Okay today was my first day of pct
weight-240
weight before cycle-221
so i have put on i would say about 5 lbs of fat maybe more but under 10 for sure

ANYWAYS........
I did a SD to phera bridge, while doing the advanced 5x5 routine, and got my bench up from ~245x8 to 315x5.....Now that was awhile ago, but after I could do ~275 x 8, which helped the mass come forth, and also helped my very abused shoulders and other joints. And the best part is I prolly could've dropped some BF if I had cleaned up my diet, and still hit PR's.
