Searching for pumps with APS (sponsored)

yeah ALCAR is good to stack with beta alanine. im taking some time off from BA, i used it for too long and my body built up a tolerance

LCLT combos well with any kind of hormonal performance enhancer, like prohormones or test boosters cuz it also boosts the amount of androgen receptors on the muscles. im using it now with some ostarine. good stuff. beta alanine, for me, is the best stuff to ever hit the market. when i use it my recovery is epic. both between sets and over night. completely prevents soreness for me and my cardio sessions go more smoothly. like... my muscles dont fatigue as long as i can keep my breath.

alcar doesnt do anything at all for me, even taking a few grams at a time :-/

Caffeine?

1,3 Dimeth?

T2/T3/T4?

DNP?

Ephedrine?

The possibilities are endless!!!

Yes sir the sky is the limit! I would love to see a good AI to be stacked with testarophin or maybe APS can improve/fix L-Glutamine. There are lots if studies on Glutamine but all are through IV use and when taken orally there is supposed to be solubility issues. It will awesome if APS can fix that

look at sustamine. its a "better" glutamine. i see a lot of products with it underdosed. its in modernBCAA probably at microscopic doses, tho.

Or maybe it can be a GH product? Or an ecdy product?

JD you should do a contest and allow people one guess at what it is and the winner gets to log it !! Can guess the ingredient or the type of product... Just an idea

Wow 10 years! That's ALOT longer then me. I would say I did judo off and on for about a year and than school got in the way and I was a bum for a year and now I am back but doing jui-jitsu. I have only been doing BJJ for maybe 3 months now. You are prolly WAAY better then I am. I feel you on the whole two left feet thing. I have really bad cooridnation, part of the reason why I want to learn boxing is to learn foot work. When I did judo the teacher would always be correcting my foot placement. I have a bad habit of crossing my legs instead of shuffling. Hip flexors and my hamstrings are my Achilles heel too. I just keep stretching and foam rolling them and hopefully one day they will loosen up. I have a couple different hip flexor things I do that I can share with you if you like.

About people getting gased I notice alot of them think they need to improve cardio to remedy this so they go running on a treadmill. I think this is wrong personally. Running will utilize your aerobic energy pathway but in a grappling match you are gonna be using your lactic and alactic pathways way more than aerobic. A more effective way of training so you don't get gassed as fast is to train anaerobicly and push your lactic acid threshold. I think this will carry over to grappling way better than jogging on a treadmill for 2 hours.

What's your APS stash consist of?

To say I have flat feet is and understatement. One thing I have heard and seen first hand is that this condition seems to go hand in hand with tight hip flexors and hamstrings. Triangles are hard for me to pull off due to this, but unless they have rolled with me before/often, I still feint it just to keep them on their toes/go for another move. I have dreams of getting someone in a body triangle someday, and then I wake up to reality.

I do agree with your point about conditioning yourself, but I feel that aerobic still has it's place as well in the mix. What worked well for me was circuit training, which gets your heart rate up and such without cardio and I would add in HIIT intervals as well. I would use weights similar to the type of person I'd be pushing around, usually in the low rep ranges. I would also switch it up in favor of higher reps, just depended on how I felt that day. For me, HIIT simulates a burst of energy for when I'm teeing off on someone, then resting between rounds. It was a real good way for me to gauge my 1 minute recovery time.

I can't for the life of me remember who makes them, but you can buy these "Discs" that have holes in them you place in your mouth, between your teeth and lips, kinda like what you did as a kid(I still do,lol) with an orange slice. The holes start out pretty big, and get progressively smaller. These worked wonders for me in strengthening my diaphragm and endurance, but I lost them a loooong time ago. I'll check into it for ya.

Bas has some interesting insights on footwork for kicking and punching, it made sense to me, you might want to check it out on youtube if your so inclined.

AS for the APS stash, I have 2 bottles of Nitrozine for now, was holding out til' Nutra carries it to help out APS. I plan on adding Creatine Nitrate in there as well.

Sorry for the long post, this is what happens when I get a day off, lol.

its ok you have my permission.. let the people know! :D

it's more expensive, but i recommend lclt over alcar. great for aggression-at least for me.

hmm I will give it a shot. I am about to put a small order in at NP so I will grab a small tub of this too along with some ALCAR, beta alanine and cordygen 5

yeah ALCAR is good to stack with beta alanine. im taking some time off from BA, i used it for too long and my body built up a tolerance

I am looking into some BA mostly to help with endurance but from what I read it looks to have tons of other benefits from taking it too

I am definetely gonna be shooting you and BigT a pm about LCLT once I order it and it comes in

I'll look into it. Do you have any links to any info on it? Thanks for the suggestion

Triangles are difficult for me to due to my tight hips and short legs. I used to NEVER be able to pull them off but since I been at my new school the instructor has been helping me and I sometimes get them. One thing that has helped is changing the angle of your hips. If you have the triangle and then move yourself so that you are basically looking at the guys ear, it is alot easier. I still go for them all the time. Another tip that has helped is when I go for a armbar they usually bring their arm to their chest and the. I pop up and push the arm to get my feet in place for the triangle. Usually when the feel this they start to try and stack up. From here when they are stacking you grab at their ankle and pull to rotate yourself to getthat angle to close the triangle. Either you get it or they start focusing on your hand on their foot and try to kick it out, they then forget about the arm and I try and go for a arm bar or elbow lock or ommaplata or whatever you see available.

Aerobic conditioning DEFINETELY has it's place because it is a energy pathway you will genially during a fight but I don't think so much emphasis should be placed on it. Circuit training as well as drop sets amd complexes are all great and forms of training that will be using your lactic energy pathway. It will help push your threshold back and help you maintain longer in a match. This is at least what I have been reading and learning about. I am gonna be testing these out in this log and will see if I notice any improvements.

Those disc sound interesting. If you find a link or more info on them send them my way! Right now I try and train with my mouth piece in sometimes. Breathing ladders are soupposed to be good to but I don't fully understand the concept.

Post up those Bas videos too!!

I think we ALL are waiting... hopefully soon :fingersx:

You should try some Protocol, great formula and has a good dose of LCLT.

I checked NP and they dont carry LCLT in bulk anymore so I might have to give this protocol a shot sometime. Thanks for the heads up bud

I want this stack!

I've been following along quietly since day one, pimp! Haha

You been lurking? Damn cops always hiding somewhere!!!! LOL :poke:

In this, Kill it bro!

:welcome: and thanks for the support

If you want an LCLT and Beta Alanine product, you could try Gaspari Anavite. It has the recommended dose of each, plus a good multivitamin. I like it because it's easy to remember to take, and the dose is spread half in AM and half in PM. Keeps life simple. I also got an incredible deal at $15 a pop, shipped!

$15 sounds like a great deal! Is it taken ever just pre-training session? How many servings are in the bottle?

log is looking good, josh:biggthumpup:

Thanks! It is still in pre-game mode though. The stack officially starts Sunday! I haven't really lifted hard in about a week except a couple times at a buddies house but that was more of a just messing around type stuff. He wants to start working out so he got a bench with some weights so I stop by and help motivate him and also show him a couple different exercises he can do with what he has. A bench and 2 dumbbells.. It's enough for now.

Currently I am doing a quick fast before the log starts. Past two months I was doing a pulse with havoc so I haven't fasted at all and I like to at least once a month. I'm on hour 24 now and have been chewing thermogum. I got 2 samples of yellow thunder here that I am thinking about taking. Ephedra usually helps with the hunger. I wonder if yellow thunder has actual ephedra in it or just the herb extract like what the stacker bottles have.

30 days of multivitamins, 3 pills AM (with food) and 3 pills PM. You take it every day, like a normal multi. I took them before training on an empty stomach once, and that was a bad idea since it made me really nauseous. The best price I can find right now is ~$20 per bottle + ~$6 shipping.

With Beta Alanine, it doesn't need to be dosed right before working out. The trick I heard is to keep Carnosine levels up high throughout the day. Same thing with LCLT.

Ever notice how many carnosine supplements there are? LCLT, ALCAR, Beta Alanine, PLC, GPLC, L-Carnosine, Beta Alanine Nitrate, etc. It seems like it works on a LOT of different pathways...

sounds like your body is primed for the aps products-time to get big and ripped.

Sucks it can't be taken on a empty Stomach but good to know it doesn't NEED to be taken pre-workout. I usually lift first thing in the morning fasted so it would be good to take it pre workout. I have a small bottle of ALCAR and a small tub of beta alanine so I am gonna try them for now and most likely will be picking up a bottle of anavite to try next. Thanks for the tip/suggestion bud

beverly has a carnitine product with 3 different forms, it gets great reviews but it is costly$$$$.

Hopefully :fingersx: that was sorta what I was thinking too. I usually fast for the general health benefits from fasting but I was thinking the timing of this fast should help me feel the effects of the APS much more, plus I have been pretty stim free for the past 2 months  I truly can't wait to start this!!

Thanks for the suggestion bud but I think ima try anavite out first, mostly because I am a cheapskate! But not by choice by force.. Wife always flips out when she sees my credit card bills from nutra

This stack is going to light you up bubba!! I saw this pic on another thread and I thought it would be appreciated here...

I saw that pic in toms thread and completely forgot everything I read prior to it :D That is one amazing muscle she has there and the way she is arching and makes it pop out like that... :Eyecrazy:

That is one juicy double-bubble...

You should really see some some results wiht this stack bud, and the work ethic you always bring!!

Here's a vid of Bas about kicking:

I'm honestly not the one who's well versed on kicking, but I can recognize someone who knows how. I've watched some of my buddies try this, and they've given it the thumbs up.

A vid of BAS about punching:
Invalid Link Removed

This I can relate to, as I've always favored a stance like this. It really shows off in class, as your able to sprawl and check kicks way easier from it, versus a boxing stance, which was/is geared more towards movement, in my opinion. Only downside I've noticed is inside leg kicks are harder to defend.

Ahh I'm hungry!!

Question:
Has anyone taken yellow thunder yet? If you have how long have you noticed the stim effects of it? Wondering when I should take it, don't want to too late and not be able to sleep

BigT has taken Yellow Thunder. He is a serious stim conoisseur so he will be able to give you a heads up with it.

Coming up on hour 48 of my fast! I got 10 more hours left of work and not feeling to great. In hindsight I probably shouldn't have tried this on two days that I worked. I am about to just take this yellow thunder now because I could really use the pick me up.

Energy should last no more than 6 hours, depending on tolerance IMO.

Thinking of grabbin some Yellow Thunder here in the future, curious to see how it works for you. Being fasted, should hit ya up pretty well.

Thanks for the videos bud!!

For some reason they aren't loading for me but it's prolly because I'm on my phone. I will try them tonight on my pc to see if they play.

I know there are a bunch of differences between boxing and MMA techniques that's why I am a little hesitant about taking these boxing classes. Don't want to learn something to have to un-learn it later on down the road, but at the same time I sorta feel like learning it will be a good foundation to build on especially because as of right now I have NO stand up game what so ever! There is a MMA guy who trains people in his garage around here but his classes are always on days I work so I was thinking I will just focus on my BJJ for now until I can make time for his classes. I am still on the fence about attending the boxing classes but I most likely will do a couple. Some basic pad work and foot work will prolly be good to learn.

After I watch those Bas videos I will try those stances and practice them with a heavy bag, thanks again for posting them for me!

By the way, did you see my suggestion on the triangle? Have you been taught that before? About spinning into it so your facing his ear, if not give it a shot and let me know if it helps any.

yea with the triangle you always want to make sure your calf is across the guys neck, rather than down his back. you can even grab your shin and pull on it to get it perpendicular to the guys neck. if someone is stacking my triangle ill even grab the shin and open for 1 second and re-close across the neck. also concentrate on thrusting the hips up when pulling the head down for the finish. i got tons of triangle tips thats my go to move

lol i just realized that i said exactly what Bas says in a video ive seen before. not sure if its the same videos that u guys posted

Question:
Has anyone taken yellow thunder yet? If you have how long have you noticed the stim effects of it? Wondering when I should take it, don't want to too late and not be able to sleep

give it 6 hours, if you stay active enough it should wear off and make you tired enough to sleep. it's a solid stim-1 was enough for me to feel it, and i have a HIGH tolerance.

Energy should last no more than 6 hours, depending on tolerance IMO.

Thanks, I figured it wouldn't last more 10 and I was really lagging and starting to get hungry so I took it already.

I have two days worth. So far it's been a hour and I feel a slight and hunger is decreasing. It's less of a jittery and more of a my mind is starting to spin type thing. I will eat breakfast tomorrow and take another yellow thunder afterwards and will post up a review of it after that.
