man its a great workout
but my dam leg is still hurting, but today its only my left leg and the right one is fine, im gonna stretch the isht out of it right now.

P90X Plyo's

you do each exercise for just 30 seconds except every fourth one, which is a minute. generally I can't stand high impact, but at 30 seconds at a time, even I could manage this.

The exercises are grouped into rounds, and each round gets repeated once. The breakdown is as follows:

1) Jump squat, run stance squat, airborne heisman (lateral leaping), swing kick

2) Squat reach jump, run stance squat with direction switch, double airborne heisman, circle run

3) Jump knee tuck. jumping lunge, leapfrog squat, twist combo

4) Rock star hop, gap jump, squat jack, military march

5) Run squat with 180 jump, lateral leapfrog, monster truck tire, hot foot

6) Bonus round: pitch & catch, jump shot, football move (60 seconds each)

thats the basic structure of the workout, a lot of jumping and you get a 30 second break after you have done the round twice. so you do 1st round twice without rest then you get a break then you do 2nd round twice without break and the nanother 30 second break, etc...
 
stuff is intense, im not the only who has said that all my friends say thats the hardest workout they have done in a while. i feel like im pimping it out but its really a great workout. and you can get it for free if you have frostwire or limewire, so win-win.

I like my cardio to be cardio if ya know what I mean. I don't want my cardio to make me sore and fuc& up my strength training. Think I'll be able to hang with the chick? (totally joking ever since I put a ring on her finger she just keeps gaining weight!)

lol, well the only one i have tried is mono, so by my standards MCC>mono for sure, im sure its one of the top creatines on the market though, but for reason stated above i cant say all creatines.

been super busy lately so i havent had a chance to update but ill update today after my workout.

I have tried most forms of creatine (mono, CEE, gluconate, etc.) and I have never found one I like better than MCC. It's the only one I have used where I can actually notice an increase in strength. And I like the fact that I don't need to wear adult diapers when using it! :D
 
Day 21

Workout
well today was supposed to be my off day but i decided to go ahead and do ab ripper x. i know, i know but i just felt awesome, and im super motivated right now. besides its only 16 mins long so dont think its horrible. so yeah that went great, abs are really popping right now, im loving the results honestly one of my best cuts by far. muscles still feeling full.

Diet
b-fast:1/2 cup of oats
snack: yogurt (14g carbs)
lunch:3 eggs, 2 slices of ham
snack: bag of carrots and almonds
dinner: (post workout) nutrapro

Other Notable Effects
-Hunger is absolutely crushed its not funny i have to force myself to eat the little that im eating. i have tried hoodia and loved it too but this exceeds the hunger suppression its weird but im not complaining.
-body temp is up throughout the whole day
-endurances is up as well
-muscles feel full
-as for the crushing pumps they are slowly going away

i forgot to mention that
creatine sits in my stomach and makes me pee like crazy and gives me diarrhea, plus it looks like im on dbol, i bloat bad on it.

so in terms of that MCC is far superior in that aspect of it.

update

i just got done with abs right now
btw ive drop quiet a few pounds since last update im down to 211 from 218. so thats 7 lbs and i gotta say i look pretty dam cut up. sorry for lack of updates. The MCC is also running out ive got like maybe 4 days worth left, adrena -g still has like 1 and 1/2 weeks left, leucine is also running kinda low. so ill leave you guys with those small updates for now

Day 34

Weight Update: so it been 13 days since last update and i am down to 209 (-2 lbs) from last update and in total im down 13 in 34 days. sure ive lost a bit of strength and but somehow size is is still on pretty good the only thing suffering is my strength. also i have run out of MCC and i think thats why i feel kinda weak, also not as "full" as i used to be. leucine tub is drying out too, id say its like 1/4 full so maybe another 12 days or so. adrena-g is close to being done. as of right now i love my body, i look so ripped its freaking awesome, chicks are jocking me left and right, i feel super confident. mid section is ridiculous, vascularity is completely insane. shirts fit me baggy, and pants are falling off me. lol i love progress thus far. cheeks are also noticeably smaller. i seriously am becoming conceited i cant stop checking myself out. Gotta say the most impressive thing thus far though is the appetite suppression from the adrena-g, that stuff just straight kills my hunger.

Congrats on the weight loss brother! Also its perfectly ok to be conceded! Most people can not do what we do, period! Over all - fun log with good libido checks... can't go wrong with a rochap log!

okay guys i officially finished both the leucine and adrena-g...i will post final review on second post a lil bit...but i feel i have to apoligize for getting caught up with some personal stuff that prevented me from updating as often as i wanted to. So for that im Sorry. but thank all of you guys for sticking with me and thank SNS for allowing me to run such great, high quality products. i really enjoyed the run and BTW i can honestly say i love my transformation, i have never looked so good, seriously im so confident its not funny. FINAL REVIEW!!!


Leucine 8.0/10: Leucine the mother of all BCAA's. Very solid supplement and its useful for almost everything from cutting to bulking, of course in my case it was used for cutting and i can say it did help with retaining muscle on very low calories. also i felt it helped with keep glycogen somewhat full even though i was on low carbs and i felt like i still had a good amount of energy and felt solid. of course the MCC didnt hurt either. i felt it really shines on holding onto that hard earned muscle from previous bulks. Gotta say though not the tastiest thing to take, but hey if it works no reason to complain right. Just a warning though prepare yourself for taste but you can also prepare yourself to look and feel good on diets. so :fing02: who would i reccomend it too??? i would say anyone looking to cleanly bulk up or recomp i think this would definitely do wonders in that scenario but i think it would od well in almost every other scenario too as it helps with so many things.


Adrena-G 9.5/10: i love this stuff! idk it just really likes me i guess...idk the energy the hunger control, its all there. no complaints over here i would definitely use this for another cut or even just as an energy supp or preworkout related. it gave me an awesome thermo effect at 2 caps before hitting cardio. also the hunger control was nothing short of amazing, ive tried hoodia before and hoodia definitely works for hunger control and i can say that Adrena-g is just as good as hoodia for hunger control plus the thermo and energy is an added benefit. IMO this is a must for a cut or even you have a hectic life and need some energy every now and then this should definitely be considered.


MCC 9.0/10: Thats it im switching to MCC. i love me some good ol creatine mono but after trying this one mono is in the past. im seriously changing for good. as soon as i finish my tub of mono im gonna be on dat der MCC. i love it IMO superior to Mono by far. all gains but no drips or bloat. plus pumps it gave me were very good and i enjoyed working out on it even though i was cutting i still felt awesome in the gym. i usually feel like crap in the gym when cutting but MCC changed that. i will definitely buy again. Very good quality stuff right there, if you guys are ever considering changing creatines you cant go wrong with trying MCC. honestly i thought it was going to be whatever but SNS proved me wrong big time. lol. good job SNS. :biggthumpup: . i think everyone should use this period.

Starting weight: 222 lbs
Ending weight: 206 lbs (-16 lbs)

started cut: December 2nd
ended cut: January 23rd

Notable changes in Strength:
Bench: dropped about 10 lbs nothing major

Bicep Curls: lol this was kinda shocking to me but i was able to maintain strength in biceps lol. so im happy with that :biggthumpup:

Legs: different story here though...squats dropped by like 15-20 lbs-- thats my fault this is on me. i kinda neglected my legs a little bit

Body Composition: its amazing!!! im so happy with my body right now, abs are ripping apart! its insane. mid section looks super good, biceps are still at a good size, however my legs do look somewhat smaller. shoulders also look a tad smaller. Face looks super skinny. Vascularity is also crazy good right now i have seen veins i have never seen before all over my body, like legs, abs chest, biceps.
