can't wait. closest i ever got to something like that was in high school me + 2 other guys lifted the back end of a volkswagen rabbit (1981ish) that was parked next to the curb and spun it so the back tires were up on the sidewalk![]()
still took 3 of us, and it wasn't nearly as heavy as that tire. Figure back then the rabbits were maybe 2000lbs, but most of it is over the front tires being front wheel drive and all. Probably took lifting force of around 600lbs i'd guess. Was comical for sure

It is so heavy to lift.. especially today since it is cold compared to what it was on Saturday and had rained last night so the tire had a ton of water in it, still got it though. I've always wanted to lift the back end of a car up.. lol
234.5lbs today. The addition of extra fats into the diet has really helped the weight gain again. Those that are going to use the ONE for bulking purposes will want to keep fat intake relatively high. I've found that for my purposes, it doesnt matter how many carbs I eat (I eat a TON of carbs), this doesnt make a difference in gains while on this product, as I've seen myself lean up a tiny bit, even while in a great excess of calories. So from here on out, protein and fats will be kept high (EVOO at almost every meal) and carbs, well, I eat my fair share of those for about 4 people.
You know, that totally 100% fits my theory i'm building for diet on The ONE
my current rule of thumb is looking like for every 200g protein with 100g of fats in diet you can roughly get a pound out of (assuming there is sufficient additional calories in whatever form in diet). But keeping fats below that threshold while shoveling carbs down your throat as fast as you can even at a higher total caloric intake results in fat loss.
Crazy. Last 2 days for me have been a total of around 3000 cals above maintenance, low on fat, but over 1000g of clean carbs between the 2 days. my weight is stable, but I look a bit leaner while my chest/shoulders look wider...

It looks very similar to this, where instead of getting in with my back toward the back pad, i get in with my face, facing the pad and placing my shoulders on the pads furthest from the back pad (if that makes sense).

My girlfriend makes me watch Rachel Ray with her and she always talks about EVOO. lol, i hope watching here doesnt make me gay.
It really is crazy, I'm shoveling food down my throat like there is no tomorrow and am staying consistent with weight, but look visibly leaner in my midsection. Add some good fats in there, and the leanness is still there, but bodyweight goes up. Very interesting stuff to say the least.
Todays weight: 235.8lbs, so +6.8lbs total so far since the start. As stated earlier, if you are wanting to bulk using this compound, keep your protein and good fats high.
Hitting the legs tonight, althought I broke my toe a few weeks ago (I thought I had just strained it, but it is in fact fractured), so we'll see how much weight I'll be pushing around with the injury.

well, at least i'm right on that piecei think too there is a threshold on the carbs, a sort of bottom end at which below that you dont see any appreciable fat losss directly from The ONE
