^^More isn't always better, with more comes a higher risk of sides. If you are making gains no need to up the dose, I am doing fine at 30mgs right now of Epi and don't see the need for more (I get joint issues from it though).

Sorry Rick! Not trying to Hijack your sh!t! I may just wait and start up 50 mg at the end of next wk and 60 starting wk 3.

I've worked my ass off the last couple years (the last year especially) to try and get the best physical shape I can. April of 2009 I decided to get back in the gym after 4 years out of it, and haven't looked back. I was pretty out of shape when I started, but I'm slowly getting there. I'm hoping one day I can be as big and ripped as a lot of the guys on here, but I am happy with what I have accomplished compared to where I came from for sure ;)

Alright let me say this. You obviously put in a ton of work and look great as i mentioned before. Even with you at 175 there is not much I would change. I can see why you would want to put on maybe 10-15 lbs You would look huge at either weight with how cut up you are currently. Way to fricken go my friend. :fing02:

I love Hammers too....but hell I love all Bicep exercises. That is my favorite muscle group by far. Nothing better than a nice bicep pump!!

You can keep cals lean and clean while gaining 10-15 pounds, I did that on the UD2.0 with DMZ and was up 15 pounds in 3 weeks, I leaned out too. You have your goals obviously and stick to them, just stating it can be done with DMZ, it is very powerful if you give it enough food to work.

Thats pretty much where I think I will end up. somewhere around 10 lbs maybe a tad more, and hopefully the same BF or even lower would be sweet!

I believe I read that you take something PWO? Will you continue that as you add stages in your cycle? Also, (Need your knowledge) I'm thinking of going ahead and upping my EPI to 50 mg/wk. I'm not as prone to joint issues from drying out as some, but wanted your opinion. Today is day 7 for me at 40 mg.

I take a preworkout (N2KTS) right now, but I will drop it when the cycle starts. I dont need to add that to raise BP any more than it might already, and I really could use a detox from stims for a while. It just isnt as effective as it used to be. I dont know if I will make the whole cycle, but I am going to try and make it as long as I can before starting the stims again.

As far as your dosing, if the 40mg is giving good gains, no need to bump it just yet. When the gains slow or stall, you can bump up as long as the sides are ok. Always use the smallest "effective" dose you can ;)

Exactly....Read my mind and pretty much what I said in my post. If its good at a specific dose, why bump up for more sides?

Dont be so quick to bump, especially in week 1. give it some time and the gains ill come bro :) You have plenty of time to bump up later in the cycle. Dont worry about hijacking. Think of my threads as an open discussion forum. Feel free to ask, discuss, and talk freely in any RickRock logs bro ;)

Well, tonights last meal before going into the fast was Whole Grain spaghetti with lean ground beef, 2 slices of Garlic bread, and 2 scoops of whey:food:

I'm feeling bloated after all them carbs, but that is to be expected. Hitting some Shoulders and Legs in the morning.:sgrin:

I'm actually a little lighter than my crrent weight states on my profile. I'm at 167 as of this morning, but yeh my ultimate goal is to get to around 190-195 @ 6%. Of course if I ever get there, i will probably just want more then too. In this lifestyle you never get satisfied, but you shouldnt. You need that drive to continue to push for success. :thumbsup:
 
Yeah i buy these sugar free waffers and than try not to open the bag. Than I'll eat a few, hold out for a while and than waking up in the middle of the night and eat 7 of the dam things. First thing I do in the morning is throw out the box. Problem is I hate chocolate and other real sweet things, but these aren't nearly as sweet so they are like made for me

Everyone has their weakness in their diet. Mine is sugar cookies. I was able to do away with them for several months while cutting and recomping down, but now that I'm bulking Ive added a few in there each day.


Just about time to hit the gym again. I'm curious to see what kind of weight I can push up doing some shoulder and leg work. ;)

MEAN WEIGHT!

Ive noticed strength gains on DHEA. abs are going, but Im definitely leaner than I was previously at this weight. I think when the EPI drops in it'll be lean gains city all the way!

Yah that's a tough one for me as well... there's none it the house and every time I think about buying it I don't cuz I know I am going to eat it all..
 
Like I said in the Epi thread I bit the bullet and am thinking of a Trenazone EPI run in the new year... I have 2 bottles of each..

Something like Trenazone 1, 2, 2.5, 2.5
Epi......... 0, 0, 45, 45, 60, 60

Would be nice to add Transaderm in there though we'll see....

For some reason I woke up looking much less bloated and drier, but still looking very full despite all the carbs I took in yesterday. Just a little strange...

Maybe you misunderstood what I was saying or I misstated it, but I'm pretty sure we are on the same page. From what I read as well, the application to the upper back and shoulders (recommended) will give the best conversion to Androsterone and less to estrogen. I will try and find where I read it when I get back to my PC, but from what I read the lower chest and abdominal region will cause a significant increase in estrogen conversion compared to other areas. Sounds like what you are saying also, so not sure if there is debate?

At the bottom of the movement I try to bring my elbows in directly in front of me. Best way of describing it would be to imagine the position your arms are in at the highest point of a close grip pullup, and then supinate up with the extension
 
Cool I was just curious, I see a lot of people starting to go up more than out in the beginning almost like a front shoulder press then just twisting at the very end. That is why I was aking.

Well, I'm dragging ass a little bit this morning after staying up watching the greatest baseball game I've ever seen in my life last night. My Cardinals held on to force a game 7 of the World Series, and between being amped up from that and throwing in 1 extra scoop of N2KTS this morning I will be ready to go kill some sh1T!!! I'm going to do some quads and some arm work, and may throw in a little abs if I have time. I'm getting pretty excited to start Diesel. Just a couple more days, and I get to start that up. Halloween day it is on!!!:sgrin:
 
Hope you killed those quads! I did a bit of relaxing today myself. I think I will do something when I get home tonight instead. That or just keep cals pretty low.

I finished off my tub this morning (3 scoops). It will be my last stimmed workout for a little while, but I'm not sure how long yet.

I was very impressed with my workout. Legs are definitely not my strong point, but these numbers were great for me. Tris and Bis were equally impressive. I killed the weighted dips and both the alt DB curls and preachers. All those were up for sure at least a couple reps.

All this was done on sleep deprivation. N2KTS is some good sh1t!!!

About to go eat and break fast with some leftover whole grain spaghetti with lean ground beef, 2 pieces garlic bread, 5 oz yogurt, some LN cheesecake and a couple scoops of whey!!:food:

Yah 2 scoops is enough for me and it lasts a long time...If I was in a situation where I was dead tired I might add a bit of stim like from motivate or something, maybe one of those drinks...hey what happened to Atomic Tabs!!!

Monday morning it will have been 13 weeks since I finished my Helladrol/Trenazone run and will have been 9 weeks since I ended PCT.

Someone must be on the edge of there seat. And is about to explode. Hmm I wonder whom that might be.

Lets hope so Jeff. Time to try and get huge!! Its nice being the ripped guy, but I also want to be the big guy. Hopefully this cycle will take me one step closer to it...:fingersx:
