can't wait. closest i ever got to something like that was in high school me + 2 other guys lifted the back end of a volkswagen rabbit (1981ish) that was parked next to the curb and spun it so the back tires were up on the sidewalk :D

It is so heavy to lift.. especially today since it is cold compared to what it was on Saturday and had rained last night so the tire had a ton of water in it, still got it though. I've always wanted to lift the back end of a car up.. lol
 
:D still took 3 of us, and it wasn't nearly as heavy as that tire. Figure back then the rabbits were maybe 2000lbs, but most of it is over the front tires being front wheel drive and all. Probably took lifting force of around 600lbs i'd guess. Was comical for sure

Haha, we did that one night freshman year of college to this douchebags mazda miata ( i think the thing weighs like 500 pounds haha). we lifted the entire rear end up and spun it around on the sidewalk and then 4 of the u mass lowell police cops came and made us move it back =(

lol.. the two tires stacked in the background are 600lbs each to give comparison.. but yeah, I have to get REAL low to get up on that 920lber.. all about the hip power!
 
dude that was dope. i just looked out in the back yard at 400lb or so tire i use and suddenly i dont feel much like a man!!!

Just a few quick notes from the past few days. When I wake up in the morning, I look visibly leaner, specifically around the midsection. Muscle bellies seem to be a bit fuller in the mornings as well.

Libido is fine, I noticed an increase during the first week, but it has seemed to have leveled off to normal levels now.

Appetite has leveled off as well, I'm still eating alot, but am missing the black hole feeling I felt the first week.

Strength is slightly up, again, I went from a hypertrophy workout to a strength workout, so it is hard for me to gauge. I do feel strong throughout the day though and have not required a pre workout booster like normal. Its almost as if you have "energy on demand" when you need it.

I hit biceps and triceps last night pretty hard, numbers are about the same as the last workout, however I dropped the rest time between sets and were still pumping out the same numbers... lactic acid isnt as much of a problem as it sometimes is from what I've noticed with using the One.

Tonight is shoulders, and Saturday is back. I'll try and get some measurements on Saturday to update any changes at the mid way point.
 
234.5lbs today. The addition of extra fats into the diet has really helped the weight gain again. Those that are going to use the ONE for bulking purposes will want to keep fat intake relatively high. I've found that for my purposes, it doesnt matter how many carbs I eat (I eat a TON of carbs), this doesnt make a difference in gains while on this product, as I've seen myself lean up a tiny bit, even while in a great excess of calories. So from here on out, protein and fats will be kept high (EVOO at almost every meal) and carbs, well, I eat my fair share of those for about 4 people.

It really is crazy, I'm shoveling food down my throat like there is no tomorrow and am staying consistent with weight, but look visibly leaner in my midsection. Add some good fats in there, and the leanness is still there, but bodyweight goes up. Very interesting stuff to say the least.
 
when I ran my first beta cycle, and the first week or so this time around, I was close to 33/33/33 for macros, possibly lower than that for carbs with the rest made from fats. my gains were ridiculous, over 1lb a day. when I started adding in more carbs it stayed about the same, even tho my total cals went up. when I started to clip fats to raise carbs higher, the gains slowed, but vascularity and definition started to improve.

So for all that i was saying that i'm not sure how well this could work on a cut due to the hunger issues, if all it takes is keeping fats low, maybe 50g or less a day, well ****, that sounds great.

It looks very similar to this, where instead of getting in with my back toward the back pad, i get in with my face, facing the pad and placing my shoulders on the pads furthest from the back pad (if that makes sense).

I think i know what u mean.. We have one at my gym, think it is called "power squat" or something

ours is called a V squat or as some like to call it around here "Drumma Squats"

Im intrigued by the higher fat idea. Im def upping my fat as Ive had only a 4lb gain in 9 days.
 
Everything tp said is my same experience. I dont usually get tremendously vascular, but i tell you what, ive got garden hoses in my bis lately. i feel very strong thru day as well. keep up good work. great log as well.

thats ok i didnt know either! i am a pretty good cook to and i use evoo in almost everything anyway.

My girlfriend makes me watch Rachel Ray with her and she always talks about EVOO. lol, i hope watching here doesnt make me gay.

Took yesterday off, was going to do back, but we had some family stuff we had to go to so I did back today. Started off with deadlifts, worked up to 405lbs and then tried 455lb with close stance and didnt get it. I honestly feel I can get it, but for some reason my head wasnt in it like I would have liked.. maybe next time. Went from there to the Hammer Strength Iso Low Row, 360lbs x 10/8/8, BB Rows 205lbs x 10/10/8, and finished up with some lat isolators.

Here is some video of the Iso Low rows.. sorry for the crappy video, I had to rig my camera up on the machine next to me and make a tripod out of a 2.5lb weight to get it to film.

great job! youll get 455 next time i guarantee it, once i got passed 405, it got easier, usually i would pull a new max every 2 weeks or so.
 
Todays weight: 235.8lbs, so +6.8lbs total so far since the start. As stated earlier, if you are wanting to bulk using this compound, keep your protein and good fats high.

Hitting the legs tonight, althought I broke my toe a few weeks ago (I thought I had just strained it, but it is in fact fractured), so we'll see how much weight I'll be pushing around with the injury.

yesterday's leg workout was alright. I didnt go nearly as heavy due to my toe, but still feel I got a pretty good workout as my glutes are fairly sore today. I couldnt do calves for obvious reasons.

Today is chest and I'm hoping to get some video from today if I can set the camera up and get a decent angle with it. Sucks not having a workout partner sometimes.

Other than that, things to report:
Appetite: Seems to have its on and off days, yesterday I was super hungry, today, not so much, but I'm cramming in the calories and keeping my protein and fats high.
Libido: maybe a bit higher than normal, but it is pretty high to begin with.
Energy: not having lethargy issues since splitting the doses up, 2 in the morning, and 2 mid afternoon. Sleep is alright, not having any real issues there.
Body comp: I look visibly leaner in the midsection still in the mornings even with weight gain.
Strength: this is up a bit, still hard to differentiate between natural progression gains and assisted gains (in strength) while on since I started a new program at the beginning of starting the One, but I do feel stronger throughout the day, like a "strength on demand" type feeling.
 
Looks like things are going well! Keep it up TP!

For me though, I'm not looking for fat loss... The only thing I have changed is my fat intake.. protein and carbs stayed relatively the same, I notice the greatest amount of changes when fats are manipulated for positive gains, and fat gain appears to be minimal since I look visibly leaner in the mid section. I am going to get some measurements sometime this week to post up as well.
 
Damn dude, do you work out with giants? 6'7" and 235+ and you are the small guy? Jeez I feel bad about myself now. :rant:

I'm the tallest of the group, but only by 1-2".. weight wise, i'm lagging about 40lbs behind everyone, 100lbs with one guy. I dont workout with them all the time, but on occasion I will, maybe 2x per week.
 
Just finished up a chest workout, it was hot as balls in the gym today and I hate to sweat that much, but I had a great workout. Got some video of me pressing the 120lb DBs on the decline bench. Excuse the camera work, I had to set it up on a bench next to me.

non flexed picture from today.. I didnt have anyone to take the picture, so I apologize for the crappiness, but you can see I'm starting to become more vascular around my chest/clavicle area. I will try and get some flexed pictures this weekend if I make it to the gym and my fiance goes with me.
