Thanks! Yes, I agree!! I really liked it! I wish I could use it every time! I was at a different location unfortunately so my normal gym won’t have it! The one I went to today is better overall, just too far away for my rushed schedule during the work week.

Really good workout today! Energy was good throughout. I have been waking up hungry so I’m very grateful for the help of the appetite suppressant. Still get some growling/hunger pains here and there but for the most part, I don’t think about it much! Find that I am full/satisfied faster than usual which is good! I can put away some food! ??*♀ (once a fat kid, always a fat kid )

Today was one of those days that make me want to find another gym. There are a lot of people that come at 5 and the gym just doesn’t have enough free weight equipment to handle them all. Plus no one has respect for others using equipment...long story short-had to modify my workout a few times due to nothing available.

Giant set 1: 4 sets
Was about 13.5mins
Walking lunges 70x12
Hip circle lateral squat walks 8 each way

Lying leg lifts w rev crunch 12

**only made it 2 rounds- was a no go with my hip today

Nothing else available so went with the last round

11 mins- no rests- 9 rounds
Leg extensions 115x10-12
Seated leg curls 90x9-10
Calf raises 15

- this last set has sooooo much blood in the muscles! It was awesome!! Almost fell stepping off the curb to my car! ?

**for those of you who don’t know, I have been self rehabbing an fai/labrum tear in my right hip. Squats are the main source of pain. Sometimes I can work them in just have to use several warmup sets, use a hip circle to help keep aligned, and take my reps slow. Was hoping light squats and already being warm would have been fine! Very frustrating!

Anyways- I am really enjoying the Lipo 6! I love the energy and overall good feeling I have on it! The yohimbe chills here and there are nice too! Not crazy over the top like I’ve had in the past and not really a fan of. The appetite suppressant is a good level for me too! Enough where I don’t think about it but not nauseous...and makes me full/satisfied quicker!

Lunch was same as yesterday. Chicken/broccoli with granola bar. Dinner was steak, zucchini, and a fiber one bar. We don’t cook many carbs for dinner due to hubby being diabetic. I want to cook some good options for myself but don’t want to make him jealous or anything.

It’s going to be an early night to bed. Thinking it’s probably allergies but just not feeling very well. Just drained/run down. Tomorrow is an off day for lifting luckily!

Went to bed at 8:15 last night. Up at 5:45. Slept hard! Very thankful for the extra sleep! I really do think it’s just the pollen.

First dose 6:19

Was able to get in some cardio this morning after getting my son off to school/before work. Stuck with some incline walking and got a good sweat going!

Debating on ordering a second bottle of Lipo 6 from amazon and bumping the dose up a little bit. Despite not being as hungry and cutting calories, I’m not feeling any leaner just yet. Will weigh in on Friday to see for certain.

You girls have it tough! I was helping someone at the gym calculate the BMR and she is big with quite a bit of muscle mass and her TDEE around 1600 calories! Blew my mind, nearly half of what I’ve found mine to be. Keep it up though you’ll get there!

Had to share...took a walk down to the dock to feed the fish tonight! They let the lake down really low this winter and it’s just now getting back close to full. So, we haven’t been out there much until recently....

This one works pretty well. Seems to be most effective initially. Not quite as much now that I’m almost 2 weeks into using it. Maybe if you upped to dose?...aren’t you working to increase your calories though?

Son is home sick from school today and I took off to be with him. Was making him breakfast and broke down and made myself an omelette about 10am.

3 egg whites, 1 while egg, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, and a little shredded cheese.

So far, energy and appetite suppressant are both still good. Not much else to report other than feeling good energy wise. I do think this particular strength is good for starters/people who don’t take many supplements. I think the crazy stim-aholics would do better with a stronger dose. I have not tried any of the other ones though- I’m sure their effects are stronger.

One of my favorite ways to spend a Friday evening...fishing with the hubby/watching the sunset. I caught 4 of the 5, granted only 1 was even a couple of lbs. The rest were 5-7” babies. The kind where you sit there wondering if you have something on your line or not! Haha
