You can still do IF while training on a full stomach! Just got to work with your eating window!
Lol I know that but training in the afternoon ain't happening. I like what I'm doing and I'm getting great results this cut. I don't let it stress me too much, numbers at the end of the day at emore important anyway. I eat to fuel my training and get the best results and recover best. Cardio days anything goes lol

I like to play around with my meal timing as well. Lately I've been fasting for about the first 3 hrs of my morning and then having a shake every 2.5-3hrs (so 2-3 shakes on the weekdays) before the gym and then my one big whole food meal pwo. I've been liking it cuz I get to have some sweet shakes through the day but still keep the cals really low so I can have a big dinner.

I found that when I tried IF all day at work I was pretty irritable by the end of the day which was great for workouts as I was in a rage but it wasn't good for work relationships as I was just constantly annoyed with everyone.

Weekends I always just go workout fasted at the start of my day (which is hopefully late cuz I got to sleep in ha) and then start eating after

yeah the biggest thing is to play with it and see what works best for you.

while i thoroughly enjoyed that lb of meat/3 burgers/burrito combo, i'm so full and lethargic right now i hate it. so that's why it's like a once a week kinda thing. if i had to work right now i'd hang myself lol

I eat 5 big (500-550 cal) meals a day. Four hrs a part, works great :)

Quick doing shakes, simply because I like eating food lol

Now that's insane! My macros would've just suffered. Not sure I could down that much in one sitting. 12-14oz is about it in one feeding for me.

I find my energy levels are much much better when I have food in my stomach prior to weight training. So I'll have a whole food meal about two hours prior of carbs and protonz and then intra I have HBCDs and EAAs and gonna try PeptoPro soon. Plus I'll train / lift anytime around 12:00-2:00ish so eating everything after makes me bloated gassy and uncomfortable.

The days I do cardio I'll do it first thing in the AM on an empty stomach (hate doing abs full) and its something I rather get done with early lol hate it. So after I'll have a protein shake with MCTs and like a small snack then eat like a king after starting around 12, 1 o clock. Its a psychological thing for me lol. Oodles of food if you do your damn LISS lol
Well fasted cardio is pretty useless

This...
If you feel better not IF, then dont. Its not magical. It doesnt have any benefits over eating more meals and smaller meals..
period.

Just a lifestyle preference. I work 12 hour days some days, so that pretty much kills my eating time with only 1-20 minute break.
So i eat before, at break, and after.
best i can do.

I like a good thermo pill on an empty stomach every time I do cardio in the morning. Either a scoop of Alphamine, a pill of Super HD, Pyroxamine, or even Hyper T2. I always got good results from doing that

It's funny how some things effect certain people. I can eat oatmeal for every meal for days. Love it.

Loaf hands down.
Loaf it is. This 2x a week refeed came at a perfect time. Gonna do a vanilla Cellucor loaf, pb2, reduced sugar jelly, and debating topping it with Greek yogurt or filling it with banana nut cheerios

For sure this. Used to eat oatmeal and would feel bloated. Haven't had issues since switching over to cream of rice. :)

Cellucor Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Banana Batter Muffins

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=olK3WzvMlnw

Recipe

Dry:
50g Cellucor Cor Performance Whey (Choc Chip Cookie Dough)
80g Complete Pancake Mix
3g Splenda
3g Baking Powder
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix (Vanilla)
16g Cocoa Powder

Wet:
2 Egg Whites
6oz Greek Yogurt (170g)
1 Large Banana (100g)

Directions

Start by mixing your Dry in a bowl (Whey, Pancake Mix, Baking Powder, Splenda, SF/FF Pudding Mix + Cocoa Powder)

Mash Banana in a bowl and Add in Wet (Egg White/ and Greek Yogurt) and stir with a spoon until batter like consistency is formed then add this to Dry and combine both.

Pre-heat oven to 350. You will then use cooking spray on a small Pyrex muffin pan, You can also use cupcake liners that is totally your preference. Take a spoon and place batter evenly into each small cupcake filling and fill about half way (to prevent over flowing)

Bake for 15 Minutes, use a toothpick to make sure the middle is complete!

Pull out of oven, cool for at least 5-10 minutes

Enjoy

Part of last nights binge as I had 150c, 55f, and 40p to make up. I posted the same ice cream/vanilla espresso almond butter before, but last night I decided to throw in a "red, white, and berry" pop tart.
