Snag continues his off-season REDEFINing

computer issues still wreaking havoc with me, looks like i need some professional attention :rant:
sux too, cuz i look, well, different this morning and am still not able to post pics..veins are notable (i'm not a veiny guy), skin is showing those beginning signs of shrink-wrapped-ness, musculature is not diminished (increased actually i would say), and weight holding ~198 upon rising
feeling good! :)

anyway - i can only work in safe mode, else computer keeps kicking back to restart after it loads everything up and gives me a blue screen that flashes by so quick i cannot even read what it says....

You do have an antivirus program running, right?
 
Go to your Help and type in restore point, it will bring up directions to restore your computer settings to a prior time. Select a time earlier than when the problem started and restore to that point. If it was a driver or software update that should correct the problem.

tried system restore, didn't allow
tried other troubleshooting, wouldn't allow it in safe mode

If you have the disk try copying your stuff off of it onto an external drive then just reload windows it isn't that hard and will save you a hundred bucks.

i don't have the disk, but it it is hardware issue anyway :dunno:

funny thing is - i got three computers, but one is packed up, and the other is a brand new laptop i just bought, still in the box haven't set it up yet..i'll get around to it sooner or later, but for that reason i'm not in a hurry to have this one looked at


non-pictorial update: weight ~197.5 this morning, more shredded..think i may have me a slight carb-up this day, some unplanned alterations
(that means i am way ahead of schedule)
training has been changed to a 3-day split, like this

chest/shoulders/abs
legs
back/arms/abs
off

then run the split again, but vary the exercises/reps/weight

repeat from beginning


this is my long-standing preferred contest prep routine

all right so some supp updates..
back on Max Pump, just 4 caps currently before i try advanced dosing
i am uncapping these and mixing with my Ignite2 and BCAA+SAA, ~30min preWO
550 + epi, dosing each 4 daily at 2 breakfast/2 dinner, 12hrs apart
i may bump this dosage up before i am done here....
PXB and ALC+CLA stack still, gonna bump up to 3 caps daily PXB for the final 3-4 weeks
also gonna run 9 caps of the ALC+CLA @3/3/3
still on recompadrol too, 3-4 or more caps daily, with carbs meals 20g+

the only thing different is, i am now bumping 550xd and Epi-V to 6 each daily
and - today i start the 2x daily dosing of Max Pump
also, PXB is 4 daily till the finale

updated supp protocol for the duration:

side of 1/2 TBS almond butter

don't use canned much at all, matter of convenience this day..also more veggies than usual here - i was hungry :D

hell man - ex took all the nice heavy duty plates, left me with the "extras" - with the exception of my all black set
i use those sometimes (manly they are), but these are bigger and just easier for some reason

i'm secure in my masculinity, not worried about using feminine dish set

thanks mate - but really, all i have to say is: mehh :shrug:
the final pics will be no comparison to that..but i'm a bit frustrated with the wheels, as they take a little longer these days to dial in..must be old age :p
i haven't been able to get any sprints in tho either, so i am doing absolutely no cardio, simply weight training and diet

i suppose i should state my dietary adjustments as i guide this plane homeward..
again there is slight variation and gentle rotations daily now, but the base idea is
285p/250c/40f, 2500cals
weight is hanging in low 196 range..trying my hardest to keep it up there
all supplementation remains same
final pics will come saturday after next - and will have a photographer too :)
