worse combination ever: Essential mixed with wasabi. Now you have bcaa's complete with Japanese horseradish. Smear that all over your sushi!
 
I would gut out a green apple philly and then sprinkle some essential into it, nevermind.

What I would really do is make some sugar free jello ( black cherry flavor ) and then once it started to cool add in the essential. Then I would pour it into little 4oz cups and let it cool and solidify. Finally I would take two Essential Jello shots 30 minutes before training. Hell I might even use normal Jello ( Lime Flavor ) and mix in some Essential and Excel and have a post workout Jello Shot!

Anyway, since jello shots are taken, how about adding Essential to the age-old plague of the recipe section - protein pudding?

Sugar-free, fat-free pudding, your favorite powder and essential. What's not to like?

sounds delicious, dont know if i would pick the jello or the pudding. guess it would depend on the flavor....


how about a real shot? Mix some essential with a double shot of Crown and throw the sucker back!!! Great for vascularity :hammer:

I take Essentials with at night before bed with whey/casein for ultra digestion!


(would that really work? I'm just trying to think of new things now lol)

I would take Essentials and bake it into my home-made protein bars!! NOMOMNOM
 
For Maximum Muscle growth and sub-zero strength gains I would mix Essential with my Fizogen "The Strap'"

how long do you blend so that the Strap is of a nice consistency?:trout:
 
I attached another "The Strap" to my blender so it pretty much will blend anything smooth with one pulse....
 
go with a date to the movies, buy some popcorn and sprinkle those Essentials over the top! - gotta keep that strength up for a night of romance! ;)
 
I'd mix it with some 100% natural Canadian maple syrup, because that's what a real Canadian would do!
Would a real Canadian mix it with French Fries and Gravy??? J/K

How about mixing the Essential with some Healthy Cheat Foods pancake mix and then putting Canadian Maple Syrup on it....Yeah I would do that.
 
I think Six Flags should sell candied apples dipped in Essential. Take that awesome cheat on a stick and make it the best thing for that hot day of roller coaster fun!
 
you know what might make Essential taste pretty good? adding it to yogurt with stevia, blueberries and a bit of flax. Making super foods even better for you.
 
I would stick to my previous plan-

I would break my Essential up into three doses throughout the day.

#1 Morning Shake- Essential, One Scoop of ON Whey, Half of a Banana, One and one half cup of milk, and one cup of ice.

#2 Pre-Workout- Essential, 40g of Waximaize, Two scoops of superpump, and 5g of Glutamine.

#3 Post-Workout- Essential, 80g of Waximaize, Vitamin C, and 5g of Glutamine.

I think the Waximaize will definatley help with the delivery of Essential, and help me get more out of it.
 
Essential + Cup Of Oatmeal + Cup of Flax + 1 or 2 tlbs Peanut Butter +2 1/2 cups milk + 2 scoops of Chocholat Bannana Crunch Muscle Milk + 1/2 cup of Almonds + 1 Bannan.........Blend it up and enjoy!!!!!!!!

Mix with Poseidon, ALCAR, and some home-made mango banana juice!

4 bananas (i like mine mostly green)
1 ripe sliced mango
Milk (to your taste)

Blend that sh*t up!
 
I would create a Spice Rub with: ESSENTIAL, Cummin Powder, Garlic Powder, Pepper, Salt, Onion Powder, Peparika Powder, . Mix it up in a bowl. Then rub it on a nice slab of Salmon, or Chicken. Let it all soak in the Salmon. Then, throw it on the grill and have ur self an 'Anabolic Bobby Flay Style BBQ!!'

Anyways, I was thinking: 1tbsp Bragg's apple cider vinegar + 1 P-slin.

Wait 15mins: 40-60g Brown Rice + Essentials + hydrolyzed protein + Sea Salt

Taken ~30-60mins before lifting
