Just a quick question for you guys (I'd be afraid to go off-topic, but I'm pretty sure that ship has sailed)! I've never done the liquid eggs thing because I was concerned about Salmonella and other diseases/bacteria. Is that not an issue? I'm just wondering. If it is an issue, is there something you do to avoid getting sick? Thanks! Oh, and that shake looks REALLY good, and I want to try it, but I'm not so sure about the eggs!

get pasteurized eggs or pasteurized liquid egg whites.

Nope, nothing wrong with liquid egg whites - you can buy cartons of them in the supermarket.

The easiest way to handle 10k cals a day is by making homemade weight gainer shakes.

Fat Free Vanilla Ice Cream
Skim Milk
Liquid Egg Whites
2TBSP of Natty PB
1 scoop of Whey Protein
1 Banana or some other fruit to use as flavor
1 cup of oats

Add in 2 or 3 of these a day along with eating lean meats, etc and hitting the 10k mark isn't all that hard and not to mention you would still be consuming relatively healthy food. :)

Yeah with the peanut butter and chocolate you can get that Reese's Peanut Butter Cup thing going on.:biggthumpup:

I do a lighter version of this

2 scoops choc whey
2 tblsp natty peanut butter
1 banana
whole milk

It is tasty and great in between breakfast and lunch. Cant really eat a meal while I am teaching . . . the kids ask me if I am drinking my steroids!
 
very interested in the androhard. hope once it will be released it will get to the uk quickly as i have to order from there.

a question about androdrive. does the drive relate to sexdrive only or also to increased physical energy? i hope this would not be too much info revealed. very curious about these products.

Androdrive? There is only AndroMass, AndroHard and AndroLean.

AndroDrive is included now with the other hormone to make AndroMass. And yes any increase in test is going to give increased sex drive, and energy.

AndroHard may or may not be the phenomenon whereby I achieve an erection after seeing an attractive female robot. Awkward? Such is not my concern.

I don't see why. It says under your name that you are 5'1" and 108 pounds. What are you trying to lose, muscle or bone density?.

I'm actually 111-115 pounds at the moment - my weight fluctuates so much that I don't bother with that anymore, and just concentrate on my body composition. I don't often lose muscle mass - lean mass re food and water when I get down to 108 pounds, yes, but rarely muscle mass.

You have NO idea how funny it is you telling me to have a cookie (not really cookie person though - prefer chocolate) - Sean would laugh his arse off, because I would have one cookie, then the whole plate, and the rest of the packet if I found it, and all in the space of a few minutes, and then be moving onto whatever else was around (yes, seriously, I probably eat more than 90% of the GUYS on this forum!) :toofunny:

Uh..Im not even a chocolate guy, and that got my mouth watering.

Trust me, ALL of that would be gone in under 10 minutes - just by ME (I sh*t you NOT - Sean has sat and watched me demolish a whole cake before, and I used to do it on a regular basis back home)! :lol:

I have a deep, deep passion for chocolate cheesecake. Last night was my 'cheat meal,' which ended up being two Little Caesar's Hot n' Ready medium pizzas, Crazy Bread, and 1/2 a chocolate cheesecake. Total caloric load somewhere around 8,000.

I just had tgi fridays cheesy chicken with a full appetizer then came home and had 9 sweet rolls my wife just made. Tomorrow it back on diet. :sigh1:

I recently had some Little Caesars pizza too. The thing is they went out of business for several years and then maybe a year or two ago they show up again. When I was in my 20's I used to like there pizza, but this last time I tried it it was total crap!. Really good deal though, 2 2 toping pizzas and 2 liter soda for only $10. I still do love their Crazy bread though. That stuff is really really good.
 
Geez,and I'm feeling guilty about the chicken quesadilla I ate tonight! I need to step my game up.

That is actually not far off from my usual fare. Last summer, after cutting for my contest, I ended up consuming LC's everyday for ten consecutive days. It was a glorious time, recorded in the annals of history as, "The Golden Period."

See, if one happens to search for "ectomorph" in an online dictionary, one will find my high school self sitting there smiling quite sheepishly, ha! I have the metabolism of a Jack Rabbit and only begin to deposit abdominal fat after 4-6 months of a consecutive hypercaloric state.

Sure hope the wife didn't walk in on this
