Really good workout today! Energy was good throughout. I have been waking up hungry so I’m very grateful for the help of the appetite suppressant. Still get some growling/hunger pains here and there but for the most part, I don’t think about it much! Find that I am full/satisfied faster than usual which is good! I can put away some food! ??*
