Lol training fasted this morning after slammin all that good last night, that maple glazed long John with bacon was some heat!
 

This for sure. I went out and bought bigger bowls specifically for massive salads this spring. The gf was in awe of some of these monster.

It's good because I love veggies anyways.
 
Yeah I'm up to bags of broccoli or steamed spinach for dinner lol. Mom and dad are like wtf happened to the broccoli lolol

Btw, Quest potato chips are pretty good! Just had a bag of sour cream and cheddar and had the BBQ yesterday. Solid 8/10. Good on the go protein snack that's gonna replace beef jerky for me.

pretty big, norma sized lay's bag? they tasted a bit like baked lays. i got cheddar and sour cream and bbq, but there's also sea salt

Pop tart sandwich. Bottom is cookie dough dough, top is fetti cake. Inbetween is macadamia butter. When you cut for 6 months out of the year, you find the weirdest ways to fill your macros at night

Homemade pizza. Chicken grilled in red palm oil, spinach, and topped off with a raspberry/jalapeño sauce... Which was homemade as well of course :)

Make your own sauces out of fruit.

-Raspberry jalapeño
-honey ginger mango jalapeño
- kiwi jalapeño nectarine chunks
- pineapple strawberry

Or just get a crockpot and add your favorite marinade to it
 
I'll make a giant batch if crock pot chicken with Walden farms BBQ sauce. Gets the nice pulled BBQ slow cooked taste.

So on my cardio / rest days I like to IF and have large amounts of food in a sitting. So today I did my cardio had a select shake and a quest bar at work then when I came back made a lb of turkey meat. Had 3 burgers, 2 with cheese, lettuce and a burrito with spinach and lettuce.

Here's one if the fat burgers sandwiched between some 40 cal/slice bread

So on my cardio / rest days I like to IF and have large amounts of food in a sitting. So today I did my cardio had a select shake and a quest bar at work then when I came back made a lb of turkey meat. Had 3 burgers, 2 with cheese, lettuce and a burrito with spinach and lettuce. Why not do IF everyday?

I find my energy levels are much much better when I have food in my stomach prior to weight training. So I'll have a whole food meal about two hours prior of carbs and protonz and then intra I have HBCDs and EAAs and gonna try PeptoPro soon. Plus I'll train / lift anytime around 12:00-2:00ish so eating everything after makes me bloated gassy and uncomfortable.

The days I do cardio I'll do it first thing in the AM on an empty stomach (hate doing abs full) and its something I rather get done with early lol hate it. So after I'll have a protein shake with MCTs and like a small snack then eat like a king after starting around 12, 1 o clock. Its a psychological thing for me lol. Oodles of food if you do your damn LISS lol

You can still do IF while training on a full stomach! Just got to work with your eating window!
 
Basically I like having smaller meals spread out for my energy levels purposes as IF and giant meals, while oodles of fun, make me very lethargic after. I also find I'm more "regular" with the smaller meals and just feel better. So training days I'll do anywhere from 4-5 meals and I satisfy myself with 1,000 cal plus meals twice a week cause they're fun and you can get uber creative
