Ok bro I just read through your thread "32 year old male" and what I'm about to state may sound like bashing but it isn't I just want to help.
#1 You do not have anywhere near a good enough natural base to even consider PH/DS.
#2 The term hard gainer is BS. I know some will say they don't gain weight no matter what. Guess what those who say that are wronge. 6 years ago I though I was one, I weighted 137lbs. Diet Diet Diet, that is everything.
#3 You say your calories never go out of control. That is a big issue you need them way up there. I'm talking 4000cal a day.
#4 The workout routine you spoke about will get you nothing. You have to lift big to get big. Start using free weights Total Gym is only to be used when you are out of town and thats all they have at your hotel.
#5 You are looking for a short cut and AAS is not a way to cut corners.
#6 You stated that you do not want look like a bodybuilder because it is to much work to maintain, cmon guy how do you think you will gain if you are not willing to bust your a$$.
Now to point you in the right direction.
#1 Go buy whey protein, creatine mono, and maybe a nutrient partitioner.
#2 Find a better workout routine. Look up starting strength or maybe a 5x5 routine. Don't touch the Total Gym again.
#3 EAT. You need a high carb high calorie diet. Whole grain pastas, oats, and greens. These things are your new best friends. Ask yourself this "Do the guys on this forum really like chicken and pasta so much they want to eat it 2-3 times a GD day?"
#4 Last and final comment. Forget that you ever considered running a steroid of any type what so ever. You are far from ready.
