Looking to start LG and can't wait, a few questions I was hoping some of you could help me out with though.
-My main goal is fat loss at the moment, what amount of calories should I be going for in relation to my maintenance level
IMO when starting any diet I like to start high and adjust based on results. Unless you know your TRUE maintainace it is a crap shoot. So I would say start at the recommended recomp calories(+20/-20%) and then adjust downward as needed to focus more on fat loss.

This is individual. Knowing nothing about you, I can't even begin to spit out recommendations.
Some people like SS go keto, I typically go low carb on off, still fairly low on training, some people go higher.. You will need to just pick a target and roll with it for a while.
