I slept until 10am this morning!! Felt so good though! First dose wasn’t until a little after 10 but I went ahead and took second dose just a little bit ago. I have learned if I take past 1pm that I struggle getting to bed/asleep early enough. Lol Sleep has never really been an issue for me being tired a good majority of the time. So, the energy I get from the Lipo6 is a nice welcomed change! I am more motivated to get extra things done rather than just pushing through the basic day to day necessities!

Happy Monday! Officially 2 weeks in today. Unfortunately, no weight loss despite efforts. I do feel this is primarily due to my thyroid condition and long term dieting, not the Lipo6. I do feel it is a good product and would be beneficial for any cut. I enjoy it even if it’s just for the energy boost and appetite suppressant! Lol

Up at 4:25...first dose at 4:40 with pwo on the way to the gym.

Gym 5-5:45

Lower body

Giant set 1
**As many rounds as possible in 12 mins**
Back Squats 165x8x4
Bw squats 12x4
Db stuff Deads 45x10x4
Plank 30 secs x4
1 min rest-made it 4 rounds

Giant set 2
**as many rounds as possible in 12 mins**
Walking lunges 70x10
Glute cable kickbacks 70x12
Lateral squat walks w hip circle 10
1 min rest- made it 3 rounds
* had to stop and roll before the last set. Glutes were hurting so bad!!! Lol

Giant set 3- finisher
**No rests** 8 mins
Leg extensions 115x10-12
Glute bridge bw x 12
Seated leg curls 90x9-10
Made it 6 rounds

Could barely walk! Haha Excellent workout. Muscles were on fire!!!

Went back 6:40-7:00 stationary bike
Still fighting some pain in my upper hamstring on my left leg from a week or so ago. It is really bothering me today after training legs this morning. So went with the bike to play it easy on it. Not sure if I should lay off the hamstrings for a week or what? This is about where it hurts.
IMG_5096.JPG

Stomach has been growling this morning but I’m holding off ok so far on the fast. Energy is still good from the first dose. Find myself wanting just a little more but that is probably the stim junkie, in me, coming out.

What’s the caffeine level of your PWO? Mine are really high and I think it would be too much with the Lipo.

I’m not sure exactly. I just throw a couple of scoops of various things in a big shaker filled with water. I really only have a few sips before I get to the gym. The shaker lasts all week. Sometimes even have extra to dump out at the end of the week. Probably not ideal to drink from the same bottle all week but I find it’s easier. Lol

Take care of that hammie!
I’m really leaning towards needing to leave it alone for a bit. Starting to believe it’s not a pain to ignore! Don’t want any set backs!

Lunch today was grilled chicken and Greek salad. I did have one small triangle of pita and a small spoonful of humus. No pics but it was delicious! We had a “lunch-n-learn” with an oral surgeon. Was pretty cool!

Me too!

Dinner tonight was grass fed ribeye, zucchini, and an attempt at homemade herb bread.

Bread was pretty good. Made a TON though! Lol

Did some rolling tonight...man that junk HURTS when you haven’t done it in a while! Couldn’t even make it on my IT Band. It was too much! Only got parts of them! Lol

Lunch was chicken, rice, and edamame from a couple of nights ago. Had Greek yogurt and a cutie on the way home. Dinner was 2 hard beef tacos topped with a little fresh guacamole. (Avocado, lime, and tomato)
IMG_5102.JPG

After dinner I cooked some herb chicken breast and am currently cooking a couple of organic sweet potatoes for lunch the next 2 days.

That’s a good idea! I always wondered how well it worked!
On the advice of my massage therapist I bought some cups off amazon and use them periodically when the IT band gets really tight. I grease myself up with some coconut oil, latch on one of the cups and move it along the band. Then I’ll put a few on at once and leave them stationary for a while.

She also suggested buying a cheap ceramic Asian soup spoon and using that to do a little “graston-like” treatment but I haven’t done that yet.

Today was a rest day. Slept until 5:45 am. Took first dose at 6:15 on the way to work. Second dose was at 12:30...about 1.5hrs after “lunch” Energy was great pretty much all day. Had a slight slump about 2:30 but it wasn’t too bad.

“Lunch”- 10:30 am was 7oz herb chicken breast, 6oz sweet potato, and 1/2 a zucchini.
IMG_5105.JPG

Snack- 4pm 8oz Greek yogurt

Dinner - 6:15pm
Grilled Bone in pork chop and purple cauliflower. Couldn’t eat the whole pork chop. Probably had about 5oz. The purple cauliflower is one of the family favorites! So good!!

Hahaha definitely lots of inches! Nothing healthy about those! She’s not worried about that like I am but I’m sure she will pass them around to limit the aftermath!

Day 22:
Up at 4:35 (oops! hit the snooze and actually fell back asleep)
Out the door/first dose @ 4:48

Gym from 5:10-5:50
Still trying to work around the strain in my right hamstring. Starting to get annoyed and impatient. Lol

Giant set 1:
Machine leg press 250x15x4 sets
Squat lateral walks with hip circle 12
30 sec plank
1 min rest

Giant set 2:
Kneeling squats 160x10
16 Alternating lunges
12 Lying leg raises w rev crunch/oblique twists
1 min rest
4 rounds
**attempted to add a 40lb bar on lunges but could feel it pulling my hamstring so I didn’t continue them with weights.

Superset
Leg extensions 115x10-12
Leg curls- very light- 55x12
**8 rounds in 9 mins**
No rest

Went back for cardio 20 mins LISS

Energy was good throughout workout. Yesterday I actually took 2 pills about 10am because I usually take a nap after church/lunch which messes up taking the 2nd dose early enough during the day. I felt a little more “buzz” from it but still not overly stimmed. I really liked it! Would say it’s a better amount for those of us that have a higher tolerance for stimulants. I will say, many fat burners I’ve taken in the past have more of a diuretic effect as well that this one does not.
