

Oh and according to the scale at the gym, I'm up 8 pounds (220 -> 228) in a week. I just pounded my protein shake and my scale at home says 232 pounds lmao.

No sides. No backpumps either even doing 275 on bent over rows.

Still considering adding Tren in. I'm thinking 30mL of tren ace 100, then I get some pramipexole. And then what I'd do is run the tren at 100mg EOD for that 7 week period as I'm bridging to Hdrol. That way i'd keep more gains from the orals and lean out (i'd start using T3 right away) then as I come off the Tren i'd transition into high-dosed Hdrol. Hmm it sounds like a good plan but the tren gyno, i'm so scared.
 
Hmm hit 230 pounds today so more or less up 10 pounds on this cycle after a week of orals.

I gotta get this off my chest. Sometimes I don't think I've worthy of steroids, not the big crazy cycles I do, it's being greedy. I hold myself to a high standard, as everyone should in bodybuilding. I go to the gym 7 days a week, I rarely miss days, and when I **** up my diet (it happens) it genuinely frustrates me. This is a hard sport but part of what makes it great is that if you try work hard enough you can make absolutely unbelievable things happen.

So it really irritates me when I see someone who does 110 pounds on his bench sets start taking Epi and then making barely-intelligible posts here about how he's worried about gyno and his upper chest is getting puffy. I would hope that someone like this would be so embarrassed about being so weak that they would at least lie about it but to talk about it openly while on cycle is completely unacceptable to me. Steroids have a place and it's not in the hands of people who are new to training or not dedicated.
110 pounds on bench, jesus christ, that's what little kids do. **** I curl more than that on my frigging warmup set.

I know i have some influence on AM... i get a lot of views, I get a ludicrous amount of PMs. So dammit people, eat properly and train properly before you use steroids. Don't try to emulate me or my cycles, I don't respond in a normal way. Don't start stacking SD and PP because I'm doing it. Don't go out running 6+ week methyl bridges because I talk about it in my Superdrol guide.
This is about bodybuilding not about going crazy popping pills for your amusement. I would love to see more people talking about their FULL stats instead of just their height and weight. Keep track of your BF%. Take pictures. POST PICTURES. This is a bodybuilding forum and most people are afraid to put their pictures up which tells me that a lot of people are too embarrassed about how they look. Well GOOD that should motivate you to work harder and put up an avatar you can be proud of. **** that's how I was a few years ago, I saw people way bigger than me in their pictures and I knew I would have to work my ass off to get big like that. And I'm still on that road because it never ends.

If anyone is doing steroids they should be into bodybuilding (ok well excluding PLers and athletes) and that means they should be taking pictures and monitoring their progress. Trust me you need to see the progress in order to make more progress. Motivate yourself to get wherever you want to be and show the world what you are!

Very nicely put brother. You have helped me in the past set up logical cycles to achive my goals and IMO, you have always lead by example and that is one of the reasons I have respect for you. Keep this cycle going strong brother!!!!!!!!!! :fing02:

Hey I know this is unreal's log but I thought I would update you bros.... I dropped the SD today from my stack and am just going to stick with the phera, tbol and tren. This entire weekend I was lethargic as f*ck and no amount of test or stims could overcome it... I just could not handle it. Today I feel 1000% better. Some people can handle's SDs sides better than others I guess.... last time i ran it i dont remember the lethargy being as bad. and i was only on 20 mg a day this time. it served its purpose though. it gave me that immediate kickstart I wanted within 3 days and some sick workouts... enjoyed the combo with the phera but in the end it was too much

My bench jumped up 20 pounds in 5 days. I guess it doesn't mean a lot though because my bench inherently sucks balls so it's just getting closer to where it should be.

At any rate the next 3 weeks are gonna be fun.

Yeah it's weird normally my bench hits instant failure, rep after rep will be easy then suddenly i get absolutely stuck. With my chemical enhancements, I just keep pushing, it gets heavy but I just keep on moving it... What an awesome feeling.

I dunno if you guys know about the good people at Needtobuildmuscle but a rep has sent me some goodies. So right now i'm sipping on a protein shake with some of their Expresso flavor powder and DAMN it's tasty. I usually buy all my protein powder at Costco but this has me considering differently.

Yeah man same here...I always get the 6lb bag for 30 bucks. My costco recently just started carrying cytosport instead of the EAS bag.

Liftingstud! Good to see you bro i didn't think you were posting anymore. Yeah i was all jealous when you were running this stack so now it's my turn ;). Everyday is just insane. I want to make a bionic liver so I can stay on this stack for months and look like a freak.
