I would mix my essential in a blender bottle full of Kool-aid made with slpenda and drink it first thing in the morning or before some heavy lifting.
Just an FYI I would most likely go with Ice Blue Razz kool-aid.

I'd mix it in a big jug of water that i drink all day and maybe add some Sugar Free Arizona Green tea!!!!!!

Actually, i may try mixing it with the crystal light packets. mmmmm! :D
 
mix1 : Xtend + Essential ..and take it with me while im working out, that would be pretty nice ..and will wear off the fatigue pretty easily ..plus additonal of BA in xtend is nice, i have tried bulk BA ..and i loved it .. this would even be better bc you'll be adding 7 additional G along with CM and joint Aid ... :Excited:

mix2 : Crystal Light lemonade, i mixed in alot of bas tasting stuff with this and crystal light makes it taste better ..since Essential is unflavored ..this would do well .. i would use this method for post workout

damn i have loads of ideas ..essential can be used in so many ways
 
I will only take it on a friday and saturday night, mixed in a shot of jaegger and dropped into a glass of red bull then immediately slammed down the hatch.............because Jaegger bombs are ESSENTIAL for a good night out.
 
Ingregients:
2 scoops essential
2 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 green olive or lemon twist for garnish

Preparation:
pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
stir for 30 seconds.
strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
add a dash of orange or angostura bitters if desired
garnish with the olive or lemon twist.

Ingredients:
2 scoops Essential
1/2 pint Guinness
1 oz Jameson Whiskey (OPTIONAL)
1/2 oz Bailey's Irish cream

Preperation:
Pour a pint of Guinness
Add 2 scoops Essential
Pour an ounce of Jameson Irish Whiskey in a 1 1/2 oz shot glass.(OPTIONAL-Tastes just as good without it)
Pour a half ounce of Bailey's Irish Cream on top of the whiskey. Don't worry about trying to "float" the Baileys. Baileys will settle to the bottom regardless. If you do want to layer the shot, reverse steps 2 and 3
Pinch the shot glass with your forefinger and thumb. By, placing your forefinger pointing down in the shot glass, and grasping the rim.
Slide the shot glass down the inside wall of the pint glass until the top edge is barely above the surface of the Guinness.
Make a toast with friends.
Release the shot and drink until empty.
 
I'd cut it with inositol and do lines off a stripper's ass, twice a day.
 
For reals:
morning - Anabolic Pump, 2 cups skim milk, cup oats, scoop of whey
post w/o - 16oz water, 50g wms, pink lemonade emergen-C
 
When not snorting mine-

I would break my Essential up into three doses throughout the day.

#1 Morning Shake- Essential, One Scoop of ON Whey, Half of a Banana, One and one half cup of milk, and one cup of ice.

#2 Pre-Workout- Essential, 40g of Waximaize, Two scoops of superpump, and 5g of Glutamine.

#3 Post-Workout- Essential, 80g of Waximaize, Vitamin C, and 5g of Glutamine.

I think the Waximaize will definatley help with the delivery of Essential, and help me get more out of it.:thumbsup:
 
I would mix half a serving with Poseidon to be taken with my AP pre workout meal. Then take another half a serving with postworkout meal/shake

I would take it on non-workout days straight up in the morning with my oats, PB, and whey/casein.

I would take it with my pre-workout whey shake 60 minutes before my workout.
 
I'd mix it with bulk leucine and some sugar free sweetener of some kind and I'd take first thing in the morning on an empty stomach before cardio.

I love my powdered Gatorade so I would mix it w/Lemon-Lime Gatorade, Poseidon, EAAs, and some dextrose
 
I've decided to mix mine with a noble shot of "moonshine!"

That single mixed shot is effective on EVERY level! :lol:

It redefines the coined phrase "All in one!"
 
I would consume it in a rum and coke while dressed as Julian from "the Traler Park Boys" on Halloween :)

seriously though consuming half a serving with a weightgainer to get my day started and the other half serving in orange juice with citrulline malate and cordygenvo2 preWO.
