Solid link. Typical website price tho; will wait until available locally or at the usual online vendors.

I just wish everyone would quit putting creatine in everything. I swear I'm talking 3x more than I need because so many of the shops I want to be taking all have it added

QUIT IT

Everything, as in preworkouts?

I know a lot of good non creatine preworkouts.

And a lot of good creatine products with extra ergonines.

Same. I have a huge stash of bars I can afford to wait a little while longer. Especially with the Muscletech Mission 1 bars dropping for a lot less

Glazed donut would pair with coffee as well or a crumb cake.

Glazed donut would also allow me to satisfy my inner fat kid.

However, it's not Christmas related. Then again, Santa probably enjoys a nice dozen or seven donuts before delivering goodies to all the nice boys and girls.

If I had joint issues, I'd be all over that mike!

PM me with the deets good sir. I'm browsing the sponsored ones from the forum now. I must try FocusXT!

Talk to GNO first. He may have some to sell you as he cant use it anymore

definitely worth the extra shipping costs.

Nice joint support, but If I remember right, paractin must be cycled?

edit : btw if you have a write up please post it thanks

SNS Joint Support XT + Cissus XT seems to be as complete as it gets. I like the profile. Now I don't have to dose all the other stuff seperately and I have it conveniently in one formula.

Would love to see the whole formula. Just from the label, seems like I would use it pre workout fasted.

full formula should be released some time next week...it is completely non-proprietary, and EVERY compound is dosed fully in 1 serving!

While in general you would want to be cycling almost anything, I'm curious what specific effects you're concerned about in regards to ParActin needing to be cycled?

There is a very high safety threshold with the ingredient, and its bioavailability decreases significantly as dose increases, such that beyond a certain point increasing the dose would barely increase the amount actually absorbed.

Why beta alanine post workout?

Because unless you're a placebo warrior who likes tingles, beta alanine timing is wholly irrelevant

^^^

Beta Alanine does not provide acute benefits, so taking it pre-workout, or post workout, or intra-workout just doesn't matter. What DOES matter is getting your 3.2g/day ingested daily, which this provides in 1 serving.

Have you tasted these yet by any chance? (meaning, is this your pic?)

That is from a MT Rep on another board.
They look great, i will have to give CNC and CCCD a try!

4g Leucine
3g Creatine
3.2g BA
1g Iso-Leucine
1g Valine
2.5g betaine

Very nice work so far sir.

anabolicminds. com /forum/supplements/ 234248-best-joint-tendon.html#post4120319 I'm just curious about using it every day tbh

Thanks Bob, I appreciate it.

The forms of some of the ingredients should make people very happy as well...

very simple formula, but it includes everything someone could truly want for recovery + athletic performance.

Here is the thing (bold)
you do not need a complex formula to make an effective product.
And IForce has their flavoring game on point.

COX-2 inhibitors do indeed have the potential for serious side effects, but ParActin and Andrographis ingredients have been tested for safety at much higher doses than the one we're using without issue.

Couldn't agree more on the no need for complexity. I have made a very strong push ove rthe past 4-5 years to simplify IFN formulas, while making sure to have open and full doses of included ingredients. I'd far to have less ingredients, but each one be properly dosed than the average kitchen sink formula.
