A couple of interesting variables I'd like to note at this time which may be contributing to my extreme early gains:
- This is my first time utilizing DC training (or HIT for that matter); I had been doing high volume for the past several years.
- Drinking 2 cups of calcium fortified ff milk every day (100% RDA calcium). I NEVER used to drink milk.
- Have been averaging ~50% more sleep than I usually get.
- Added digestive enzymes to all major meals for the first time.
- Taking 10g creatine & 50g dextrose immediately PWO which has always seemed to lean me out on cycles, even when bulking.
- This P-Plex & T-Roid combo just flat out seems to be the ****!
I felt the compounds working in the first few days, and I'm adding mass and leaning out at the same time. You can't beat that!!!
