Day 10

Workout
2 and 1/2 miles and a killer session of ab ripper x. once again awesome thermo effect yet again, but today it went to a whole nother level. i was showered in sweat kinda disgusting but felt good and this was both during cardio and during ab ripper x since i did them in separate times. cardio fasted in morning and ab ripper x at about 11 o clock.

Diet
b-fast: 1/2 of oats, 1/2 scoop of nutrapro, some almonds
2 eggs, 2 slices of ham, and 1 slice of cheese
snack: 1 yogurt (13g carbs), almonds
lunch: 1 tilapia filet, 1 slice of whole wheat bread (19 carbs) with some PB, carrots
snack:frozen yogurt mixed with some nutrapro
dinner: chicken, almonds, celery w/PB

Dosing
Leucine: 2 pre 2 post and 2 post ab ripper x
MCC: 4 w/bfast 4 pre ab ripper x
Adrena-g: 2 pre cardio and 2 pre ab ripper x
x-lean: 2 pre cardio 1 pre ab ripper x and 1 at night
x-dream: 2 pre bed

Notable effects
-Thermo effect is still awesome throughout the whole day
-Hunger is absolutely crushed, its quiet amazing how little hunger i have
-confidence is still good
-stomach looks smaller; mid section more defined
-focus is good
-endurance also up
-my immune system is good too; prolly the x-lean (i usually get sick with ease during winter, im that like that kid that always got sick but this year i have yet to get sick not even signs of sickness so thats good.)

Day 12

Workout
3 miles fasted and ab ripper x. those 3 miles were awesome amazing thermo and it was pretty cold this morning. sweating just keeps getting better, i truly have no idea how thats even possible but sweating seems to be getting better, its kinda gross but cool because i had my sweater on and when i got home my room mate was like "why are you wet?" and i was like "i was sweating" and he was like "gross". lol. so yah. adrena-g=good stuff. also hunger suppression is still going strong. ab ripper x was also killer today i was able to knock out more reps and keep going strong.

diet

snack: yogurt (13 g carbs), almonds
lunch: 3 eggs, scrambled, half slice of toast with PB
snack: almonds
dinner: 1 slice of whole wheat with PB and a smudge of jelly with 8 oz milk with 1/3 scoop of nutrapro

MCC: 4 w/b-fast and 4 pre ab ripper x

Day 14

so didnt do too much today
i cheated only in the morning on breakfast but the rest of the day i kept it clean. i didnt workout today or do cardio. also as far as todays cheat meal and yesterdays meals i took some chromium picolinate in an attempt to lessen the damage. ive been taking MCC With breakfast too. so that is all tomorrow im back on track diet and workout wise. i hear ya on that . my diet has been so shytty bc of traveling for holidays and all ... time to buckle down i guess now ..no excuses(Except for new yrs)

havent weighed myself in awhile so i cant comment on that ill try to weigh myself this friday, BF seems to be dropping just by looking in the mirror, also family has told me that too. muscle seems to be staying on very good, biceps still look great. shirts and pants are fitting looser too.

my legs were killing me today, they felt horrible i feel like the first time i started running, got dam 2 day break, i was only able to do 2 miles fasted my legs just felt horrible today however i killed my ab ripper x, abs felt strong i was able to do more than usual throughout the whole workout. i kiled abs they felt great also they are really starting to pop out nice. also update on tomorrow i dont think im gonna be able to workout tomorrow due to some unexpected occurrences.

Notable Effects
Honestly guys straight up the most impressive thing so far is the adrena-g's hunger suppression. ive said it before and its still there. My hunger is absolutely crushed, i have to force myself to eat, ^^^^look at my diet thats not a lot of food, but i think the other supps are helping me maintain some muscle. but the hunger is virtually not there at all i forget about eating, lol.

Day 16

Workout
aahhh i hate calve pumps, they are really starting to get to me. idk im gonna go out tomorrow in search of some taurine cuz this is annoying the isht out of me. so tomorrow im gonna get some taurine and try to combat the pumps. so i tried running and pumps kicked in very early, why??? i dont know, its just getting worse, okay so i stopped early went home and tried to do plyoemtrics instead of long-endurance cardio, i thought well plyos never gave me calve pumps, but guess what they did this time. only explanation i have come up with is that maybe i have an electrolyte balance or maybe dehydration, or taurine problems. but anyways i somewhat fought through it and managed to get a good sweat going actually a really good sweat going, but it hurt way too much to finish.

roch - how do you compare leucine to just regular bulk bcaa's ?

im thinking of replacing the bulk bcaa with leucine on my next run ..seems like other 2amino acid's gets no respect ..so why should i lol

well i have never been and advocate of BCAA and im not an expert on it, but i do know that leucine is the "primary" BCAA out of the 3, being the most important explaining why some BCAA formulas have 2;1;1 or 4;1;1. its mostly the leucine thats doing the work so i thin you could prolly save couple bucks by just buying Leucine and not the whole thing but idk, like i said im not a real expert on BCAA's i might not be the right guy to talk to.

lol 8;1;1 damm might as well just go with leucine but idk just go with whatever you can get a better price per serving
 
Leucine is anti-catabolic and an anabolic amino. It's the most important amino acid but the bad thing is that if you get pure leucine it will not mix with water. Like just one massive clump. I bought 2lb of leucine from musclefeast for $19 :shocked: but I'm thinking of getting the 5lb 4:1:1 BCAA so at least it'll mix with water.

I've never tasted butt hole before but I'm sure it doesn't taste as bad as Leucine does.

i have and butt hole actually taste pretty good--its gonna a spicy/ salty taste to it.

Change of plans guys

well since the cardio has been killing my legs i decided im gonna substitute it with Plyometrics from P90X. Its a very solid cardio workout it absolutely kills. Im gonna do it (or try to) 5 days a week. everything else will stay the same beside the fact that i wont be doing it fasted i will do it after breakfast cuz plyos are intense and i need something in me to finish it. so i gope you guys understand my situation and i will update you later
