Anyways update

end of day 4

did cardio today- was going to do abs but whatever i will worry about them when this lard falls off

did 25 mins cardio total of 2.5miles and like 350 cals burned


im gunna get there damnit im dedicated


ehh let em hate dude im just trying to find what works best- and im sure in a couple of months when im lean i will look great


on the subject of osta


tommorrow will be the real test my friends tommorrow is chest/bi's


lets see if i cant break sum records or at least maintain what i gots



muscle fullness- 10/10 my arms are PUMPED legs too!
Mood- 10/10
libido-5/10- but clomid kills my libido anyways
strength- 10/10- so far no strength lost but like i said tommorrow will be the test- when does nkts come out? I NEED SOME I DONT WANT IT I NEED IT

Personally i love Dbol, my favorite by far but then again i have no estro sides and dont bloat, you really wont know your estro sensitivity until u try it, its all about genetics mate.

a little bit of bloat for 30 days is no big deal IMO it dissipates after about 2-3 days from when you stop taking

Bro keep up the ab work, at least 3x a week. That way when you lean down you'll have them built up so you can actually see em. Abs don't take long either just do 2 supersets of leg raises & weighted cable rope crunches for 10-15 reps. Done.

And the N2KTS should be in stock any day now, Keep an eye out it will be sold over @ Invalid Link Removed

Just get some m1t, best of both.

Chemically, It's basically a more powerful version of dbol, without the ability to aromatize.

This is one ive used several time and is excellent for recomp

one of the many epi/tren clones Spawn,epi/tren by BOSC or Supremacy or u could stck the two seperately

great strenth gains very dry and perfect recomp well worked wonders for me bench up 50lbs and -2.75" off of my waist in 30 days

VAR is the best thing since sliced bread run it one run it with clen run igf with test stack that b!tch with absolutely anything and rein it for 6-8 weeks that what I call epic

Only downside is its expensive best things in life always are, find yourself a good source for raw powders and cap that sh!t 75-80mg ed will work great but the more the merrier :)

Really though there is a HUGE amount of synergy between anavar and creatine, it boosts its uptake into the mitochondria and gives INSANE strength and recovery, you also wont be bloated AT ALL since the creatine is all intracellular and not subdermal making things look puffy n whatnot.

Read up on it if you guys dont believe me....

BUT it is damn expensive and dbol is effin cheap.

okay here is the chest workout update


Strength is not only the same as it was ON its better

while on i was repping 225 on bench for 5-6 reps for 3 sets- now im repping 230 for 4-5 reps for 4 sets! Bench is up 5 lbs

Dips- i could only hit 6 reps as this part of my chest is very underdeveloped(this was ON)
Today I did 8 reps, then 7, then 6 so that went up as well

Inclinedumbell press- did 70's like butter so i moved up to 75 (what i was doing while ON)
fackin pushed those out for 6,6,6, and the 70 lbs was for 7 reps- so that is holding steady

by this time my chest was facked i have NEVER done four sets and the extra sets eally nuked my chesticles

soooo i went to flys and so fack it im upin the weight

did 50 lbs dum flys forrrrrrrr lemme see...........6,5,5,3- something like that so thats legit
and did decline cable flys- i was doing 70 lbs but i had to drop to 60 to rep it out

not dissapointed at all with this chest workout


summary- osta is working- ive gotten stronger in pct and i think its only going to get better
weight-233 so im down 7 lbs- mostly water i believe some muscle maybe
 
Schwell, I know everyone is diff but personally, for hypertrophy, I have found doing sets with weight in the 8-12rep range works MUCH better.

I would seriously consider using lighter weight and doing slightly more reps, that additional time under tension does WONDERS for growth, will stimulate more types of muscle fibers and will mobilize and burn more fat(but not muscle)

I wouldnt suggest venturing any higher in reps though except for the occasional burnout set, so sets of 15-20 are something you want to avoid...

Believe me when I say you'll be much happier using weights that allow that rep range and although you will initially have to pick up smaller weights, just let go of the ego regarding numbers cause I promise as more muscle comes flying on your numbers will go back up....I used to do 225 for sets of 10x4 easy when I was only 190lbs, I know youll be there soon if you drop back some and work back up...

Also I suggest using more DB work for chest PERIOD, its much better for hypertrophy (muscle building) as well, imo, and will seriously get you shredded....

DAMN it just started hailing like crazy outside and I live in the mojave desert!!!!

The barbell is what made my chest thick, wide and proportionate..
Dumbells are ehhh, dumbells.. Not my preference..

I am just saying because in my gym, teens will blow up and decrease in size every other month.. Most of them, not some of them. All in highschool. some boast about it out loud saying they havee done 5 methyls and are only 140lbs...

Schwell is trying to better himself.. He had a rough path. He is learning by the day..

Depends on his body. If he has tiny wrists/hands he's going to have a hard time getting a good enough platform to hold 300 lbs. up and bench it. Doing deads and pulls are easier because of straps, etc., taking hands and wrists out of the equation for the most part, but you cant supplement a lack of girth very well in that area on pushes.

Because you're setting a bad example and pretending like it's ok. If a new guys stumbles upon your adventures in forever cycle land they will think it's ok too because you're a funny guy and no one is jumping down your throat. It's the same reason people bash those who come on here wanting to be spoon fed information without researching first: it's a bad example and sets up for a world of hurt for a ton of people.

We don't really care about YOUR personal health, we care about the health of the other new guys who come on here and think it's ok because you're doing it.

No one is questioning Jasen because he's experienced, a big guy (or so he's told us!) and understands the dangers of what he puts his body through...(poor, poor liver... :knockedout: )

my squats are almost at 400lbs (repping)

and my deads are well above the 300 mark

He has said his chest is a genetic weak point. Not everyone has the genetics to bench 300lbs at all. When I first started weights I was a proper skinny kid. I was bearly 140 odd lbs at 20 years old. Im about 183 now. I reckon I could hit 190 with low body fat. Ive tried to bulk beyond that and I just get fat! Genetics is a b!tch. I know I can bench over 100kg 220lbs just about. I.e 110kg which is about 242lbs. Im trying now to break out of that. But I have alot of work to do. You may say ahh just increase your food, well I am. The trouble is Im pumping on fat quick doing that for little strength increase. Eventually the strength will stop. Progression halts. Otherwise i'd be benching with a car either side of my barbell after 10 years of training.
 
Schwelly 225 isn't bad keep on it you'll lift more. maybe your are having too much sex, my coach would tell us no sex before games, plus i dont find football players attractive.

yes i did that that was two cycles back to back, only time i have ever done that- wont do it again.
