Lunch was same as Wednesday. 7oz chicken breast, 6 oz sweet potato, and 1/2 a zucchini.
Dinner was Chicken and Waffles- air fryer chicken tenders with panko and kodiak waffles. Hot honey made with honey and sriracha.
Carbs were just a little over -about 108 but I’m under most days so it balances out! Lol

First dose was @7:00.
Gym started about 8:15. Didn’t keep track of time because I was helping a friend train and then trained more afterwards.

Great energy throughout. Didn’t even have pwo today either! Only the Lipo6 Overall, I am still really enjoying this run! Energy boost, mood, and appetite suppressant are all great! Still no weight loss but hoping before the end I at least get a couple of lbs.

I felt the same way! I didn’t have the insta pot or the air fryer so we decided to get the Ninja Foodi which is both. That way we didn’t have 2 separate appliances to have to store. I am surprised how much I use it! You can cook a large variety of foods in it. Even ones you wouldn’t think about. I cooked my sweet potatoes in there last night. I’ve yet to make chips of any type yet but that’s on the todo list...Tbh It’s one of those things you CAN live without but you can also find many ways to make it useful if you do have it!Do you use the air fryer alot? I've never done that, but we a few guys at work someone has to go out and wake them up after lunch !!I’m going to need the rest of the bottle in order to make it through today! Lol Long story short, I didn’t get to bed until almost midnight and up at 4:25. I’m dragging bad!!! Will probably try to nap in my car at lunch!

I bet not. Since I am getting rid of a couple other counter dwelling doodads and they are replacing my double wall oven unit with a double convection oven for no extra charge I might just have a spot for that. However isn't an air fryer basically just a convection oven?You won't be sorry
They’re pretty close to the same thing. The air fryer makes “fried” type foods a little better because of extra air circulation...the Foodi does slow cooking, sauté/roast functions, pressure cooking(insta-pot), and the air frying. Just depends what all you’d use it for. I do like that it’s smaller area to heat and easier to clean but I can completely understand not necessarily wanting another small appliance! LolI bet not. Really??!! That’s so crazy! I always loved Pooh! I could always relate to Pooh growing up(wanting to eat all of the time)

Got to gym early hoping to get to the leg press first. No such luck. Guy said he only had 2 sets...but I forget. Most gym goers don’t move very quickly. About 12 mins later, we finally got started. Ugh! I should have moved on and did something else but I kept thinking he would be done any second! So rounds were shortened and rests as well to get in as much as possible. Still babying my hamstring too.

I’m still enjoying the Lipo6. My only issue is wishing it was stronger. After the first week or so, I think an increase in at least one dose would be more beneficial. I understand people could do this on their own. Would just need additional bottles. The price is good but if you think about basically needing to double up early on, that doubles the price. At that point, it gets a little pricey imo.
With the higher dosed bottle I would say very comparable to eca. Can’t say about clen. It doesn’t spike my BP the way eca does though.You ever run eca or clen? How does this compare to them results ( fat loss wise)

I agree with Jdm -pretty comparable imo to eca! Hard to compare it to clen being that clen is a whole other level with crazy sides and what not. The Lipo6 has a very clean energy, happy, healthy feel with a solid appetite suppressant. As for the fat loss, I am a little hard to compare to. I have a much harder time than the average dropping weight. Jd had great results though and I’m sure that it would as well for most people!You ever run eca or clen? Well there is an art to it is their not? When people are curling in the squat rack there is nothing wrong with POLITELY asking them to move. Most people will actually move if you remember the POLITELY part. People tend to get disgruntled about it first and then make it a confrontation instead of politely asking people and that is when things normally go wrong.It’s great when trainers teach people how to do curls in the squat rack....
