well im on a cutting diet 200 g carb 70g fat 300g protien with cardio 3x a week and weights 5x a week


i have lost 1 and 1/2 inches on my waist but here the focking kicker


my weight has remained at 230


thus osta is keeping an anabolic environement in the body while cutting and i have even made some strength gains strangly enough

and some people said i didnt build any mass- yeah as i thought i did but put on to much fat and now that is coming off my mass is showing


im gunna be shreded to the bone come febuary then and only then will i use test dbol and var(at the end)

i was done after this my legs are dead- set some records here with 405 so im very pleased!

Are you sure its the Sarm thats raised the estrodiol? You have been cycling before hand. Maybe the Sarm is just BS and your PCT didn't lower your estrogen enough? Did you have BW done prior and after your DS cycle?

yes i have pre blood work test was at 540 i forget estrodiol


i dont think the sarm is ineffective- i have gained muscle mass and lost 2 inches on my waist

also SARM does not raise testosterone


it activates the androgen receptor like a steroid would but with no suppression


some people are mistaken in that they think that sarm raises t-this not true



and i think it was the clomid that raised my estro
 
Been following along. I finished my SARMS S4 and loved it but my little brother died unexpectedly and I fell into a week of drinking, not carring, and eating bad so I gained some weight back, but I have been hittin it hard and will be back where I was in another week or so.
Was thinking I'll get the Ost next time bc I can make it last longer and it seems to be safe long term.

Schwell, you put on here you have peptides, test E, sarms, and other stuff that would require a prescription, right? Your blood work list your name and phone number. I hope this doesn't cause problems for you, but if I were you I would black those area out man. Just to be safe, ya know?

I know for me clomid caused massive rebound. I won't ever touch it again. I've had a great deal of luck using very low doses of Letro and Tamox to combat when I come of Letro. Works perfect.

And knowing Schwell (I really don't know him at all, but I read this stuff everyday), he is talking about the rebound. He knew what he was getting himself into. Or at least I'll give him the credit for now.

Now if only the mods would block phonetical reproduction of words like bish and fock. Hate it. I got a dirty freakin mouth and if I want to say **** or **** I should be allowed to, but i don't want to read bish or fock. Just me being picky, but fock it, right.

After seeing how high my estro was i decided to hop on erase at 75mg ed till next week when i buy formastanozol from needto

already the sensitivity in my nips is going away and they arent rock hard all the time either.

today was schwolders my weight was 226 and my clothes are fitting much better

went lateron and did 26 mins of cardio HR was at 180

I also helped this fine ass cajun girl with the biggest nicest buttocks I have ever seen move so this burnt some cals too


good day for schwelli- got his stitches removed from his foot too, hurt like a muthafocker
but now i can hop back on the treadmill

o ya increased deads from 315 to 325x6x6x6 i havent been doing deads for that long but i started at 240 and within 4 months im up 75lbs next week if i feel it im gunna increase to 335
