I would gut out a green apple philly and then sprinkle some essential into it, nevermind.
What I would really do is make some sugar free jello ( black cherry flavor ) and then once it started to cool add in the essential. Then I would pour it into little 4oz cups and let it cool and solidify. Finally I would take two Essential Jello shots 30 minutes before training. Hell I might even use normal Jello ( Lime Flavor ) and mix in some Essential and Excel and have a post workout Jello Shot!

Essential + Cup Of Oatmeal + Cup of Flax + 1 or 2 tlbs Peanut Butter + 1/2 cup milk + 2 scoops of Chocholat Bannana Crunch Muscle Milk + 1/2 cup of Almonds + 1 Bannan.........Blend it up and enjoy!!!!!!!!
