I felt the same way! I didn’t have the insta pot or the air fryer so we decided to get the Ninja Foodi which is both. That way we didn’t have 2 separate appliances to have to store. I am surprised how much I use it! You can cook a large variety of foods in it. Even ones you wouldn’t think about. I cooked my sweet potatoes in there last night. I’ve yet to make chips of any type yet but that’s on the todo list...Tbh It’s one of those things you CAN live without but you can also find many ways to make it useful if you do have it!

My coworkers laugh at me because it’s a pretty regular thing! Thankfully I wake up in enough time to eat lunch and get back to work.

That is my sweet indulgence, sweet potato chips with some cinnamon sprinkled on. Guess I need to do some more research and see the fryer options vs what I cook alot of

I bet not. Since I am getting rid of a couple other counter dwelling doodads and they are replacing my double wall oven unit with a double convection oven for no extra charge I might just have a spot for that. However isn't an air fryer basically just a convection oven?

They’re pretty close to the same thing. The air fryer makes “fried” type foods a little better because of extra air circulation...the Foodi does slow cooking, sauté/roast functions, pressure cooking(insta-pot), and the air frying. Just depends what all you’d use it for. I do like that it’s smaller area to heat and easier to clean but I can completely understand not necessarily wanting another small appliance! Lol

Today ended up being a full on rest day. Son was out of school sick again-stomach this time. So I was home with him.

I counted my Lipo6 capsules today and only have enough to last until next Wednesday. So coming down to the last few days! Maybe the scale will be in my favor this time!

Day 25: Up at 4:25. Out the house with first dose about 4:43.
Got to gym early hoping to get to the leg press first. No such luck. Guy said he only had 2 sets...but I forget. Most gym goers don’t move very quickly. About 12 mins later, we finally got started. Ugh! I should have moved on and did something else but I kept thinking he would be done any second! So rounds were shortened and rests as well to get in as much as possible. Still babying my hamstring too.

Giant set 1 - 4 rounds in 10.5 mins
Single Leg press 255x12
Jump squats 10
Plank 30 secs
45 secs rest

Giant set 2 - 4 rounds in 11 mins
Alt lunges 16
Kneeling squats 235x8
Lying leg lifts w rev crunch 12
45 secs rest

Superset finisher - 7 rounds in 8 mins
Leg curls 55x12
Leg extensions 115x12

Finished with elliptical 15 mins

I’m still enjoying the Lipo6. My only issue is wishing it was stronger. After the first week or so, I think an increase in at least one dose would be more beneficial. I understand people could do this on their own. Would just need additional bottles. The price is good but if you think about basically needing to double up early on, that doubles the price. At that point, it gets a little pricey imo.

Haha I seriously thought about it. If I didn’t have someone training with me I would have! She can only do 1 plate though. That’s why I do single Leg press with her instead of moving a bunch of plates.

I agree on the strength. Look into the “Intense” bottle, it’s pretty close to a double dose and if I remember it wasn’t double the price.

With the higher dosed bottle I would say very comparable to eca. Can’t say about clen. It doesn’t spike my BP the way eca does though.

Good to know!

I agree with Jdm -pretty comparable imo to eca! Hard to compare it to clen being that clen is a whole other level with crazy sides and what not. The Lipo6 has a very clean energy, happy, healthy feel with a solid appetite suppressant. As for the fat loss, I am a little hard to compare to. I have a much harder time than the average dropping weight. Jd had great results though and I’m sure that it would as well for most people!

Well there is an art to it is their not? When people are curling in the squat rack there is nothing wrong with POLITELY asking them to move. Most people will actually move if you remember the POLITELY part. People tend to get disgruntled about it first and then make it a confrontation instead of politely asking people and that is when things normally go wrong.

Hahaha definitely! Often see 1 set and 5 mins of game playing before the next set! For optimal results-rests and gaming is necessary!

Great movie
It was cute! Apparently there are two? My mom was telling about one telling the story how Pooh was created. She said it was a sad story!

Another round at the gym. Upper session with the friend I’m helping. Took 2nd dose right beforehand- about 12:25. I was actually starting to drag about 11 ish so it helped a lot!

Lunch was @2 shredded beef topped with provolone cheese and grilled zucchini & yellow squash.

Lower carbs today because I went over yesterday. We had a farewell/birthday cake for one of the couples in our bible study. I made him a 5 layer carrot cake.

If you ever come out this way, I’ll make you one!

This was my first ever attempt at making one from scratch. Gotta say, I do too! Lol I cut the sugar in both the cake and the icing. I actually had to make 2 due to a couple of people with nut allergies. I sent one with the birthday boy and took the other one to work! Can’t have that mess sitting around the house!
