Haha the "baja diet" I never drink pop anymore but as a kid everytime I went to Taco Bell that was a must have.

As an adult, the entire menu at Taco Bell is now a must have. Gotta try the breakfast soon

Very nice. I had a monster pecan Cinnabon roll at the airport as my first meal after my cut on the way to my cruise a few weeks ago. So good.

Chocolate protein pancakes with half a fiber chocolate peanut butter brownie in the batter. Layered the pancakes with a cream cheese + yogurt + chocolate PB2 + 5g chocolate protein. Put 50g banana on top crushed up the rest of the fiber brownie and put WF syrup on top.

Bro

Delicious.

I mashed 50g banana into the batter as well

This looks awesome. Love me some CTC. I never even thought of adding cereal to cakes... did it stay relatively crunchy?

I had some french toast coated with honey nut cheerios on my cruise a few weeks ago but they were soggy/stale. It was a huge disappointment

Swol had a stir fry and I had that pig. Wouldn't consider that a cheat meal as pork is part of my regular diet.

Yeah do some research! It's pathetic that you have to ask questions about a plate of food you've never seen. Pure laziness...... Dang, Bob is on a mission to crush non-googling fools today.

When i first had no idea what Indian Dishes or cusine was i just researched some different low kcal recipes one day

https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=Tikka+Masala

I found some good ones on Yummly, Dashing Dish etc...

Same with Portugal dishes, German cuisine. random names sometimes throw people off, but it gives you a general sense of what your eating and different things.

I enjoy making different cuisines if i can, but they are tricky with the ingredients and cooking methods. which makes it unique and also good variety in diet.

One of my fav dishes. Its so simple and tastes amazing. Just simmer some diced tomatoes with pesto, add asparagus and sausage (I like kielbasa). Then just toss it on some Penne. Boom.

Beer is food too, right? ;)

Cellucor Peanut Butter Marshmallow and Jelly Low-Carb Sandwich Loaf

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LF2IyY3GyMs

Recipe

Dry:
20g Cellucor Cor Performance Whey
20g Complete Pancake Mix
3g Splenda
3g Baking Powder
4g SF/FF Pudding Mix (Vanilla)

Wet:
1 Egg White
16g Greek Yogurt (1 Tablespoon)

Topping/Filling:

2 TBSP Sugar Free Jam (32g)
1 TBSP PB Lean(I used Peanut Butter Flavor) /Pb2(16g)

Directions

Start by mixing your Dry in a bowl (Whey, Pancake Mix, Baking Powder, Splenda, SF/FF Pudding Mix)

Add in Wet (Water/Egg White/ and Greek Yogurt) and stir with a spoon until batter like consistency is formed to make pancakes.

Pre-heat oven to 350. You will then use cooking spray on a small pyrex loaf pan or metal loaf pan and transfer mixture into the loaf pan and bake for 10-12 minutes (until done and toothpick comes out clean in the center)

Pull out of oven, cool for at least 5-10 minutes and flip onto a plate and cut the loaf in half.

Spread Sugar Free Jam on the inside of the loaf (one side) and PB Lean/Pb2 (which can be mixed with water on the other). For this video I stuffed the center with Jam and drizzled the PB Lean on top for presentation

Enjoy
