Haha, thanks man!! really wasn't trying to kill it today, just tire myself out so I could sleep during the day for my monthly change-over to working nights for 12-14 hours. I know, I know, I'm a wuss!!

Day 11

Today's session was more or less just to tire me out a bit so I could sleep during the day before work. Pretty much did a whole upper body workout, mostly concentrating on isolation moves and higher reps. Threw some HIIT in today, haven't done that in a bit, but only like 10 minutes of it. hit some ab work as well, did some woodchoppers, weighted leg raises and some machine work. Tried to keep it around an hour or so. I can definitely say I'm noticing a change in the mirror, so I'm quite happy. Weighed myself first thing this morning and I'm down another pound, so that makes it 6lbs total thus far, making me pretty happy at this point. No loss of strength to report so far, so that's a double plus. I can say without a doubt that TestaPRO has kicked in for me, noticing a pimple here and there, more oily skin, enhanced endurance (bedroom and gym) and no dropping off on the strength end of things. I'm thinking nest week should really start being awesome, as it should be in full swing by there. I'm taking it jsut a bit easy as I adjust back over to working nights, and the real possibility of me having to work split shifts, or fill in an hour or so during the day as well, since it was a recently newly created position, and some of the new people picked ot fill that role have been, how should I say it, somewhat transient. Still have an elevated mood, kinda Apha Male feeling, and a bit more energy.

On a side note, I have come to the end of my JP8/NOS Ether. Now is a good time for me to get off creatine fora bit, so I've opted to stack: White Flood, Purple Wrath, Golden Finish and some Glycerol. Looking to make this an Intra-drink, with low dosed 1 scoop ofWhite Flood in there, regular dose of PW, and 1 scoop of Golden Finish, with a touch of Glycerol thrown in. More than likely, I'll tinker with it, but I'm pretty set on the PW and Golden Finish part. My pre-workout will be some Ready4War, more than likely 2 caps, stuff is great and strong. Sad to be at the end of my JP8/NOS Ether, but that's the breaks. I've still got 1 tub of each left, but it's time for some down time from them. Any ideas folks, let me know. controlled labs makes good stuff. the golden finish is the best meal replacement/post workout supplement ive ever tried. i always have some on hand.

i admit that renegade rows gave me a free one to log. but i have since bought at least 5 tubs of the stuff. i use it at work as a meal replacement at least a couple of times a week. i feel great when taking the golden finish.
 
Nobody seems to carry it, only found one place that does, and their site doesn't list it. Seems like it might be discontinued. Looked pretty complete, so I figured I'd give it a whirl.

we'll see how I like it, odds are, if I do, then I'll stock up on some. I actually got it from a different place, butthat's good to know as well. Didn't really get too many zzz's today during the day before heading into start working nights again. combo of no time off and too damn many good logs on here,lol. Skin is noticeably more oily today, no worries though. Libido has also been on the uppity as of the last 2 days. Off course, the little lady is away, figures. Take care guys!!

Did a full DC workout today, felt great, got out in under about an hour, so I'm pleased. Actually managed to add 10lbs to my close grip t-bar rows, stoked about that. Forearm flexors still aren't 100%, and hat let me know it real quick. Not much time for a major update, gotta hit the hay so I'm rested to work tonight. I will post up more once I get done tomorrow. As to the load question, yup there sure is more. "Loose, fulla juice and ready for use" comes to mind. Sorry for the lack of a detailed update, but I've gotta get my zzzz's. Take care!!

Thanks guys, I would say it's kicking in quite nice, faster than AX/LX that I ran. Not as grumpy/quick tempered as when I'm on DTH/DTP. Libido is up, quite a bit actually, and that's good and bad. Still have not gotten to bed since I went in for work at 7 last night, and I worked arms out today. I owe you guys a double update,sorry. Gonna try and get some sleep before I go in at 5 again, yikes.
 
Update from a couple days ago from day 12. For one of the first times, I was able to finish a full DC style workout. Normally, I can't do chest,shoulders and back all at once, I'm just too pooped, so I usually just do 2 parts that day and take some time away and then do the other one, which is usually shoulders, since I have a hard time gaining there and want them fresh. Managed to hit my range of 21, 12+6+3 on all compound sets, flat bench, hammer strength shoulder press, wide lat pulldown and closegrip t-bar row. Added an isolation move to each before doing dc stretch, pec dec flyes, decline barbell pull-over, and side laterals. Got everything done in roughly and hour, and felt great doing it. Can honestly say set recovery time was reduced, happy joy!! I was even able to add 10lbs to my close grip t-bar rows!! This is one of my fave moves, but, I'm still having a rough time of it from my forearm flexor pain. I know I could do more, but I'm trying to follow what I preach and take it easy.

Day 13

Lying cable nosebreakers: 80x12x6x3, 40x10
Standing barbell curl 135x4x2x1, 85x10
Tricep press down 110x8x4x2, 70x10
Alternating standing dumbbell curls: 55x10x4x1, 30x10
Reverse grip tricep press down 80x10x4x2, 50x10
Standing hammer curls 50x10x5x2, 30x10

Nothing major here, just going lighter on bicep stuff so as not to aggravate my forearm flexors. Still pretty sore, but I pushed through it. Kinda bumming me out, especially on hammer curls, used to throwing 60's around. 50's where plenty painful, should have went lower, but, oh well. My favorite version of those are incline rope cable hammer curls, but the constant tension is too much pain for me right now. Got pretty wicked pump, and my arms are looking more defined, so I'm pleased. Intra -set recovery seemed improved.

On a side note, tried my new pre/inra combo today, since I'm outta JP8/ NOS Ether. Not really, I still have a tub of each, but need a break from creatine. Pumps and focus weren't like JP8/NOS Ether, energy was pretty good though. I did pop 1 R4W pre and then sipped my new mix during. Pretty sure this will be my new protocol for a no creatine based workout. Kinda kept me on cruise control throughout my workout.

Thanks guys!! DC stretches felt good, but I definitely knew I tweaked my front delt when doing them. Stupid me, still did 'em anyway. A touch bit sore today, but not as sore as I was last week, and that's a good thing!!

Day 5

Pretty sure libido is on the rise. I was going to hit back today, but got crushed at work, getting in more or less a back workout. That, and I finally got a cold!! Normally, someone wouldn' be excited about this, but I NEVER catch one, always bronchitis instead, and I have asthma, so that's way bad. First time in like 8-10 years I can remember of having a cold, mostly sinus, and it's from whenever I worked at my prior position I do believe. Jumped on the scales today, and they're reading me as being roughly down 4lbs, over the span of a little over a week, so I'm happy. Strength has not ebbed, so that's a double plus. As of now, I'm about 4lbs shy of where I was at my last log, although I have gotten much more muscular endurance, and a bit stronger on some lifts, but still not chest. I try to hit chest first thing, so I'm freshest, but oh well. I'm just stoked ot finally be able to get back into a routine, and getting a sponsored log really helped to kick me in the @$$. More than likely, I'm going to hit back tomorrow, as I should be more rested by then.
 
My shoulders are really ouchy anyways, so I almost always err on the side of caution. I also didn't want to kill it so I could kill shoulders in a few days, good chest day= bad shoulder day for me, unless I give it like a week. My chest sucks, so I always try to hit it first.

Weev, Have you tried any massage therapy? Some fascia release or just plain old deep tissue massage can clear up a lot of inbalances that you may feel you are stuck with. Those guys can do some amazing stuff now. You can even have your flex plan pay for them. ART is supposed to be really good to but it is a little expensive however insurance will pay for massage too if you tell your doctor to give you a prescription for some sessions.

hey sw, you know the bitch of it is that as we get older we need more sleep to recover, but if you are like me sleep is hard to come by. maybe just pop a benydrl or melatonin and get a nap in over the weekend.
 
Thanks guys for following along and pointing out all the advice, I really appreciate it. I actually do engage in self-myo-facial techniques already, and do get a massage once and a while. My chiro is also into reflexology, kinesiology and alternative medicine as well. Tried ot cover all my bases there, and both of those guys are personal friends of mine before I started going to them, so I know they're not bs'ing me. It's so hard for me to bring myself to use straps to help lift, but I just might. I'm wondering if it also isn't a symptom of my cns being distressed? Since I got away from the heat and heavy physical workload at my job, my recovery has gotten quite a bit better, and I think that's playing a part. My grip strength has started to go back up again, but it's no where near where it was like a year ago. My left arm isn't as bad, but my right has taken over for it,lol. Not so bad getting dumbbells up to shoulder/incline press now, at least with the left. Took about 5-6 months for that one to get better, but, then again, with what I was doing at my job for 12+ hours everyday, it never got to recover. AS for the sleep thing, not that hard for me, but I get switched every month to either days, or nights, and now I'm on nights. I usually do my sleep stack of: Somnidren GH, ZMK, Nocturnabol, Glycobol and arginine/ornithine when I get switched over to nights, so I can sleep during those first few days during the day, works like a champ!! For this log though, that's was omitted. On a side note, REALLY lokking forward to GHenerate. Again, thanks guys for all the great advice!!

if you need to, pick up some straps to take some ease off of your forearms.

Interesting you brought that up. I decided I am going to go get some to the lifting hooks that go around your wrist and into your palm to kind of hook to the bar allowing for almost no grip to be iused for the bar to hang. I think that part of what makes the tendonitis stick around is doing pull exercises. I find that even with lifting straps I still grip the bar just as hard as normal I am just able to get a few more reps before it slips. I am hoping if I use the hooks I wont need to use as much grip and can give my tendons a rest from all the intensive gripping.

Obviously this will create a weakness in my grip but that is the case now from the tendonitis anyway. Then of course comes the problem of how to transition back to no hooks without reinflaming the tendon. I came back too fast this last time when I thought I had it licked and went heavy to soon before the tendons were ready and WHALLAH it popped its ugly head back out again.
 
Animal Flex has really helped, along with fish oil. Haven't used cissus yet, but I will. Also, I use a "Monkey grip" when I do tricep moves, that is, keeping my thumb over the bar instead of wrapping it around it. That has helped prevent more tendonitis. Granted, it's not a tricep issue we're suffering form now, but it's preventative. Hope yours gets better bud!!

Good idea, any pronated grip is going to aggravate it so that is a smart move on your part. When I want to try to push it for shoulder or chest I am using a hammer strength machine with an open hand grip to just push the weight with the handles in the v of my palm and thumbs keeping the wrist straight not bent so I am not overextending the tendon at the top of the movement. Allowing you wrist to break so that your hand bends back adds a lot of stress to the tendon so if you haven't modified your pressing grip to a straight wrist that is another thng that will help you take stress off the tendon. Shame is I was taught in football to let the wrist break back and allow the bar to sit on my palms instead of holding it in the v of my thumb and palm. You are waisting strength on gripping the bar coach said. Coaches should HAVE to take a kinesiology course before teaching kids how to lift incorrectly.

Ive had great results with Cissus. I havent tried Animal Flex yet, but I imagine it is great.

how much fish oil you using? i sometimes go as high as 12gms.
 
Dosing about 6 grams per day for the fish oil bud.

Day 14

Only workout I did was about 5 miles of hiking on mt. Nittany with my older brother. Endurance seemed elevated, didn't get as gassed as I thought I would. Actually got a pretty good pump going. Got a nice view of Beaver stadium, and the Nittany mall. Ate a little dirty for dinner at Home Delivery Pizza Pub, more carbs than I wanted, but had a steak salad without fries, but mowed down a slice of pizza, and treated myself to some strawberry shortcake. Had a good time, weight loss is still around 6lbs.

Day 15

Been in and out of work today, like yesterday, despite having off. Got to the gym and did some HIIT cardio, and worked the wheels for a bit. I won't bother posting numbers for this, as I'm quite a ***** when it comes to leg day. I'm just trying to ease back into it. Sure I'm going to be sore tomorrow, it's already gonna kill me to stand up after I type this in. Good thing is everything seems ot be falling into place, gains are coming on, libido is high, losing pudge and I look a bit more refined. More than likely, I'll post some pics real soon. I know I keep saying that, but I just have to take the time.

Great stuff if you have a significant other, that, or great forearms. Didn't lose any weight this weekend, but didn't gain any as well. Had to have a few unhealthy things with my bro, I'm sure I'll be back to dropping weight again by tomorrow. Take care guys!!

Really wanted to blast a workout in today, but had an emergency meeting that cut nearly 3 hrs from my day, so gotta get to bed instead. Really can't say anything bad about this stuff, except it doesn't grow on trees!! I feel completely recovered and am going to tear it up tomorrow at the gym twice, one when I get off and one in the morning. More or less twice in a 12 hour period, just different days. Thinking compounds first, then isolations later. Food has been spot on since Saturday, so I should see a lb drop by tomorrow. Take care guys!!

Hehe, thanks guys!! I already had a bottle of TestaPRO before I got one thrown to me to log,lol. I was pretty confident that it was solid enough to grab it up, now I'm damn sure it is!!

Side note: Does anyone else notice they need less sleep while using this? Seriously, I feel like I'm a kid in my teens again, with how little of sleep I've been getting by on. Like right now, I should have crashed round 9, after the gym, but I feel fresh as a daisy. Weird. I literally have to force myself to sleep.

Day 18 Not really gonna list lifts anymore, just things of note and if I've bettered any PR's, getting crunched for time. Recovery today was great, did DC style workout for chest/shoulders, along with some drop sets and isolations, and of course, the DC Stretch. Felt like I could go on forever, tried, and failed to put weight up, I was totally spent but something kept telling me I could. This stuff has definitely kicked in, and kicked in well!! Will post pics up in a few hours.

Thinking that aside from filling out a bit on the belly, I've filled out a bit up top as well. Lost some more of the ol' love handles, but it went to my belly. If I was on Glycobol, I know that pudge would be gone!!

try some weighted leg raises, will harden the belly faster than anything else ive tried. btw doing gut workouts after cardio really brings out definition in the gut. sometimes i will just roll over on the grass after jogging and start doing situps.:cheers: keep up the good work, george. tom.

You really look a lot denser and fuller in the new pic. - Are you guys on TestoPRO experiencing any bad gas? I've noticed I've had very smelly farts the last few days since being on it, and there's nothing new in my diet.
 
I've been REALLLLY gassy but I thought it was from the increase in protein.

Interesting. Good to know you are both experiencing it, so I can pretty much say for certain it's the TestoPRO. I'll include that in my log update tonight. I shortly considered that it may have been Glycobol-related, but I remembered I've only taken that a couple times since starting TPRO, so that couldn't be it, and none of the other stuff I'm taking has made me have the issue before.

I mean, my farts are seriously horrid right now. It smells like rotting cow-carcass.
