I dont understand how you can incline 205 but db incline 60's

I can incline a bit more than that with db's, my max I've gotten for 2 reps is 75's. One reason being the 2 kinda DC sets before the DB's press. One of those sets alone crushes me, but felt really good, so went for it. I know it might not be the usual DC type of set,I'm used to getting more reps on the 2nd and 3rd sets, like getting around 1/2 of my first, and 1/2 of my 2nd sets, try to get 21,but, I have been retired from the gym for a bit. Two, I felt super great, which usually means I'm getting sick, so, even though I pushed it, I was weary of doing heavier with the DB's. Three, remember how you commented none of my logs about an imbalance on my left side? LOL, it's true!! My shoulders are really ouchy anyways, so I almost always err on the side of caution. I also didn't want to kill it so I could kill shoulders in a few days, good chest day= bad shoulder day for me, unless I give it like a week. My chest sucks, so I always try to hit it first.

Definitely feel the LX kickin' in, as well as the Testapro. Hooray!! Lots of physical work for 12hrs. today by a sick body = no gym tonight. VERY pissed about that. as it was back day!! I'm actually trying to be smart and get better, something I'm terrible with. I am planning on the gym tomorrow, but I'll play it by ear. Today, I'm noticing muscles feel tighter and some more definition, and down almost another pound!! Being sick rules (for weight loss)!! Thanks for tuning in guys, hope all is well!!

All these logs are awesome. I can't wait to get on this stuff. I have a feeling it will be even better than being on cycle! - What's better than making unnatural-like gains from a natural, non-hormonal product? I think nothing.

From what I've seen in these logs, this is quite possibly the best herbal test booster out there. I'll have to wait and see for myself.

My muscles are definitely feeling and looking more dense, I can attribute some of that to Lean Extreme, but the rest is coming from Testapro, and I can tell a difference. Stacking these 2 is KILLER, and a no brainer. Stoked!! would be even better to add to this combo, making it a trifecta. People at work are also noticing a recomp, so this just confirms it. Granted, you really have to have your diet, or as I like to say, lifestyle in order, but if you do, man, you'll get results!! My forearms are starting to finally look more veiny, and I've got some pipelines showing now (under the hair sweater) on my front delts, and that looks way cool, at least to me. Skin seems ot be oilier than normal, forehead and behind the ears. Not getting as much wood as when I run DTH or DTP, but, then again, I don't feel that's a fair comparison, as DTH/DTP has way more stuff in it. However, wood is just as rock hard as DTH/DTP, so that's impressive. Libido has been even for me, problably because I'm older that the majority of the others loggin' it. So far, I have no regrets about the other bottle of it setting on my shelf. Additionally, it has kicked in faster than the older Activate Extreme, so that places it ahead of it in the pecking order.

I was going to run Glycobol during this cut, but opted not too, sjut to see how well I can control myself and to see how much I can lose without it, basically seeing how solid Testapro is. Day 8

Rack Pulls: 405x12x6x3, 315x12x6x3,225x12. Promptly, but calmly walked over to the trash can and let my stomach play the role of the ultimate bouncer. If you guys think JP8 is rough on the down, wait til' you taste it on the up. Haven't done these for quite a bit, and I could have done more, but I will buy a belt before I up it any. Got the watery mouth midway through my 2nd set, and fought it off. Had I taken more time between, other than just the time it took to strip the weight, it might have been a different story. Glad there weren't too many people in the gym.

Wide Grip Pulldowns: 200x10x4x2, 160x8x4x2, 120x10x5x3
Seated Wide Grip Rows: 100x8x3x3, 70x8x4x2, 40x10

Walked around and chatted some people up, apologized fro tossing my cookies.

Close Grip Hammer Rows: 110x12x7x4, 90x8x4x2, 70x9x5x2
Close Grip Hammer Pulldowns: 180x5(Whoops!), 150x7x3x2, 120x8x4x2.

Overhead Hammer Row machine Thingy: (Unilateral) 135x6x3x1, 90x10x5x3, 45x failure. No idea what this machine is called. The last set was fun, and had my buddy staring at me. I didn't time all of it, but I went at it for at least a minute and a half. Never did this before, just felt like it might be cool, and it kinda was.

Decline Barbell Pullovers: 70x8x4x2, 40x11x5x2. I was really trying ot go slow on these, but was feeling pretty spent. I pretty much let the barbell touch the floor, then hoist it back up. I've found that varying grips from wide to short definitely is noticeable.

Went and rolled with a dude for a bit, that was my cardio. Just practiced passing guard and control. Pretty poor choice on my part after a back workout, but meh, it was lots of fun. Before I knew it, we both had to leave.

Today recovery was noticeably up, seemed liek my temper was as well. Off day from work, so ate a little different. Had eggs and wheat toast before gym, had a shake after with a scoop of UP Your Mass added, then had a barbequed chicken and some beans for dinner. Yes, a whole chicken, minus the skin and feathers. Kind of a cheat day, but nothing outrageous. Weight is pretty much standing at a loss of roughly 5lbs, so I'm happy, as I haven't really lost any strength, other than from my layoff. More than likely going to hit shoulders tomorrow, and strike with my buddy, an even worse combination after training shoulders. Take care!!

Thanks man.........I know you like the car stuff so i will babble for a bit. :)

Got my low profile air cleaner on there now. I wanted to keep the stock hood. That in itself is an expensive want. Not to mention limiting my intake and air cleaner options to nill.

The air cleaner set up is just a procharger low profile hat with a 4" ID cone type filter...........150 dollar setup.........ouch.

I still have to build a trans for it, or find one on the cheap...... The trans behind it now is a TH350 slushbox. lol She shifts, but slow.

Car pulls pretty darn good, even with 3:08's out back, the slushbox and the restrictive intake and cleaner.

My short term and long term goars are: built trans behind the 383 this year, and a procharger next year :nana: Then on to full interior restoration, then finally body and paint....

There are many odds and ends that i will do along the way- engine bay, trunk, decals and lettering, etc.

AWESOME MAN!! Love the engine pics!! I'd run a cold air intake from the fender well up to the air cleaner if ya can, should help, as long as it's not wet out!! There's gotta be a lot of hot air floating around there, that should help flush it out. Keepin' that hood stock will definitely be the limiting factor, but it'll make for a sweet sleeper!! Did a Procharger kit on my buddies 2000 Trans Am, kit worked well, had the dual radiators, and diablo chip custom tuned after we blue printed the engine. Had the LS-1 in it, I believe. Was a sweet ride until it got smashed by a drunk driver and sucked up gravel. I remember my buddy calling me at like 3 in the morning and thinkin' "This phone call can't be good", and it wasn't. Me, I always do handling and brakes first, just cause I want it ready to handle all that power (that a little 4 banger can put out,lol). I'm happy if it doesn't go fast, as long as it handles like it's on rails. Yuo should see if there are any SCAA groups in your area, great wealth of knowledge and cool courses to put your babies through!! How's Saphire these days?

Day 9

Starting to feel the libido rise more and more, which is cool, because I have a day off to do something about it!! Seems like I'm not as sore after a workout, and that's a plus. I'll keep pushing to see if that's true, or if it's just because there's more time between workouts. Might be a bit of both.

Hammer Strength Shoulder Presses: (unilateral) 140x6x3x1*, 105x8x4x2, 70x9x4x2, 35x10. *= PR, or back to where I was when I was 50+lbs heavier, so I'm REALLY quite happy. These weren't full range, but arms parallel.

3 minutes moderate cardio

Seated Dumbell Presses: (Dropsets) 65x9,55x4,45x5,35x5,25x8,15x10 These were full range for everything after 55lbs. Felt good, and really forced myself to keep my arms pulled back.

Seated Cable Alternating Laterals: 20x8x3x1, 15x3x1x1, 5x8. Didn't really rest too much between this and the prior workout, only long enough to suck down some water and set up a bench by the cable station. Had some serious buring action going on with my delts, felt great!!

DC Shoulder Stretch

Front and Back Alternating Barbell Shrugs: 405x5x3x1, 315x12x6x3, 225x12x6x3, 135x12. Traps were pretty sore from deads the other day, I was hoping to shrug a bit more, but, oh well. Grips is still suffering form sore forearm flexors, had to use alternate grip to get this one done, so I'm kinda pissed about that. I'm going to hazard a guess that it will be a few more months before they get better, as the one in my left arm is feeling about 80% since it began in April, then it happened to my right arm,grrrr!! Not near as painful flipping up the dumbells for chest or shoulder work, or close grip t-bar rows.

3 minutes moderate cardio

Dumbell Shrugs: 140x8x4x2, 120x4x2x1, 100x4x2x1, 80x6x3x1, 60x10 (with static hold)
These felt great!! It alwasy cracks me up the looks I get when I grab the 140's, since I'm a small guy, and even funnier when I don't use lifting straps. once I can get 10 for a few workouts, I'll bump up with some magnetic add-ons, the highest we have is 140lbs.

That was pretty mcuh it for my workout. I did reverse pec deck stuff, but I honestly can't remember what most of the numbers where, as my buddy I was talking to kept adjusting it, and my mind was wondering. Basically, did a long drop set. Back is pretty tight today, did some stretches to loosen it up. Traps are letting me know I used em' yesterday, I'm thinking that tomorrow will be rough, but that lets me know I'm growing!! About an hour after my workout, mowed down 1/2 a Miller's double roast beef hoagie, extra peppers and a banana. Fixin' to have a whey shake with some peanut butter in a few hours after that and some lean steak for dinner with some brussel sprouts. Weight is holding steady, but I'm noticing lifts are easier, so we'll see how I'm doing next workout/day and adjust my intake as needed. If I'm growing, don't want to short change myself. I'll try and get some pics up in a bit. Thansk guys!!

Noticing a bit more definition, but that comes with losing some pudge. Very happy thus far, results are speaking for themselves. Having a diet dialed in is needed, but a solid supp helps a lot as well, since I still have my strength and am leaning out, even getting a tad bit stronger too. Next time I run this, I'll throw in some Glycobol as well, I know that will kick it up a few notches!! i recommend the glycobol, i am one of those guys who just plain don't function well with low carbs. i am starting to notice some effects from testopro, but the glycobol is fantastic.
 
Thanks guys!! Definitely noticing my muscles feeling denser and fuller, pretty stoked about that. I have bumped carbs a tad, and so far, no worries. Noticing a bit more definition, but that comes with losing some pudge. Very happy thus far, results are speaking for themselves. Having a diet dialed in is needed, but a solid supp helps a lot as well, since I still have my strength and am leaning out, even getting a tad bit stronger too. Next time I run this, I'll throw in some Glycobol as well, I know that will kick it up a few notches!! Skin is easily more oily than normal, but no cause for concern, just saves me from rubbing lotion on my baby soft skin.:18:

Thanks guys, definitely seeing a change. I'd throw the Gbol in, but I promised I'd only log what I have going now, and seriously, I'm getting the results I want. Adding that would only make it better, so next time I will. Co-workers are noticing that I'm droppin' some weight now, that's cool. Lifts have not gone down, so I'm happy about that. I seem to be holding now at around 6lbs lost, and I'm not gonna go too extreme to keep losing, as long as I'm gaining strength and not throwing on pudge. This looks to be working for me, so I'm just going to roll with it.

Day 10

Off day. Forearms got a good workout today at my job, and yes, I know I just opened myself up for some comedy relief with that comment. At clean today as I have been, 2 chicken breasts, brussel sprouts,apples,Greek yogurt, and fiber 1 bars. Dinner was Lean hamburger and some whole wheat mac-n-cheese lowfat. More than likely gonna have a quick shake a few before bed. Muscles are definitely looking fuller, and gaining definition. The little lady likes me on this stuff as well, and that's great cause she won't be giving me sh1t nest time I order it. Now if I could just slap a TestaPRO label on all my stuff......

I can't wait for it! :D - I just tossed in Glycobol @ 1 cap pre-training (fasted). I have high hopes for endurance and recomp effects from it. It went great today!

i am done with my little bottle of glycobol, no worries though. i ordered a full bottle yesterday. i didn't really care for anabolic pump, but glycobol is kicking arse. together with testopro this is a shiitkicking combo.
 
It's nice when you have products like TestoPro where you can actually look forward to PCT! - That aspect of the industry has really evolved in the last few years. It's becoming more common for me to say I'm enjoying the thought of PCT. :D

In what sense? Do they work together somehow? I have only been using Glycobol to aid in lipolysis during my fasted training sessions. I've been sticking with SLIN for nutrient partitioning.

never tried slin, but when taking in extra carbs on ap i just got fat. i take testopro/glycobol upon waking, wait half an hour eat a bowl of oatmeal and half hour later i get pumped just looking at a barbell. yesterday my wife made german chocolate cake with the coconut icing, my mouth was watering. i decided to take 2 glycobol/2 testopro and have a slab. wow-i did some cardio to burn off the cals and damn-very pumped, very impressed. and that was just from cardio!!! sorry weevil, didn't mean to jack.

Day 10

Well, it was supposed gonna be arm day, but I'm getting called back into work as I type this, so no clue if it's gonna happen. My gym closes at 10, so might not happen, which pisses me off, but I digress. Somewhat of an "Alpha Male" mentality today, had to work to keep that under patrol with the idiot parade at work, i.e. corporate assclowns who think sinceit looks great on paper, it'll be great in real world applications,WRONG. One of the reasons I'm going back in after a short 12hr. shift, then going on nights Wednesday. Anyways, sorry for grumping. More than likely tomorrow morning I'll do a full body workout ot get me tired enough to sleep during the day, and to get used to working out in the mornings for a month. Usually, when I switch to days, I'd be doing some Somnidren GH, ZMK, Nocturnabol and Arginine/Ornithine to knock me out so I could sleep daylight, but I won't be for this log, no biggie. I'll update tomorrow after the gym. Sorry guys, take care!!
