Supplements That Have Blown You Away

Let me try this again: you said that your serum cholesterol was high due to overconsuming dietary cholesterol and specifically named your protein as the culprit. Not only does that go against the data we have concerning cholesterol, but that does give the implication that anything with a high cholesterol content becomes a bad source of protein. That is the reason I brought up the whole egg as it is very high in cholesterol especially per gram of protein.

Lol, no it doesn't, it just give you as the keyboard warrior you are a reason to argue about something irrelevant.

Actually, it was you that started this with your erroneous position regarding cholesterol. It's cool, though. Keep thinking that's what improved your cholesterol profile.

LG Sciences EPIC powder formula genuinely amazed me as a preworkout. To me it felt like I was taking a product with DMAA in it again.

Lol, ok, let's say that to make you happy, after all, you're the one that have all the answers ;)

Just tried that Red Velvet protein and it's amazing. Best Red Velvet I've ever had. Another great protein from MTS.

Rodja, please advise, how long do I have to live now?

Burn24 really that great in your honest opinion?
Also, what is C-o-P?
I've got my staples covered:
Orange triad multi
Green Mag creatine
BCAAS (Xtend & purp Wraath & Compete)
Fish oil
High Volume(Amentoflavone)
Also Norcodrene. And cycle with GAT Jet Fuel

What recommendations? Got some AlphaMax saved up but it made me really irate.

Interested to hear about CoP and Burn24.

For fat loss, my diet is in check and supplement wise I'm taking Forskolin 95% 100mg/day and will be taking Norcodrene 3 caps/day on my last 8 weeks. Would Burn24 really aid in fat loss if added, or would another supplement (like Alpha T2) be superior? I'm looking for something that would be worthwhile, not just a tiny advantage (money is a little tight).

Burn 24 was and still is the most effective naturally supplement I have ever taken.

Haven't tried Burn 24 but I had great results with Alpha T-2.

What did it do for you? HOw is it more efficient than something like ArA or PA? Also, how much % of an increase do you really think it gave you? Just trying to weigh my options here for cost-effectiveness.

I tried burn 24 once and loved it. It's nutrient partitioning effects are awesome. I lost body fat while keeping my muscles FULL the whole time. Keep forgetting to get it again

Interesting. How exactly did you implement it?

You're going to die in 3 days brah. Butter believe it!

Jks...butter is good. That is all.

Same here - stim immune. Ready4War at 1.5 tablets was way more than enough for me at 160 lbs.

OG Nutrex HemoRage Black extra concentrate liquid shots (not the powder).

Unimpressive ingredient bill, I know, but it's the only pre that I can say gave me razor focus and energy enough to workout for hours on end. Based on the way it felt, I'm inclined to think it was spiked.

I'm very impressed with Phosphatidic Acid in the short time I've been using it. I expect we'll be seeing a lot of studies on it in the coming years.

Same here.

Inside of a week I gained 1/4 inch on both biceps (yeah I know it's just glycogen retention but still), and put on close to a lb despite being at maintenance. Also noticed reduced muscle fatigue, allowing for more sets/reps

I'm at a week now and today was the first day I thought I might be noticing more endurance. Going to be watching the next couple of workouts to see if it was just in my mind.

I think the increased hunger is decreasing, but I don't envy someone starting this supp deep into a cut.

I've been resistant to the idea that a supplement could have immediate effects like this, it's funny.

Yeah me too. My background is in science so I'm always trying to be as skeptical as possible going in.

I also am a nut about measuring variables and allotting for margin of error. This invariably leads to most supps not passing muster with me : )

But...PA thus far has proven to be s great add. Not to mention it's healthy in general and cheap to boot.

Heck, even the choline in it had been shown to reduce fat while improving brain health.

But I digress.

For whatever it's worth, I'm taking it pre+post workout per the original study...though there is valid debate about dose timing with the granuals vs something like the Mediator concentrate.

I'm using 2.5 tbsp pre, and 1/2 - 2 post of Fearn SL.

Agreed. Supposedly PA itself is worthy of investigation even specifically as a fat reducing substance.

I also wonder whether the reason we have both responded very positively is because we have been dosing fairly high to start with. I started at four tbsp of granules per day and dropped down to three after a few days. That's a pretty good sign that you think something is working, when you are dropping your dose a few days in!

I may have spoken too soon about the increased hunger starting to subside.

Conquer
Xgels
Agmatine
Alphamine
Inhibit E
Growth Factor XT

All met expectations and more

I personally like AMP citrate a lot. Maybe little bit expensive when bought as a powder, but works aswell as capsules. And is much cheaper.

I like the overall feeling: at gym it gives you slight aggression and focus, and depending on the dose it keeps you quite lively after the workout too. I haven't noticed any real crash effects: yes, it can be felt when the impact of AMP is over, but it doesn't give you bad feelings. At least I have experienced only sleepiness, and sleeping after a hard workout is anabolic as ****. So lets say that it has blown me away and still blows, every day I train.

RPN Red Rum
OG Superpump Max
OG Craze
OG Anabeta + Erase stack

One odd ball that did work for me was versa 1. I loved it, I leaned out and got stronger too. It worked the same both times I used it.

IronChamp H.P.T.A (best overall Test Booster & Libido enhancement)

Olympus Labs - Conqu3r DG Edition (best most complete pwo for energy, focus & pumps)

PA is effective mTOR activating compound and longer you stay on it, more gains will you see. Longer period with mTOR activation=more gains
